Pros: First, it is intuitive. It works with your Gmail account, so the leads naturally flow from your inbox to your CRM. It's always available. I have had my Operations Manager object to other CRM's and refuse to use it. This one he smiled and loved. You know what's happening with each case with a glance. Marvelous.

Cons: I haven't needed to use their customer service so I can't speak to it. As with all programs, the more features the more difficult it is to learn. This program you get right after you download. There's very little not to like.

Pros: - Tracking across teams 'magic columns' where you can see the last person who saw them
- Delayed email sending
- Customer service is very attentive and fast

Cons: - Need to manually add emails to boxes that are already tracking email threads. My export was completely empty. If you're tracking the email exchange, it should automatically input emails into contacts
- Lack of integration (I think) with excel. Would be nice to have spreadsheet constantly updating according to Streak
- Box limits (50) that you can get around by creating V2 of the same box, it's just extra hassel

Overall: All of the things in the previous section I said that I liked, and it has helped me keep track of my donor base

Completely customizable- your business needs this type of organization!

Pros: I'm brand new to my business, so I need to build a lead mgmt process that will grow with me, and Streak gives me that flexibility. Im SO grateful for this product, it has helped me to be on top of my priorities from the moment I start work in the morning.

Cons: I wish I could more easily arrange the order of prospects within stages. Its possible that functionality exists and I'm not aware of it yet. I'm fairly new (around 6 mos.)

Pros: Easy to access and automatically keeps track of all my communication with leads. Adding new leads and contact info is simple. Pipeline view makes it easy to stay organized with a high number of leads.

Cons: The price jump from free to dollars per month per user is too high for startups. Limited after 50 leads.

Lots of options I haen't tapped into yet, but the basic interace is very intuitive and user friendly

Pros: I love how I can organize my emails and use the snippets feature to easily send templated responses. It has made my communication with customers a breeze.

Cons: It is a little confusing to start out with but the resources are easy to find and figure it out. Other than that no complaints- set up is easy and I recommend it to everyone that I work with.

- constant improvement and new feature developement

Cons: - sometimes organizing boxes (or you may call them leads in most cases) is done a little differently than expected, but as with every software you have to get used to it

Overall: - time savings

Cons: Mobile app improved recently, but still not as good as desktop experience by a long shot. App design lacking.

Pros: I find the pipelines and boxes very intuitive to use and manage, and I love the new layout for boxes with email conversations, documents etc. accessible in a click. I find the whole experience better than Gmail's folders and tags. I use Streak to organize my inbox and my work.
My most favorite thing though is the snooze feature. So useful.

Overall: It's much more easier to manage my inbox and complex sales and partnership pipelines involving many teams.

I love this product for tracking emails and mail merge. Its quirky, but can save a ton of time.

Pros: I love the email tracking and snooze feature! I also really like the mail merge, customizing each email is super easy and fast. Its a great tool. It takes a while to learn, but is totally worth the effort.

Cons: The mail merge does very weird things with GIFs and also uploading spreadsheets for new pipelines can be tricky.

Pros: Useful templates to start quickly and ease of customisation in the next step.
Inspiring raports, quick filters and grouping options.
Easy sharing.

Cons: The difficult task to find cons... But if I have to...: In exported files, it's hard to use (filter, order) data in date format.
Sometimes email reply from another team member is not visible and sometimes it's hard to take over thread started by another team member.

Pros: One of the greatest strengths is the versatility. I used it personally to track a kitchen renovation project, as well as a startup sales funnel, fundraising, and partnerships. Love the dashboard view that lets me see where things are quickly.

Cons: As it looks and feels like Excel, I'd like a bit better calculations (summing columns, etc.). Also, as a big fan of the "Snooze" feature for email, it surprised me that the mobile app does not include this feature.

Very easy and perfectly integrated with the Gmail flow.

Pros: Not having to use another software besides Gmail. It's easy to work with different pipelines and completely adaptable.

Cons: The premium version is very expensive based on features and other CRM's. It's not easy to understand if premium will worth it.

