Pros: Good news is that it integrates seamlessly with Gmail. This makes it easy to access your contacts and remain in the same interface and paradigm.

Cons: The good news is also the bad news. It can get a little oppressive to have the CRM tied to the email interface if you're not working on your CRM activities.

Overall: A good CRM solution for casual use that integrates well with Gmail.

Pros: Most companies using Gmail try to integrate other tools and CRMs, with limited success. Being able to allow people to do most everything in Gmail - from tracking to mail merge to pipelines that show where the customer is in the journey from contact to close - is a big plus. It's so easy to use and set up, allowing newbies to use it and not distracting those experienced from having to learn a separate interface.

Cons: The jump in price from free, which is super limited and good to try out. There should be an interim price point for those that don't have the budget nor use all the capabilities. Plus data validation and data recovery are limited to the most expensive version, these should be standard if you pay.

Pros: I like how simple is the product and at the same time how useful it is. It helps me to manage my email box more effectively.

Cons: It would be nice to have a better reporting, other than that everything is great, I am very satisfied.

Pros: It helped me keep my clients' contact details and also share information like pending tasks and assignments to my workmates. It also help me manage sales together with other important information that regards the company.

Cons: None of the shorts notes that I've typed into my client files not visible. It only shows tasks,also it doesn't work effectively on my android phone. i wish it would.

Overall: Helped me manage my sales and task information more effectively. also it helps me get in touch with clients and also i get to keep their contacts for future reference.

Streak has saved me a ton of time by allowing me to see who what and when someone has seen my email

Pros: I believe that steak has very useful features that I use on a daily basis. I can see if someone has read my emails, how many times they opened it and when they did.

Cons: The one thing I do not like about streak is that it is not compatible with similar apps. This gets me made but I can also understand why they do not do it.

Pros: The features here are so, so smart that Gmail is now adopting some of them for all. Snooze for instance. I use snippets for everything I have multiple piplines - they are flexible and intuitive to use - you could be planning a wedding or getting angel investors or in our case- matching landowners with local farmers. I am the only one (of two employees) who uses Streak but if I was in a team environment I would prize that feature. Bottom line: Gmail is the best email and Streak makes it even better

Cons: It sometimes signs out and I have to re-sign in to my gmail to make it work. I have spent no time trying to fix this and I'm sure it is simple to do.

Overall: I can't imagine gmail without streak. I use the features daily and they improve my workflow immensely. Their support team is great.

Pros: What I like most about this platform is that it allows you to get the most out of your emails and the response times of your customers. I always use it to maintain a close contact relationship with my representatives at school.

Cons: what I do not like very much is that the free version seems somewhat incomplete, and limited.can improve much more

Pros: I love that Streak takes my marketing to the next level. It adds a personal touch to sending bulk emails.

Cons: Streak emails are exactly what you see is what you get. You type an email - you send an email and that's about it. I wish there was a better way to customize and track emails with great reporting.

Overall: It streamlines marketing and makes it easy to reach a large quantity of people in a short amount of time.

Pros: Streak is like having an assistant perpetually in your gmail with zero cost, when you want to give a better service to your customers, to make them feel like they are your number one priority, you need to answer their emails instantly writing them in the first hour, and respond at the moment , here where this excellent tool helps you, you can schedule the mail out at the time you want, so all your customers will receive your mail first thing in the morning, making them feel like your priority, you can create templates to streamline the response time and knowing the scope it has also serves to know how many people saw it and who could be interested, there are many possibilities of this tool and it depends on your imagination to give it the best possible use, but it is wonderful.

Cons: If you want a complete CRM does not work because it is limited to the area of email, but there are many possibilities and also is free.

Overall: Excellent applications that allows you to power your gmail by offering a CRM service for email that will speed up your time, simulating a personal deal with each client.

Pros: The app give to gmail the basic features to become a CRM. For a begginers users I think is the best app to CRM begin.

Cons: But this features apllied in gmail do not show clearly and be confused to manage and extract all potential features.

Pros: I believe that the Gmail integration and the freemium price plan makes Streak and very potent proposition

Cons: I am using other CRM and the switching cost and adoption (learning curve) makes it a burden. Also I use Gmail for personal use and Gmail for business for professional use. I simply don't see the use of utilizing a CRM for private email contacts.

Overall: I have no use of a CRM for personal and private contacts, and use other solutions for my business and professional network

Pros: I like how powerful my email box became when I implemented the Streak. It made email tracking, communication and scheduling so much easier.

