They did not use this as a sales call! Instead they showed us the benefits of their software and really gave us a good view of its functionality. The only thing we could even consider a con was the fact that it is software based and our IT dept. would have to make room on the server. They are a finalist in our search and we will be having a follow up call with them soon.