Pros: Very easy to set up, very simple to use and yet very powerful in terms of features. The fact that it's fully integrated with Gmail is a ++. I've tested a lot of CRM, and Streak blows the competition in many ways. In the past year a lot of new features have been implemented, so I feel confident that it will only get better!

Cons: For me the only con is the price. When compared to other CRM's it feels a bit pricey. Other than that, no cons at all.

Keeps my leads/candidates organized and lets me know what level/step they are currently in.

Pros: Ease of use, ability to duplicate/multiple pipelines, ability to move from one pipeline to another, ability to have all emails in one spot while talking to the contact.

Cons: Too easy to wipe out information in a box within a column and not be able to "undo" automatically as you can in Excel.

Overall: The amount of time to enter a new contact has been drastically reduced, so I can concentrate on the Candidate process now.

Pros: similarity to excel (and that I can export it to excel!), great UX, the thing that I have all my emails categorized AND snippets

Cons: One functionality is missing here: to connect boxes from different Pipelines (so for example I can connect Partner x from Pipeline Y with the same Partner x which I have in different pipeline).

Pros: The ability to freely create your own pipelines. The box system is easy to use. It blends into gmail smoothly, adds task directly to your calendar!! Great stuff!

Cons: Not sure how reliable is the email tracking tool.. I get sometimes a few 'read' report, even when the email has been opened only once..

Pros: - quite intuitive software
- very customizable, yet still easy to use

Pros: I have been searching for a product that I can use with a computer and phone. I have been using streak with the free version and it has been great so far. I would consider the paid version but I think it is too pricey.

Cons: The cost of the program is too much. I run a small business and the price doesn't seem to fit with all the other products that we need to pay for.

Pros: I love how I can send mass emails, Make notes for each file and just how easy it is to use. If I have questions or concerns, their support is always there to assist me in understanding something on the program and making sure I am using it to the fullest ability. Streak is actually the best I have found yet.

Cons: There really is not much that I do not like about this system. If i had to chose it is how I have not been able to figure out why the system reads more then 1 email address when i am doing a mass email.

Overall: Keeping track of my Recruiters and on another pipeline I keep up with Driver Candidates.

Pros: It's very fast, easy and adaptable to any purpose. In my case I am using the free version to manage leads, hiring process or partnerships. I do like the way to follow up leads.

Cons: I would like to have a complete CRM to manage everything with more space. I mean, I really like the way it integrates in Gmail, but I would like to have a complete interface to manage better all the data. The mobile app is very limited.

Pros: Snippets are awesome - massive time saver. Snooze feature keeps clean inbox and easy to focus on priorities, for anyone who works within gmail a lot. Acts as a simple reminder system - fast, no duplicating info to 'to do' lists. Pipelines are very adaptable.

Pros: So Easy to use to organize incoming emails by project, organize projects by status and all projects are easy to scan through to judge status and what next step is necessary to close the project up.

Cons: Not sure about what I like least. I haven't tried to use it on mobile. If I could get my coworkers on it I'd be happier.

Pros: I used Insightly for a year and found that I didn't use it enough since I had to log into another platform. Streak has been the perfect solution since I can use it from the Gmail interface. It helps me stay on top of leads and follow up and take notes easily. The best software is the software you actually use!

Cons: No complaints. It's does exactly what I need it to do. It's light, quick, and works in the background until I need it.

Overall: Keeping track of leads, RFPs, and following up with leads.

Always loved using but this week the customer service has been very fast and helpful

Pros: Free, integrated in gmail, flexibility, reminders in calendar for tasks. We rebranded the company which meant a different email address. I wasn't sure if I could transfer boxes and pipelines. One quick email later, everything was shared. Another quick email and my snippets were shared

Cons: Cannot sync mobile phone number from google contacts. There is only "phone" option in contact. which sees phone number of google contacts, and most contacts are with mobile number only. This wavy cannot sync correctly with google contacts

Pros: Streak is easy to set up and creates a highly visual, colorful pipeline that inspires you to take action. Fillin in details is super-simple and intuitive¿it mostly happens in a single grid on one page. However, you can drill down when needed. Its full integration with Gmail allows teams to use other tools like Boomerang and Evercontact. The free version of Streak is great for a single person getting started.

