For example, if I wanted to return a result when 100% has been reached, another result if 70% has been reached and yet another if the minimum score has not been reached. Interaction - graphical problem: 1.I insert several hotspots and in each one I insert an image which I see as large in the development phase, but which becomes tiny at runtime. Is there no way to determine the size? Even if you put in "appearance", "picture position" = "fit to slide". 2.Is there any way to create an interaction where you just associate audio with no graphics? Or have the background colourless? I also have found the Customer Support and Technical help that one gets to be top notch. Support team is always willing to take the time to answer any questions or address any problems or concerns I have. Today (Feb 1), the support technician \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] spent a considerable amount of time addressing an issue I was having with my video files going missing. He did not give up and after some heavy research on his part, was able to get me back on track. A big call out to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and all your support staff for the great work they do. Pros Publishing a full course is so easy and working in PowerPoint makes learning easier as I don't need to learn a separate interface for quick course creations. " August 30, 2017 5.0 Well, I have been using the software for only a couple months so it has not been long enough to see the benefits from this software. Pros What I like most about this software is that it is an add on for powerpoint, so if you are familiar with powerpoint then it is not very difficult to learn. I did have to teach myself how to use the iSpring Suite tab, but the customer support team makes the process easy! My Customer Care Manager, Max Ionin, provided me with access to many training videos and was always available on email if I ever had the slightest question. The other pro that separated iSpring from other LMS softwares is they built a special custom plan for my company that fit our needs, what great customer service! Cons I really have had a positive experience with this software, but I am going to provide you some things I hope to see updates on in the future. The number one improvement I want iSpring to make in the very near future is MAC COMPATIBILITY. I work on the marketing team so I have to use a Mac, and for iSpring Suite I had to order a windows computer which made it 10 times harder for me since I have no idea how to use windows. I figured out a loop hole for me, where I create my content on powerpoint using my Mac, and any content I need to create using the iSpring Tab I switch over to the windows computer. However, that really slows down my productivity. The second thing I don't really like is when you create a quiz in the iSpring Suite tab, it brings you to a pop up where you create the quiz there instead of directly in powerpoint. I don't know if there would be a way to even fix this, but it gets confusing for me when update/edit the powerpoint on my Mac, send it to the windows computer, and have to add the quiz back in the edited version. I know my situation is different, but I am just providing insight to my experience. Overall I love this software, but the reason I gave 4 stars to "ease of use" was simply because I couldn't have the software on my MAC computer. Cons It is possible to improve iSpring, as it has been from the beginning, with character motion and gesticulation; some storyboard animated drawing interaction as seen in POWTOON, intros with replaceable brand icons, and a way to allow or block student movement throughout the interaction until animation, audio or video finishes; also to have optional transcisions through interaction pages. Since it worked in and with PowerPoint was the most important selling point at the time. Creating quizzes has presented a couple of hurdles but were easily fixed through trial and error. Due to the high number of things this system can do it is a bit daunting to learn it all but it is still better than other products out there I have used. Being able to use iSpring but change everything in training material to reflect our company beliefs and values is a huge benefit. Customer service has been very supportive, pleasant and professional, and it is a huge benefit to have their assistance and in a relatively quick response time. It is an impressive product with great features I would highly recommend. Cons I would like to see the Characters more adaptable. It would be nice to set them behind a desk when they are sitting, or in front of a computer. More objects like a sideview of a desk and laptop sideview, so we would be able to place them in front of a computer or behind a desk and would like to see those things ie: desks, sideview of computers, added to the Objects. I lack more flexibility in interactions in terms of removing titles, inserting various pictures as on ppt slide, avoiding unnecessary scrolls due to space after the picture, which cannot be removed, etc.Also, it would be good to have a possibility of adding to characters to the same scene in a role-play.3D objects animation compatibility with iSpring player would also be a plus. As with a lot of my software purchases, my interest in this tool was spurred by frustration with the previous tools I had used. Previous software in this category had consistently fallen short in very significant ways. Even 3 years ago, iSpring Suite remedied all those issues for me; but not content to rest on their laurels, they have actively and substantially improved their product over and over again. I can't remember the last time I needed to fire up Captivate or Storyline. iSpring has replaced them at a fraction of the cost. This suite is a bundle of useful tools centered around an application that lets you turn existing PowerPoint presentations