Cons: It is a bit overpriced. It would be great to have more affordable pricing options.

Pros: I used Streak to make sure that I didn't lose track of conversations. Their snooze function was exactly what I needed.

I also appreciated the open tracking of emails, but this can be a double-edge sword as it can turn people off if they have software that lets them know you're doing it.

Cons: I never really used Streak for the desired purpose (CRM), so that's what I liked least about it. It just never made sense for me.

Pros: The best thing going for Streak is its painless integration with Gmail. On top of that, the freemium model gives the small business owner a plethora of features, on the house. When you're bootstrapping your business, use Streak for your CRM.

Cons: The ability to write notes based on dates (e.g. did I call on the 2nd and then send a mailer 3 days later) is really shortsighted. When I was using Streak in 2016 and 2017, the only option was a generic notes field which could fill up very quickly.

Overall: You'll get rich CRM features in your Gmail (from columns on email, phone number, and the usual info to more nuanced categories like anniversaries and birthdays), and the small business owner who is already strapped for mental hard drive space doesn't need another app to log into. I love what Streak offers in its freemium service, and I even recommend it to my fellow video producers in my blog. It's my preferred CRM - keep it up!

Pros: To be able to know who have read my emails according to the location, that is, where are my contacts in google map and know their respective location on the map.

Cons: So far I have no comments against what to do to the software I think that up to now meets my expectations

Overall: It has helped me to organize my multiple emails in different accounts since I receive many emails daily from the same people and I do not get lost by following up on each conact that is, I have been able to respond without difficulty and promptly in a personalized way to my different friends, family and contacts.

Pros: Very simple and easy to use, with just a few clicks It is running and if you don't use anything for CRM could be a good start

Pros: Strreak is one of the useful email notifier. Aside from the benefit that I get reminded to answer the email, or follow-up the emails I sent, I also get a notification if my email was already read by someone.

Cons: I wish I could figure out immediately who opened my email and have not responded. That way, I can follow-up with specific people more efficiently.

Pros: I love the fact that Streak CRM lives within the Gmail client. I love everything Google and use their services and features everyday. Streak lets you leverage everything that is amazing about Google in a very seamless and easy to view format. Streak takes advantage of google platform and now I'm not jumping back and forth between 2 or 3 different data bases.

Cons: There is a learning curve with Streak. It takes times to get used to how they "title" everything and it takes a while to get accustom their "Streak" work flow. It took me longer than I hoped to get up to speed on how Streak works, but I forced myself to get embedded with Streak because of my love for Google. Sometimes there is SO much functionality you can get lost in the details, but if you slow down, you won't have any problems.

Overall: I like Streak and I would recommend it to folks who are looking for an integrated CRM with an email platform. I think this idea is genius and I've committed myself to getting familiar with Streak because I love all of my google apps and capabilities. I'm able to have one area were I can do everything I need to do from a sales and follow up perspective and I don't know what could be better. My only downside is the learning curve is long and it took me awhile to get adjusted. But now I'm good and would recommend this to anyone who is looking to simply their CRM process. The UI isn't ideal, but I don't care about that stuff as long as the functionality of the service works.

Pros: Ideal to schedule the sending of emails the day and at the desired time, avoiding forgetfulness. Excellent tool to make reminders to customers and suppliers. Ideal to carry the commercial tracking of contacts. It is a good tool to save time answering emails, having the option to create customized templates according to the characteristics of the contact. The biggest advantage is that the tool sends notifications of whether the recipient has read the sent email or not.

Cons: Although it is a very useful tool, the fact of carrying the tracking of an email sent to a recipient can represent an invasion of the privacy of the same. From my experience, this is the only disadvantage that I see the tool.

Streak is an amazing software that has completely changed the way I email.

Pros: I love that I can keep track of when, where, and how often people read the emails I have sent them. It is the WORST not knowing if someone has seen your email and Streak provides me the comfort of knowing that yes, they did in fact see that incredibly important memo I sent, even if they failed to respond to it.

Cons: There's not much that I don't like about Streak. It would be nice if it worked with Office 365 so I could use it for my work emails as well.

2) A simple and functional sales pipeline
3) I was able to create tasks

Pros: I was on the hunt for a Gmail plugin that could tell me if an email was opened or not. That's really all I was after. I found Streak, and I began using it because of the email open tracking. It works pretty great. It's very helpful from a business and sales point of view to have that email feature. It alerts me if somebody has viewed what I sent them.

