It seems that the discounts were triggered to add when the camper is created and according to the above this is not how you wanted the system to work. Your Project Manager will correct this and connect with you to explain how this happened and how to prevent it in the future. It is a simple two click change to make the system function differently (we do have clients that want the discounts to add before other services are ordered which is why this option is possible). You can "archive" users when they are not actively participating in programs to save money. We are able to use the system without payment processing and complete our payment processing on site. We can manage camp registrations and communicate with customers more efficiently now. Cons There are a few reporting features that we would like to be more customizable, but they wouldn't be a problem for RegPack admins who do their payment processing through RegPack. There are also a few other minor issues that the development team is working on regarding our users' front-end experience, but nothing that's super critical to our operations. It was helpful having used another software because we new what we didn't want and what we did want. The initial set-up was super easy and convenient. Once we started using the software that's when the learning curve began. We found the online articles helpful but at times we could not find out what we needed. We found the online support to be good/helpful most of the time. Most of the time reps were positive and upbeat with a 'let's figure our how to fix this issue' attitude. Specifically, we have had the most contact with Carina Salazar as she set up our registration and has been there to answer questions all along the way. My wife Anne and I would both like to express to you how helpful and awesome Carina has been. She has gone out of her way to make sure our needs are met 100%. The time to recently took to make a coding change to our registration has literally been a 'Game Changer' for us and gets us one HUGE step closer to Regpack being the ideal/perfect online Registration Software for Stone Mountain Adventures! The payment for each time you copy the system seems a little pricey. It seems to me like that should be included in the admin fee. Regpack has fit the bill. It was easy to get setup, it's pretty intuitive to use and our customers are reporting it to be easier and less confusing for them as well. Pros User friendly Cons There is an annoying tendency to "bounce" to the registration portion of the software when I embed it into pages of our website instead of just staying at the top of the page when you go to it, but in all fairness, I have not yet reported this problem to Regpack and asked them for assistance in resolving it. Users have trouble logging in a second time, for some reason. Registration Manager Used the software for: ### "A robust and customizable software" December 21, 2015 4.0 Regpack is certainly the most intensive online registration software I have yet come across. This allows for a deeper customizable experience. There is a pretty steep learning curve and it isn't an easy software to set up without knowing the ins and outs of it. While there are training videos and a knowledge base, it isn't feasible to spend the time needed to figure the software out without some guidance. Our event (Drone Summit) has some complicated registration options, and it was difficult to get the ball rolling with that. Our account manager set up what she could as the base, but it wasn't much to work with. This is where I must mention how helpful and patient Andrew Nichols has been in this process! His follow-up training and quick responses to my pleas for help have been extremely helpful. He's taken the reigns to help set our registration up and flesh it out, and because of his knowledge of the inner workings of Regpack, I'm much more confident about launching the registration because of his effort. Pros Information gleaned quickly; its so easy to see where we are at financially, and how many registrants we have. Cons I had to reset many triggers that weren't picking up correctly after set up, so a bit of time was spent triggering things that were already showing "triggered" in the system so the parameters would be picked up by those registering. It's also challenging for many of our users to go through on the first try without getting frustrated. Some of this is operator error, but some is just the way the screens are set up.