Cons: The price jump from free to paid is a big step. Would love to see an intermediate step for smaller clients who want to come on board with team members.

Overall: Immediate visibility on leads and lead progression. Almost instant setup. Immediate, natural integration with our email system without forcing us to use a clunky email interface.

Pros: email tracking & send later are the name of the game for me. It's easy and the limit is generous. Learning other features, now.

Cons: Still figuring out mail merge. Maybe it's great, but not sure yet. I have not found the boxes to be intuitive. The value of tracking & send later is huge.

Pros: the mail merge function is excellent , as well as seamless intergration with import excel data to create folders . Just very simply for anyone to use

Cons: Only small con is the field selections for things like contacts, and intergrations into contact could be smoother. Could be that I am doing something wrong as well.

Pros: There are two big pros to Streak:

1) I love being able to send customized mail merge messages to large groups.
2) Seeing when my email messages are opened.

I use Streak primarily as a mail-merge solution for a variety of projects. This rating is based on that feature; however I have not explored it's full CRM potential. So far these are the projects I have accomplished with Streak:

-> A Kickstarter campaign with 185 backers - raised 12K to start a board game cafe and Streak made it easy to follow up with people and make sure we were sending out backers in different categories the right messages
-> Communication with cafe pass holders - we use mailchimp for our newsletter, but when we want to send
-> Housewarming and Birthday party invites - it's great to categorize people who reply yes/no/maybe and only have to send one message to large groups of people

Cons: I've had difficulty sending images. I've tried twice now and although I place the image in the email, as I normally would, it did not send in the mail merge.

Overall: Mainly time savings.

Pros: The integration with Gmail makes easy to use and control the pipeline and the management of everyday tasks.

Cons: Sometimes you have to reload the Gmail to activate the extension.
Don't know about including more users yet.

Pros: Chrome full integration.
Good support.
Compatibility and full integration with many other management software via Zapier helps to automate many daily activities and saves much time.

Cons: The app is VERY comprehensive and provides a full CRM support directly via Gmail and Chrome. When used only for project and e-mail management, not using many other CRM tools provided in the app, the corporate plan is too expensive and other intermediate plan would be more than welcome (eg. free features + taks support, call logs and meeting notes). The difference between free and corporate pricing plan is huge but not for all.

Overall: As mentioned before, much time saved and more control on the incoming e-mails.

Pros: The tracking option. That you can put costumers in different boxes matching the services they are asking for. Under each costumer you can write a note, so the next person that is going to answer knows, what we have communicated before.

Cons: Sometimes it does not work - won't appear in the mail as an option. We havn't found a solution for the issue or why it sometimes happens.

Streak is simply the crm you will actually use.

Pros: Streak integrate seamless in your gmail and is just up to you to decide how deeply use it in your daily routine as a sales manager but also as press officer or any job that involve contacting many people and converting leads in clients or action. You can simply use the mail merge function in few click, or the addicting notify about who where and when has seen your email, so you can manage rational followups. Super easy import export from google sheet so in minutes you can have a draft of a database and import it to sens merge mail with personalization...and many other amazing features that anyway never make the system complex: you just remain on your gmail, sharing contacts, prospects and all useful information and marketing "to does" like alert recall follow up and snippet of your sales email with the entire team. Excellent free version but absolutely worth payed version.

Cons: Maybe is my fault but a better integration or sync between gmail contact and pipeline's persons is possibile

if you use gmail and run a small business or a sales rep, this is a must have...

It's easy to use. It is very graphic. The use is intuitive. Intelligently group the information.

Although very good, for small companies, it is expensive.

Pros: I absolutely LOVE Streak. I have used cumbersome, expensive CRM tools in the past. Streak is low cost, easy to use, excel style, easily adaptable to my needs, with easy editing features. It has given me hours upon hours back into my day!

Cons: On occasion it is glitchy, but it could be my gmail account. Also, I would like to share it across multiple email accounts (for free ;)

Overall: Saves time, low cost, easy to manage, excel style, easy to edit

Pros: I love how easy it is to build up different pipelines and track conversations. The Snippet functionality makes it really easy to send customized emails in bulk.