Cons: Streak does have a bunch of other tools, but I haven't really found value in them, and I seem to get notified left and right all the time about re-signing in, and new notifications for things that I'm not really interested in. I wish that I could simplify it and just express interest in what I want, and forget the rest. It's possible I'm just the wrong user that they're trying to go after.

Pros: CRM- Customer Relationship Marketing. Solid Gmail integration and good reminders on followup. Free version isn't that bad. Support is better than I though it would be. Resources are ok.

Cons: Price for the pro version is a touch pricey and for a monthly fee. It's hard to justify the cost if you are a small business.

Pros: *Business features while tracking email you can see who has opened it and react fast and surprise a customer or a person you work with. Makes work very comfortable *Integration Streak is tightly integrated within Gmail account and creates its own tab where you can have a personal CRM view * Contacts and additional features Streak has a great way of associating each contact with a specific deal (box) which makes it easy to use gmail for sales. For example, I can easily message all people related to the issue without ever searching for the addresses. *Functionality of Streak is incredible it has everything You can do mass mail check if people saw your email and track when and how it has been opened.

Cons: In terms of functionality It can be a bit faster. Also, I believe, Streak team will work regarding more customization and create more options for users to adjust the plugin to the needs of the company UI needs some work. It does not seem welcoming and even if it has all the features, some user might just get confused.

Pros: I use it daily to track read receipts on emails. Great capability to track funnels for leads. An inbox helper that helps to track sales.

Pros: This app greatly enhances and improves gmail, it makes it a very powerful tool for managing your clients as a CRM does, you can place clients in groups where you can keep emails from them and schedule outgoing emails to arrive at hours specific, imagine that you can send 100 emails at 8 am they will feel like they are a priority for you, it is a very complete and useful service.

Cons: It only costs a bit at first to configure everything, prepare the boxes with customers or companies, configure and schedule, but with great benefits.

Overall: Excellent to organize and give a more personalized service to your contacts and customers, with several very useful functionalities that greatly enhance the gmail service.

Pros: The Personal version is Free and great for small businesses. There are limits yes, however it was more then enough to serve both our Sales and Support needs.

Cons: The Pro version gets really expensive really fast. Occasionally items are not where I expect them to be and I have to look around.

Overall: Easily organize support and sales calls saving me time. Also it is nice to see past interactions when a client contacts me as well as seeing corporate information.

Pros: This add on is a new way to use a CRM while not adding another tab to your chrome. Makes it easy to keep track of deals right in my mail box.

Cons: Can be clunky and buggy at times. Lags behind in features compared to other competitors. Could use more development.

Value for Money

Pros: I should say that I don't run a business that NEEDS a CRM practice, but I've installed Streak on all my inboxes anyway. I love organization and this makes it so easy to stay on top of my goals.

Cons: Sometimes it randomly uninstalls or stops working without notification, but it's so good that I'm always happy to reinstall.

Okay, Streak for your email is actually really awesome!

Pros: I love love love streak. Since I started using it a couple months ago, it has been amazing for helping me tackle my inbox. I get so many emails a day and it's really hard to keep up with them unless I'm pinning them to the top of my inbox, and even then it's overwhelming. I love the color coding - they definitely knew how to catch a user's eye. and the fact that the personal account is free is very helpful.

Cons: Although many relationships/plans are done through email, not all of them are. Also, this program doesn't take into account that there are many useless emails that don't need to be categorized. Finally, it works for a more small business type situation, rather than a large corporation. I just don't think it's ready to handle that kind of volume yet.

Pros: The integration into Gmail. I do not need to leave my e-mail to enter as much information about a client as I would like

Cons: Price would be the first thing. It's a fairly basic, excel like software that is close in price to a lot of high functional CRM's

Pros: Fully integrated with Gmail and GSuite, possibility to share deals and details with colleagues, powerful management of Sales pipelines, great features to manage Sales activities.

Cons: Sometimes I struggled to find all the features Streak provides, the look is not so fresh. I believe the Streak team should refresh the user interface and improve the user experience also improving the ease of use.

Overall: Great and powerful management of deals, facilitated supervision of the entire Sales team, cross-sharing details and information about prospects and customers.

Pros: We've used Streak in our startup with our business development team. It worked out great to organize and reach out to potential partners. Setting it up and get going at a low price is what Streak is great for.

Cons: While Streak lives within Gmail or in our case, Gmail for business, it was clear that it's not for the long run, esp. when you run more than 500 or 1000 contacts and use multiple people.

Pros: Easily integrates into Gmail so I can keep track of warm leads and how they move through my tiny pipeline. I can spend as much of as little time maintaining it as needed.

Cons: I dont think there is a way to make notes about every conversation except in one long notes section.

Pros: The delayed send feature and the ease of installation. Like most Gmail plugins, installation was seamless and only after major Gmail updates or changes do I need to reinstall this plugin.

Cons: I primarily use this for the delayed email send feature. To date, there is nothing that I don't like about this plugin.

Pros: I like how easy it is to use Streak with my gmail. I use it for sales and marketing purposes, and any company can benifit from it if they use gmail, and have a sales or marketing team.

Cons: I don't like how it is only connected to gmail. I believe this product should be applied to other email sevices.

Overall: You benifit from being more organized, you can better manage email at scale, and you can communicate better with your team.

Pros: I like being able to assign a client and then keep all emails underneath that client. It makes going back and looking at the communication so simple and easy.

Cons: I don't like that you can't organize by date/name unless you use the paying version. It seems that's so basic you should be able to do that free.

Pros: I enjoy knowing if my email has been read and also seeing how many times it has been viewed. It can really help to know that if a client of mine has looked at an email a dozen times then they probably need more assistance.

Cons: I do not like the pricing structure. It's very expensive for what it is. I have chosen to remain on the free plan because of this.

Pros: Since I basically live out of my inbox, Streak makes life much easier. No more jumping from one program to another for tracking and follow-ups. In a nutshell, Streak allow you to work smarter!

Cons: I can't say I dislike anything. I would however, like to see more integration with other email marketing channels. I'm sure Streak will grow as will its compatibility with other players. I'd recommend it for anyone looking for an easy to use CRM, regardless.

Pros: I like that you can schedule mailings is a great help without having free time to manage your commitments and use automated templates.

Cons: I do not have anything negative to say about it very good software as an extension for the email a great help.

Overall: as a benefit I got that I was able to send scheduled emails which I did not have time to send and it made my job easier.

Pros: When it works its a great behind the scenes application that has some valuable tools. I do like the notifications and the email templates that i can select for sending invoicing and client communication even if its not myself sending the emails.

Cons: It always signs me out which I dont notice till after I have sent an email and am no longer about to track it. It is really expensive to integrate my 3 person team which is why i haven't done it yet. I wish I could hide the pipelines if I wanted to as well.

Pros: I most love the email tracking feature. It is one of the most economical options for this type of service and still use it to this day.

Cons: Now that I have moved into using another option for my sales processes (it allowed me to automate many tasks where Streak did not) I don't like the fact that I cannot delete the parts of the software that I don't use (the sales pipeline feature).

Overall: I found this to be a great sales lead/CRM tool when my business was smaller and cash flow was a huge issue. It integrates so easily with Gmail so you aren't going into yet another program to track emails and sales.

If you're looking to keep things simple and integrated then Streak is a great option.

I still use and love the email tracking feature which allows me to "know" if my clients have read the emails I sent.

Pros: Streak has an excellent set of free features. Basically it provides a full-blown CRM as a GMail plugin, and it's incredibly convenient to use! Along with the CRM capabilities, Streak offers a free email tracker (you can see when your email was read and how many times) and email templates.

All this is perfect for a free product used by a single person.

Cons: I think it gets a bit pricey for a team and I didn't like how some non-free features are included in the user interface so that you're led to click on them and see the "this is only available in the premium version" message.

There's a reason it works!

Pros: Simply put - gmail in integration. You solve all your problems with other CRMs because you do all your work on gmail.

Cons: I think customing it to your needs might be a little difficult for some people at first. It's a bit pricey too.

Pros: Streak is an incredible free tool. I use it daily to track read receipts on emails, but the power of streak goes far beyond that. There is incredible capabilities to track funnels for leads. Especially for entrepreneurs looking to start their own company or raise money or sales/biz dev reps trying to grow their clientele, the power of this product cannot be overlooked.

Cons: I honestly don't have many bad things to share...I really love this product, and being free makes it well worth it.

Pros: The integration with email makes it easy to be very thorough and efficient with lead follow-ups, form emails, tasks, send later, etc. Productivity increased tenfold when we started using Streak.

