### "Great Communication Resource "

Pros

Great way to make things easy visable between teacher and student and classroom and home. The point system is VERY motivational as students love gamification. Very easy to use and get set up. Basically a digital sticker chart.

Cons

Some times the "real time" feedback can get a bit distracting for kiddos - but that is the job of the teacher and classroom management to manage this issue.

It has been a great behavior tool as the students can all see their task completion and lends to peer to.peer competition to get tasks completed.

Pros

The most impacted aspect for me is thr ability to keep track of students work in real time. You can see them sign in, sign out, and know how many minutes they stayed on task.

Cons

It is a little inconsistent with the ease of set up. Once the kids are in, its easy but to input each student is very time consuming.

Cons

I do not have any cons associated with this program. I have used this program both on my PC and the app for iPhone.

### "Perfect for school kids"

I like very much this app. When my kid's school started to use it, I was very happy. Nowadays, kids needs something to focus on, and parents need a good wrap-up of kid's behaviour.

Pros

Easy to use : as a parent, I don't want to search information; I want them available on time. Linking kids to teacher : that feature is very efficient.

Cons

We could get a better gamification system for kids, so they could compete each other for rewards on good behavior, for instance.

Pros

ClassDojo is an easily accessible way for teachers, students, and parents to work together to promote success in the classroom and home. It is quick to set up and use, and students easily understand how it works.

Cons

Students may able to see other students' information. It also works best if all teachers a student interacts with uses the program, not just one teacher.

My overall experience has been wonderful. This is a really great platform for teachers and parents to communicate and stay up to date with what is going on in the classroom.

Pros

This product is super easy to use. It is very easy to navigate through and use. We use it during the school year to stay in touch and up to date with school.

Cons

I have not come to find anything that I don't like about this software. I have never had any issues when I have used it.

The benefits have been endless with class dojo for my children and my self during at home learning due to the pandemic.

Pros

My children have used class dojo in school through out elementary school, but I didn't realize how fundamental of a tool it was until they closed school because of covid 19 last school year. It was key for them in keeping up with their school work and staying in touch with their teachers. Class dojo is a tool I'm thankful my kids were introduced to.

Cons

The only problem we have encountered is some lagging when we would first log on but after the initial login it was fine

Pros

With ClassDojo, I am able to frequently communicate with parents to give feedback about the students' day at school. It is great that I don't have to share my personal phone number with parents; I can communicate via ClassDojo.

Cons

Not all parents choose to use and/or access the software, however, this is not an issue with the software it's self.

This app is wonderful for helping me be a part of my child's school day. I love that teachers can send messages, or I to them. I also love that I get to see photos of my child participating in class with their peers.

Pros

I can speak with my child's teacher, see photos of their day, and be advised of any upcoming events or changes daily with ease.

Cons

To access giving my child points and keeping the momentum of Class Dojos point system going at home I pay 5.99 a month.

I liked being able to monitor my child's day with ClassDojo. I could easily see when they were on task and they really enjoyed getting to customize their monster on the app. The points given to children by the teachers were helpful. This app was useful for getting messages and updates on class activity with my child.

Pros

The ability to see my child's behavior and status daily.

Cons

It can get confusing when you have multiple kids using the same app.

There isn't much about the app I don't like. Sometimes all of the choices for behaviors can be distracting.

Class Dojo makes communication that much easier. If you know how to work social media, you can work Class Dojo. Everything you need is right there. The colors are great too.

Pros

What I liked most about this software was how easy it was to use. Everything you need is right there and easy to navigate. It has most of the basic social media-type app features.

I don't really have any features that I didn't like.

Pros

ClassDojo is easy to set up and use and parent-friendly. It allows me to communicate in a timely manner with my class students and parents.

Nothing. It really is so user friendly and simple.

I'm able to communicate over my phone without having to give out my phone number. It's great and secure.

Pros

ClassDojo offers a convenient and safe way to communicate with both students/parents and teachers. I have used it as both a teacher and as a parent, and it is a wonderful way to send reminders and ask questions.

Cons

I have no complaints about this software, other than it did not automatically update age as years passed.

Pros

I have been using class dojo for several years now. It is a great way to keep in contact with my kids teachers. I love being able to see photos from my kids school projects

Cons

I wish it was easier to change the teachers from year to year. It seems as though I have to sign up every year in order to update my kids teachers and classes.

Pros

This is a fast and easy way for parents and teachers to communicate with each other. It has been very helpful in my son's class.

Cons

There is nothing that I didn't like about it. It has been wonderful to use. My son's teacher provides updates often and we can easily communicate back and forth with each other.

I loved that I could see my son's progress from school, including pictures and be able to communicate with the teacher easily. I also liked that I could see all of this from my phone at any time.