Cons: Honestly, there is not much I can say against Streak. If anything, I think they could automatize the whole process of mailing again unanswered emails after a defined timeframe.

Overall: Efficiency

Streak was instrumental to keep track of my 100 leads for my final Harvard research project!

Pros: It helps me categorize leads so I never lose track of people I need to reach out to. With so many people to put in a pipeline, that can be easy to do.

Cons: I only wish that there were maybe a mobile app like Base has. That way, I could glance at my phone to check the status of leads.

Pros: Mail merge suite is the best. Integration with google docs keeps improving. Tracking feature for when messages are read.

Cons: I need to be better at using it. It would be nice if importing a spreadsheet could wipe the top row for customization instead of editing each colum.

Pros: Doesn't try to do too much, Salesforce has all of these wild components which might be cool but ultimately facilitate a complicated UX. It's a clean and simple glorified contact book which is exaclty what I wanted from a CRM

Pros: Streak is ver flexible. It adapts very well to different scenarios. Whether customer relationships, Human Resources hiring, bug tracking, you name it. Basically it is a full stack workflow management tool. The custom columns, email tracking, integration with third party thru Zapier, contact and organizations, collaborative and reactive environment are among the things we most like.

Cons: Honestly, there aren't many thing I don't like. The contacts in my opinion were not very well handled, but they recently came with a new solution I believe to be spot on. Sometimes I wish I could have a little more control on who sees what.

Overall: Our sales workflow is smooth thanks to streak

Pros: to put more emails and files to one project. this makes the email traffic and especially finding an email easier.

Cons: when you choice a Box and then Emails. its appear the list of emails. this is perfect! but when you klick an email you lose the list of rest of the emails among that Box. it will be very useful when you click an email in box to get a email and through 'older' and 'new' button to find all email belong to one box. otherwise every time you should go back from email to box and then click the other email belong to one box.

Pros: I love the way Streak is seamless with my gmail. I also love the way it is customizable. Streak's support is bar none as well! I recommend Streak to all who are looking for an amazing and efficient CRM. Steak also is constantly upgrading with more bells & whistles! LOVE LOVE Streak!

Cons: Hard to think of any cons. Only one top of my mind is that I really wish Streak Contacts would sync with Google Contacts real time. I think Streak may be working on this though.

Overall: Streak has saved my life LOL. It allows me to leverage the agents on my team and manage seller, buyer & stayer transactions in a productive and efficient manner. It also saves me time which is huge! Bottom line is that Streak wins the day and I'm grateful to all at Streak! Especially Andrew Stewart who has been & continues to be instrumental and supportive. Pros: The tools for tracking emails and sending later are awesome. Combined with the massive sending is a really powerfull tool. When you have to send emails to a lot oficial clients in different time zones.

Pros: Streak is the heart of our client management, feeding data to several other applications (Zapier, Google Sheets and Google Docs) and providing up to date information for our several employees working within same Gmail inbox.
Being integrated with Gmail and extendable through Zapier are the most important to me. Also, constant upgrades to the core make if more powerful each day.

Cons: I would like to be able to select box info placement when looking a mail in some box and ability to show just fields I select there. Definitely, miss some more granular control overall.

Pros: I'd never really thought of using CRM software before, as I'm not the typical target audience for that kind of product , yet ended up installing Streak for the extra tools in Gmail.

After installing and playing around with it a little, I suddenly found I WAS using the CRM features, albeit in a probably unintended way, to manage pretty much all my work. The fact you can completely customise pipelines, very easily, makes it easy to make it fit what you're doing.

I ended up using it not just for snoozing emails but as a task tracker, creating stages for who tasks were waiting for responses from (completely ignoring the built in "Assigned To" section since I was the only person using it at that point), which were blocked and which were complete.

You aren't limited to using only one pipeline for a single purpose, so you can use it in several different ways.

I thought manually adding conversations to boxes would be slow and unworkable, but it really isn't. