We run an annual event where our student event where they have to register for sessions they'd like to attend. Our first year we tried using Google forms and it was a nightmare. Pros Great value! Good support. Copying of events does not require you to re-build your event program in the system from the ground up every time you repeat it (which we do, once a year). Seems to play well with other systems (exporting data, etc.). Cons I wish it was a little more intuitive/user-friendly. That being said, we only use it once a year, so we forget how to use certain features after having not used it for 9 months or so! It is easy to learn, and helps us manage on-going registration information. Pros We like that the software is very intuitive to use. Our customers have also liked the ease of use for registering their campers. Cons It's hard to get an actual person to talk to if you have questions. It is very useful to be able to see where users are at and the reports are very functional. Cons I would say the navigation is a bit confusing for the products being at the bottom of the page and there are fields for filters that look jumbled a bit. Pros That I am basically hands free. Registration is easy, usually, for my clients. For the most part the software is intuitive. Cons That it does not work on all web servers. Pros RegPack has all the features needed to execute an event. The frontend is professional and provides the end customer with my companies look and feel. It has many features that allowed me to provide our end customer with an easy registration. The backend setup is easy to download reports. Cons The setup is not as easy as they make it look. They often make changes, so it's always a learning curve to overcome. They do take recommendations and there are some things that they should implement to make it better. Review Source RB Ryan B. Also I've been able to collect money due very easily. Cons It's not super simple, it does require training and practice to learn all the features. Also training is difficult to schedule because the tool is in high demand. February 17, 2016 5.0 I am a new user of your product, having stepped into the role from the person who purchased it two years ago. AS someone not very tech savvy - I have found learning all the ins and outs to be a steep learning curve. What has saved me has been the tremendous customer support I have received from Andrew. He answers every question within 24 hours and has scheduled 2 lengthy phone consults with me to demonstrate how the system works. I could never have done this without that level of support. The videos are also quite helpful but much more time consuming to go through them to find the answer to a specific question. As I learn to use the system, I am incredibly impressed with the features such as the reporting, graphs, etc. To date, I am incredibly impressed and have recommended it to a similar summer high school program at Mass General Hospital. Cons It takes a little time getting used to, but the demos and one on one trainings shortened the learning curve. However, I must admit Regpack is by far the best product. Its easy to use and customer service is second to none. The group provides a demo and walk through of the product using simplified language and great training. Cons There are some parts of the software where the fonts can't be adjusted. Pros This product has been relatively easy to use. The token feature is going to be very useful for our organization. Cons I'm still working on setting up the email function, but it looks like it will be easy with the templates they provide to get a start. Searching works well. Cons Very hard to talk to customer service. WAY TOO much time has been wasted emailing going back and forth with service. From the time the non-profit organization agreed to terms and submitted payment our site was up and running in 3 business days. We paid for a 7 day rush and it was delivered in 3 days. Our first day with registration was so smooth and easy to use. The entire church staff was pleased. Working the Regpack project manager was pleasant, Nicole Williams was efficient and worked with integrity. Training was provided using the solution built for me and not random data, Andrew Nichols spent an extra hour with me during training. He provided design feedback that enabled our reporting needs to be met 100%. When I was concerned I was not received product quota, both Nicole and Andrew assured me a couple of times and Andrew showed me in training. I did not have to simply "believe" them but they showed me. Great experience!!! Pros Ease of use, flexibility, reports, and pricing. Customized training. Pros Cost effective for non-profit registrations; ability to transfer names to an excel spreadsheet; helped move our registration system to fully online. Cons Difficult to connect with personnel, they do not allow to talk to someone on the phone and only community via email or chat. It was not communicated well that every time someone would access Regpack it would apply to the total number of users which ultimately charged us more even for invalid registrations.