into web AND mobile friendly eLearning solutions that communicate with LMSs incorporating the well documented SCORM and AICC standards, iSpring's own LMS or as is often the case for me, a hand-rolled custom solution. Audio and Video synchronization with slides, one of the most tedious parts of this work, is made effortless by iSpring's thoughtful and robust interface. Animations implemented in PowerPoint are duplicated and rendered seamlessly in the final product. Quiz creation is a snap. Player customization is easy. Everything you need is here. As a web developer for over 20 years, I could do a lot of this work from scratch; but only at great cost in time and other resources. iSpring frees me up to focus on the jobs that really require those skills. My clients are consistently impressed with the output. One final word on the subject: iSpring is so well done, I have rarely had need of their support for anything; but on the two occasions in 3 years that I have had an inquiry - their responses have been prompt, courteous, professional and most importantly, effective. iSpring really engages with their users in a meaningful way to continually improve existing features, add new requested features and make my life as a content creator and developer better. Pros Because this software is based on PowerPoint, it is extremely intuitive to create engaging training modules with the added "flair" and functionality of iSpring. Incorporating quizzes and interactions, and adapting the layout to client requests is super simple, and has been very well received by clients. Cons It would be wonderful to have a much broader selection of voices for adding narration to reflect a more diverse population. Some "natural" voices are extremely robotic, therefore reducing the number of options or use. I've been very impressed with the knowledge of the customer service team in their ability to answer my off-the-wall questions in a timely manner. The program creates high-quality output in an user-friendly manner that has made it easy for me to learn and create quality content for my organization. Pros This program is super easy to use and figure out, especially if you are new to using e-learning tools/platforms. I've been using this program for almost 2 years now and it provides a consistent experience in creating a quality e-learning course. Cons There have been a couple of things that I've run across during my time using the program that I've recommended to ispring to incorporate into the features of their program: allow the functionality of the end-user to be able to type on slides and create interactions that way; a closed-captioning feature for 508 compliance just to name a few. June 28, 2022 5.0 This is a great tool with a great support. However the iSpring company did not follow the lifetime license use requirements in which guarantee to the user all the upgrades. Pros It delivers what it is supposed to. The quality is excellent and the interface is so easy to get used to and to manage as well. Cons 1\. Personally, I use the iSpring Converter Pro. This tool should bring a full-screen option after the conversion process from pptx. to HTML 5. Even if we select not to have a template, it doesn't show a full screen interface to the users. 2. Even for lifetime license, iSpring doesn't offer full upgrades guaranteed. I'm got the license to the version 8 of iSpring Pro. I got the upgrade to version 9, but when it changes to the version 10, the iSpring required me to get a subscription of the software. Cons I don't like the screen recording feature. It is inconsistent in how it saves and stays attached to the training. Sometimes the audio clips fall off the training and we have to go in the packages to find the audio and then line it back up. It could take hours to complete this properly sometimes. Something to add to my wishlist for the software is to be able to add voice-over with a different voice. I can't stand to hear myself talk on videos. This would be so great if it can happen. Cons There are just a handful of things that would make this software the ideal: 1. Allow import from excel/word/txt files for the glossary interaction. 2. Add some gaming interactions. 3. Add the ability to use scrolling text boxes within a quiz. 4. While there are hotspot interactions, I could really use a hover and highlight text feature that also displays additional information to the student. It give me the capability to take bla PPT presentations and add videos, animation and other integrated solutions for training a captive audience. Pros I love the way in which Ispring lets you put questions at different places in the slide presentations. I also like the Info slide feature which I use to repeat the slide where the answers are found. They also have a high level of Customer Service, their team is great. Cons I feel that the Ispring Software could be just a little bit more user friendly. Sometimes I have to ask tough questions to technical support just to get an answer that maybe should have been included with the product initially. Pros Wir nutzen iSpring Suit zum erstellen von interaktiven E-Learnings. Die Software funktioniert über einen Plug-In in Power Point und lässt sich schnell instalieren. iSping bringt regelmäß updates mit neuen Features raus, die das Erstellen von E-Learnings einfacher macht. Die Benutzung ist recht einfach und intuitiv, was sehr viel Zeit bei Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter spart. Mit iSpring Space lassen sich die erstellten E-Learnings einfach teilen. Falls ein Problem aufgetreten ist, hat der iSpring Support sehr schnell reagiert. Cons Da unser Unternehmen im Gesundheitsbereich tätig ist, würde ich mir mehr Vorlagen aus diesem Bereich wünschen. Zudem braucht der Arbeitsrechner sehr viel Rechenleistung, bei umfangreichen E-Learnings, was auch zu sehr langen Upload-Zeiten in iSpring Space führt.
