### "Great Out-of-the-Box AMS for Small Companies!"

Overall experience has been great! Able to do almost everything we need, or we can find a good workaround usually.

Pros

It's a great out-of-the-box solution that does almost everything we need our AMS to do! Price is great, and customer service easy to work with. Can also update your website at no cost every 3 years!

Cons

Sometimes customer service can take some time to respond. No custom solutions available. Some support reps are more knowledgable than others so keep that in mind.

### "REALTOR Association Review"

It's been up and down. Wish we had more support or a rep assigned to us. We have unresolved issues with billing that have been ongoing for many months.

Pros

Many needed features in one platform like billing, communication, website, member hub, and event registration with full integration. Website builder is easy to use. The platform is overall easy to use and training is available.

Cons

Unresolved support tickets, long wait for support response. We've been unable to run billing or we have had to run billing with errors.

### "An eye opening experience."

Pretty easy onboarding and such an improvement from what we came from! Good reports and easy of sign up for classes and events.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\]!!! and now she is gone! We felt comfortable most of the time and it really is a great platform - once you learn it it is pretty easy to maneuver

Cons

Sometimes one of our trainers was a bit abrupt. Made us a little weary. but with determination we worked through the kinks

It has improved our performance in the office but our MLS supplier blames all errors on Growthzone...and its due to the fact that we left their system. ### "Organized and helpful, all around"

The implementation team has been absolutely wonderful. This will have been my sixth big software transition and \[sensitive content hidden\] have been some of the best implementation people I have worked with.

Pros

It is organized in a way that is easy to use. The training resources are thorough and well-developed, which makes it easy to train others on the system--even after we're up and running.

Cons

Not being able to create an invoice-generating form has caused us to need to rethink how we can make some of our processes work. The workarounds are not ideal, so we'd love to see this as an update in the future.

### "Great platform for Chambers"

Much better than any association platform I've used. Staff is helpful and friendly. Most issues are answered very quickly.

Pros

User friendly and intuitive design. Lots of helpful features that work in day-today operations.

Cons

Customer service can be slow for issues that aren't basic. The email marketing platform isn't as good as standalone EMS.

Having all my membership information organized in one place.

Cons

So many things seem to require too many steps to make them work correctly. Some things that seem to me should be automatic are not.

We are a small national association with only eight employees. GrowthZone has been a terrific partner for us as our first AMS. We have no regrets in making this decision two years ago.

Pros

GrowthZone is intuitive on the user end, and the support for our internal staff is outstanding. The user support team is accommodating in ensuring our successful implementation of the various parts of the platform.

Cons

The time it took for our onboarding process was not a GrowthZone issue. This is our first AMS, and preparing for the new platform required a lot of heavy lifting from our staff.

Growth Zone has been extremely pleasant to deal with and while there have been some growing pains, things are working out well over our last year in the system.

Pros

This membership system is very easy to work with and if there are problems, the support system is top notch with the live chat and then a transcript of what was discussed. The video library has many useful sessions.

Cons

I would like to see a better way to show memberships to have a more accurate representation of numbers that are what is showing in M1.

### "Easy to learn and track member info"

Very positive. Much easier to navigate than our previous system.

Pros

Easy tracking of events, members and visibility of the Info Hub to members. The knowledge base to research answers to common questions is very appreciated.

Cons

Having to update the same information in multiple locations when a member updates their info. Would also appreciate more detailed information on the invoices so that members can understand the time period covered for annual dues.

### "A powerful tool that I am not yet able to use to it's full potential "

Overall it has simplified several processes and removed overlapping ones. I need more in depth training because there are resources I cannot use effectively without being able to ask specific questions. I do have good luck with quick responses to specific issues from Chat Support.

Pros

The ability to streamline a lot of processes that are time consuming or redundant

Cons

The accounting integration (or lack thereof). I also wish there had been more hands on training when I was setting up (I have been a user for several years) but as a single employee entity we weren't able to devote as much time and now that we have more time and need more in depth training is sometimes cost prohibitive.

Very user friendly, and has all the features we need to manage and interact with our members. We have even seen an increase in event revenue since making the switch!

While the training process was awesome, we seem to have a delay in getting support in a timely manner with questions.

It is easy for me to manage my member base, send out communication, log billing and print billing, manage my contacts, etc! As someone who has never used GrowthZone before, I was pleasantly surprised to learn how simple it is to manage my day to day tasks.

Pros

It is very organized and easy for me to access throughout the day. I enjoy being able to pull up records from larger companies that have sister companies below them all together and in one place.

Cons

Administrative sections and troubleshooting can get tricky for me at times.

Overall it has been great. We came from a very old and outdated AMS and this has been a wonderful transition.

Pros

It is very user friendly. Easy to create emails, easy to update the front end of the website, etc. It also has nice features such as marketing automation and sponsor ads.

Cons

There are a few things that don't work as one would hope, but GZ is good about making updates. The customer service through email is very very slow. It takes weeks to get a response back.

We moved from ChamberMaster to Growthzone and have loved it. Having a one-stop shop for all AR (as we do this for 5 separate companies). Being able to have multiple invoices and bank accounts - wow!

The user friendly platform is so easy to navigate

Cons

Event check-in is very cumbersome with a 2-part system - takes too long to check people in when you have a long line

### "Great program with a ton of features!"

Very good. Need more time/training to use more functionality.

Pros

It's an intuitive format that anyone can 'pick up' with very little training.

Cons

It's loaded with features and content. That's good! I'm in a one person Chamber so it makes it a little difficult to spend the necessary time to dive deeper into the functionality while accomplishing my day-to-day duties. I'd like to have some training and have it provided for very little, to no, cost because we are a small, rural Chamber and I recently took over this position.

Overall, very good and like that we enter once and the information populates in multiple areas

Pros

Easy integration with NAR and that I have website and data all together

Cons

The Newsletter/communication platform- hard to use The Financial reports are so difficult to use that our association had to find a totally different way to reconcile.

### "GrowthZone - An all-in-one amazing database system!"

I have been using GrowthZone since April of this year and have used many databases in the past and by far GZ has been the easiest to utilize and grow accustomed to. It is very user-friendly and the customizable capabilities are unmatched!

Pros

\-Incredible customizable capabilities within reports -Widgets show a great snapshot and are also customizable to what you want -GREAT live customer service (speedy response time) -GZ Help feature is a game changer -System is very user-friendly

Cons

\-When live customer service is not up, sometimes your inquires do not get responded to within a week's time which is tough when it is urgent

Many - I was not a part of this process though as I joined right after the decision was made so unsure which alternative products were considered. Picked one above as survey would not let me go on until one was chosen.

The system was horrendous and lacking quite a bit of customizable capabilities that were essential to our company.