Cons: I can't think of anything to complain about. I wish we could afford the premium plan to take advantage of the premium features, but that's not Streak's fault, their prices are very reasonable.

Pros: Great mail merge feature, easy to create and review draft messages.
Great bulk import feature for uploading contacts from Google Sheets into Streak.
Snooze and scheduled send features are top-notch and in my opinion superior to Boomerang.

Cons: Setting up the pipeline is a bit fiddly. Setting up the columns/fields for these contacts isn't always as intuitive as it looks.

Pros: It's very easy to use. It helps you manage your emails and also track it. With just a couple of fill-ups and you're ready to send your email to groups of people you wanted to receive.

Cons: I just sometimes don't like that I have to convert it to CSV file first before sending emails using your Gmail.

Overall: If you're naturally a disorganized person, this will help you send emails and save time while having the ability to track it.

Pros: Easy to use and has a lot of integration features that help us track everything. Track your information on the stages you want and make the followup. Its customized permissions allow to share the content, clients, and pipelines with the people we want it to. You can give very customized permission to all your workers, for some of them or create your own private pipelines and your data will be protected. I also like the easy database creation, just from a spreadsheet and import it to the CRM. Very simple.

Cons: Bugs and fixes and bugs again. It tends to get some bugs, even though they solve it really quick, it gets a bit of annoying. Sometimes the interface gets slow, so you need a proper laptop or PC to use it. It looks really messy at first and the interface its so colorful, it looks like a unicorn made it, but you tend to get used to it.

Overall: It's cheap, it has lots of integration with other software, and it helped us to get quality control over the sales department and customer support.

Pros: I really love how simple it is. I explain to the team its like a sophisticated spreadsheet. It gives reminders and simple reports which is everything I need. Best part is it lives in Gmail.

Cons: I wish the mobile app was better. Also having a few more options and better contact management would be great. Automatic email filters would be amazing rather than always adding things to boxes.

Overall: Simplicity, and measurability. If you take the time to set it up correctly, you will have measurable goals for your sales team to hit and can run reports needed. Also you can stay on top of your clients with this software too.

I can also see things and update things in the mobile app which is helpful being a salesman on the road.

Cons: -Not available for Inbox by Gmail.

Pros: Neatly keeps all emails and attachments related to a client in one place. The Sidebar makes it easy to, at a glance get all the customized information you need when you open an email related to the client.

Cons: The cost. Inability to customize fields for contacts & companies including a photo field. Unable to nest records like an account that has several sub accounts and different contacts for each one and each one having different projects and project tasks for each etc. You cannot choose fields for just contact records, account records, opportunities, projects or tasks without having to create several pipelines for each type of record. If you do create several pipelines for each type of record you are not able to pull fields from one pipeline to have it display in another pipeline. For the price, you can get a full CRM system that can be customized for the way you work. If the price was lower I could give this product a good rating for being a simple CRM to track your emails and attachments related to a contact and track pipeline progress.

Overall: This product has enabled me to keep all my emails and attachments related to a project in one place and allows me to track the progress of a project from start to finish.

Pros: With Streak, everything is integrated into Gmail - everything. Without bloating the interface, the browser extension and permissions grant you access to customizable sales pipelines, deals and contacts management, and email tracking all associable with the client emails in your inbox. This can really improve your workflow if you're most comfortable working exclusively in Gmail.

One feature I really appreciate is the mail merge tools, which pairs perfectly with the customizable sales pipelines and email tracking.

Cons: Parts of the interface can be misleading as to what is included in the free version - I frequently run into a hard paywall when trying to access some links beneath my sales funnels. Ideally those options would be hidden but this is a minor issue considering that the essential features are all there.

Overall: It's easy to manage client contacts, deals and sales pipelines right where these transactions live - in Gmail.

Streak CRM has completely simplified all aspects of Event Management for my Banquet department.

Pros: I've worked in large hotels that have full and dedicated Catering programs to handle bookings. The hotel I'm working at ran all their banquets using a manual system. Well, I had to change that right away, so I started using everything Google to get a rudimentary system up and running. Then, just by chance, I found Streak CRM in the chrome store and downloaded it. When I had it up and running in Gmail, I noticed they had a pre-defined pipeline for Event Planning. I was sold. Everything I designed in Google Drive integrates into Streak Boxes. All correspondences to conveners have all the email threads, documents, contracts, and catering details are all right there and handy in each Streak Box View. The design team for Streak CRM is very active. Since I've been using Streak for the past 2 years, there have been many upgrades and additional tools added to Streak that just makes it all that more powerful.

