Pros: Great integration with Twilio without any issues. It was also very easy to customize our campaign when we don't have a very common call center structure or product. Reports function is extremely helpful in keeping an eye on our call team.

Cons: It was initially a little harder than other on line software to figure out for the non tech savvy.

Recommendations to other buyers: I learned that the support group makes a huge difference & Aavaz has an amazing team that will always take the time to assist. In my experience, Jessica really took the time to understand what our company does & our call goals. She offered advice on how to organize the leads. The reports function is also something that I believe far surpassed any of the other software I looked at.
