"Maintenance Connection has promise but hard to navigate"

**Overall:** Maintenance Connection was our first Facilities software and it was a step up from spreadsheets and emails, but for the pricepoint, it was hard to navigate and ultimately some of our staff gave up using it.

**Pros:** Maintenance Connection could house work orders and PMs that recurred. We did appreciate the asset creation and logging.

**Cons:** On the whole, the UI and UX of Maintenance Connection is difficult to navigate, overly complex. Pulling reports often displays vastly different numbers for the same data.