Cons: Streak integrates nicely with Google Drive or G-Suite, but its integration with Google Calendar could use some improvement - for example, I use a separate calendar for each meeting and banquet rooms for booking. When I create a new box in Streak I can send that information to a Streak Calendar. It would be nice to be able to assign specific calendars to send information to from Streak.

Pros: It gives us a way to do the mass email to our candidates through our email account. It saves time and effort for us recruiters.

Cons: Sometimes merge fields didn't work and you need to repeat the process before doing the email. No direct person to talk to as well.

Pros: So far, I love using Streak! I use it to track the openings/views of my emails. I love that I can use the basic features for free, which is just what I need.

Cons: The only thing I would say is sometimes it does not track an email and I am not given any explanation as to why. Otherwise, all good!

Pros: I work as a customer support specialist and it is extremely helpful to know when my customers are opening their emails (especially when they claim they haven't received it!) You can also see how many times they've opened it - and in support, it helps me determine if the customer needs additional help (ex. if they open the same email 70+ times, they probably require more assistance on whatever issue I just helped them out with)

Cons: The free trial version has so many pop-ups that are, quite frankly, extremely disruptive. The pop ups will come up mid-email and I get so frustrated that I'll just disable it for the day. BUT, it is free so I can't really complain!

Pros: Simple installation and configuration. If you are a Gmail user, this flexible, feature-rich CRM tool is great for organizing all kinds of tasks.

Cons: It is a little pricey. The free version is too limited to be of use to anybody (if you have enough to organize that you need a CRM, then you have enough going on that the free version will not be helpful). The first tier is a little expensive for many small-business users and freelancers.

Pros: Great for a visually minded person! I set up my Sales pipeline in rainbow order colors. As an artist, I am very color-motivated. I can see an overview of the progress of each lead to developing the quote, invoicing, paid, in progress in the studio, made, shipped, and follow up for thanks. Each client has their own box where I can put all their gmail communication, and image files and documents are extracted so I don't have to hunt for them. I use the free version, and and as a solopreneur haven't had the need for the functions more suited to a larger company with employee teams.

Cons: I wish the boxes showed up in my gmail on all my devices. I use Streak on my desktop, and the app for Android doesn't get good reviews.

Pros: I love the fact that I can send emails later. I also really like that I know when my recipients have opened and read their emails.

Pros: Essentially, Streak is a plugin for a browser that superpowers your Gmail. To start out deploying it, just install the plugin, then start your Gmail inbox and you will find it prepared to work. It'll first ask you what you would like to observe in Gmail: traditional CRM leads and discounts, fundraising prospects, storyline leads, potential hires, email support, plus more. Any business process that revolves around email is a perfect fit.
Once you've created the first pipeline, go on and use Gmail as normal, and you will start realizing little Streak extras during your experience. You will likely notice a few email boosting features first. There's a fresh option if you are reading email messages to "snooze" an email, which goes it out of your inbox and then brings it back at the same time you set - if you are a zero inbox fan (like myself) you will love that feature. That is clearly a great way going to inbox no and ensure you get your distractions taken care of, but still be sure to start to see the email by enough time you need to answer it. Then, if you are writing emails, you will see an identical option to program when a contact will be sent--a smart way to write e-mail in advance and also have them get there on time.

Cons: No real drawbacks that I can see. If the mobile app was to be connected to Gmail and it was possible to see the email tracking that would be a nice addition.

Overall: makes my life easier

Once customizing it to my needs and business, it has been so helpful to see the flow of proposals!

Pros: Love having the ability to group different categories of projects and then the various people or proposals in each of those categories all through my Gmail account. The reminders are great to keep me on track of what needs to be submitted and by when to meet deadlines. My fave is the ability to snooze emails - has helped me tremendously in following up with people!

Cons: Can take a little while to load in Gmail. Also, can be a little challenging to adapt to what you need it for and to set up the boxes, but once you get it, you get it!

Pros: Streak its highly integrated inside Gmail, so if you are a GSuite user its a great CRM option. It has all the basics functionalities of any CRM and in top of that, many functions for your e-mail tasks, like: open tracking, snooze, mail merge and a great snippets solution (so much better than the Gmail option). One of the great problems of CRMs softwares is the difficulty to put its use in the work process. Streak is the closest to a native CRM inside your own mail box.

Cons: Comparing with other CRM solutions, Streak has less automations functions. The design is not that great too (but its getting better in the last few updates)

Overall: You can organize your contacts by the Google Contacts and use them inside Streak. You can have multiple pipelines for different processes. You can use its e-mail power-ups to best organize your e-mail and save time in your day-to-day inbox duties.

Pros: For my product-based small business, I have a number of sales streams where I cultivate leads. Streak allows me to manage these leads right inside Gmail so I can quickly view all of our correspondences. Since most of my business is done through email, Streak creates a perfect bridge. Specifically, I can create a new box for each lead and categorize it under a specific pipeline (sales stream). Within the pipeline, I can create different sales stages and view all of my leads in one place along with data about our interactions (days since last interaction, days in stage, etc) so I can prioritize my outreach efforts. Within each lead, I can view all of the email correspondences and make notes on the lead. An additional feature in Streak is email open tracking so you can see if your leads have opened your emails. It shows up automatically and displays the times of each open. That's a huge value just to know if your emails are going through. All of these features are completely free and just a simple add-on, which frankly is hard to believe and so valuable for my business!

Cons: I really love Streak--for a free program, it offers so much! If I could add anything, I would love to be able to have all correspondences with a specific email address automatically assigned to the same lead box.

Overall: Organization for my lead outreach and follow-up. I love how it's embedded within Gmail so all of my correspondences are right there. It's a game changer for me moving from a simple spreadsheet that is overwhelmed with data to this streamlined system. And on top of that, it's free!

Pros: I loved how simple it is to setup and configure Streak. It plays entirely into my needs, since it's a simple, completely configurable CRM that runs right on top of gmail. Running on Gmail seems like a simplification, but it's actually exactly what I was looking for. It's also very easy to use! Very self-explanatory.

Cons: Being a light platform is great, but it might be missing some of the more advanced CRM features. The user interface is very simple, though being so simple, some people might feel it's too barebones.

Pros: I love that this is integrated with my Gmail inbox so I don't have yet another screen open on my computer and have to remember yet another login.

It is easy to sort, add notes and track everything using the Chrome extension. The new add-on for Gsuite is ok but very limited in features. There are mobile apps that are nice but so far you need to be using it in Chrome to get the full features.

I found customer service to be friendly and quick to reply.

Cons: I don't like being limited to using Chrome, while this is my favorite browser, I had some problems with it recently and I had to use another browser for a week, this meant that during this period I was limited to the GSuite add ons and mobile apps which don't have the full features that the Chrome extension does. I would love to see an extension for Edge or simply expand the apps to tap into all of the features.

Overall: Easy e-mail tracking and customer/project tracking right from my Gmail inbox.

Cons: I wish it was easier to assign new emails to the lead in the pipeline. Pros: First, it is intuitive. It works with your Gmail account, so the leads naturally flow from your inbox to your CRM. It's always available. I have had my Operations Manager object to other CRM's and refuse to use it. This one he smiled and loved. You know what's happening with each case with a glance. Marvelous.

Cons: I haven't needed to use their customer service so I can't speak to it. As with all programs, the more features the more difficult it is to learn. This program you get right after you download. There's very little not to like.

Cons: - Need to manually add emails to boxes that are already tracking email threads. My export was completely empty. If you're tracking the email exchange, it should automatically input emails into contacts
- Lack of integration (I think) with excel. Would be nice to have spreadsheet constantly updating according to Streak
- Box limits (50) that you can get around by creating V2 of the same box, it's just extra hassel

Overall: All of the things in the previous section I said that I liked, and it has helped me keep track of my donor base

Pros: I'm brand new to my business, so I need to build a lead mgmt process that will grow with me, and Streak gives me that flexibility. Im SO grateful for this product, it has helped me to be on top of my priorities from the moment I start work in the morning.

Cons: I wish I could more easily arrange the order of prospects within stages. Its possible that functionality exists and I'm not aware of it yet. I'm fairly new (around 6 mos.)

Pros: Easy to access and automatically keeps track of all my communication with leads. Adding new leads and contact info is simple. Pipeline view makes it easy to stay organized with a high number of leads.

Cons: The price jump from free to dollars per month per user is too high for startups. Limited after 50 leads.

Lots of options I haen't tapped into yet, but the basic interace is very intuitive and user friendly
