I have only been using GrowthZone for 1 year, but I have yet to find something it can not do. From my first day on the job entering payments into the system to running end of year reports, all the tools you need are there. All you have to do is open up the Need Help section and look at the Resource Center to find what you need. In the case, you don't see it - you can call or email with a timely response.

Pros

I love the way this system can keep up with all of your chamber needs from membership, sponsorship and events allowing you to also pay directly online using a credit card too!

Cons

My lack of time to do all the tutorials. I am over membership and marketing. I am learning as I go. The tutorials are great. I just look up what I need each time I need to learn something new.

Right from the beginning, the staff were supportive and knowledgeable, making our transition from our previous platform smooth and uneventful.

Pros

The onboarding training was detailed, and the instructors were knowledgeable and helpful. Was extremely helpful in getting our new website up and running.

Cons

There was really nothing, other than that I had some difficulty with my password management. I had to keep resetting it.

So far it has been great. Before all of our systems were hosted across many different platforms and having all of our things in one place now has been amazing.

Pros

For us it's been great having all of our tracking in one place. The event management has been extremly helpful for us. And the payment processing has been great.

Cons

I felt onboarding was a bit confusing. The hour long sessions seemed to not really be enough time to dive into each topic. It seemed a bit rushed each time.

Job-saver! Time-saver! Check this every morning as part of opening the day- and learning that I can make groups for committee emails is great!

Pros

Easy to use for invoicing and communication - I like that it keeps the log of past emails easy to search through.

Nothing to report at this time. I have found the question box easy to find helpful topics in and linked to videos is great.

Overall, I like working with a CRM that is specific to Chambers. I've worked with SalesForce and others in the past and I find that GZ is easy to work with and understand for the general functions. I find some things limiting, and I hope more features will be added soon to get more out of the CRM.

Pros

It's easy to use when keeping track of member activity and communication, I like being able to send communications through my email on outlook. It's also really helpful that it connects to our website and changes are easy to make on the back end to the calendars.

Cons

Creating reports isn't intuitive and it's difficult to navigate all the settings to get the correct report. I also find it frustrating not having support in a timely fashion. The pages tend to buffer quite frequently which slows down my work.

While I really appreciate having our event management and membership tracking tied together, GrowthZone's interface leaves something to be desired. It does the heavy lifting for our data, but you have to push through a clunky user experience to get there. Overall, it would get a recommendation from me.

Pros

We've been using GrowthZone, and it has significantly streamlined our daily operations. The standout features for me are the event management and membership tracking capabilities. It's incredibly helpful to have a reliable, centralized system where I can easily organize upcoming events while keeping an accurate pulse on our member database. It's a solid piece of software for staying organized

Cons

I use GrowthZone primarily to manage our events and keep track of our membership, and it handles those specific tasks well. That being said, the platform isn't very intuitive to learn or use. The interface is clunky and feels a bit dated, meaning it sometimes takes extra clicks to complete simple tasks. It's a solid system for backend organization, but the front-end design needs an update

It's been good so far. There has been a learning curve of course but that's to be expected with any new system.

Pros

You can do more with it. I am the Membership & Sales Director so focus mainly on the Membership section. Seems easier to work with than Chamber Master that we had before.

Cons

It takes a bit to figure out how to do certain things sometimes. Some things aren't as intuitive as I would expect but once you figure it out, it's fine.

It has been a complete life saver every single day! There are a multitude of tasks I could never sort through without GrowthZone.

Pros

Very well organized, super helpful with pop ups and pointers along the way. The anticipation of questions answered definitely got me to the places I needed to be.

Cons

At times, too compartmentalized and specific information is harder to find once entered amongst so much other info.

Overall, our experience with GrowthZone has been very positive. It has helped us streamline membership, events, communications, and reporting in one place, which has made our operations more efficient. The support team has been a real highlight, especially during onboarding and ongoing use. They are responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in our success. While there are areas we would still like to see improved, particularly the look and feel and the community feature, it remains a valuable platform for our organization.

Pros

What I like most about GrowthZone is how supported we’ve felt from day one. It is a powerful all-in-one platform that helps us manage membership, events, communications, and reporting in one place, which has made our day-to-day work so much more streamlined. The onboarding experience really stood out. My onboarding coach, \[sensitive content hidden\], was the best. He was patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful, and he made what could have been a very overwhelming transition feel manageable and even enjoyable. That level of hands-on support set the tone for how we’ve experienced GrowthZone overall. I also really appreciate that the platform keeps improving. It feels like GrowthZone actually listens to its users and continues to refine and expand the system in ways that make a real difference for associations like ours.

Cons

What I like least about GrowthZone is mainly the user interface. While it is very functional and gets the job done, I do wish it looked a bit more modern and sleek. At times it feels a little dated compared to other platforms, especially on the visual side. I’ve also been somewhat disappointed with the community feature. It has not felt as intuitive or engaging as we had hoped, and it hasn’t quite become the active member space we envisioned when we launched it. With some refinement and improvements, I think it has potential, but right now it is not a standout part of the platform for us.

We previously used MemberSuite. We made the switch because we were looking for a more intuitive, all-in-one association management system with stronger support and a smoother overall user experience. We also wanted a platform that could better streamline our workflows across membership, events, communications, and reporting, and provide more responsive onboarding and ongoing customer support.

10/10, easy to learn and everything is pretty great at self explaining itself. The tutorials are great and there is always seminars that pop up to enhance your experience for members.

Pros

How easy and secure it is the connect with members. Events are a breeze to set up and have and easy way for people to pay online than them taking the time to send in checks. Checks are an option too which is just as easy to process. Donations and sponsors are so easy to set up for events and more and makes a huge difference.

Cons

I haven't ran into cons yet, very easy to navigate. If I had to even name a con maybe some shorter shortcuts when creating an event.
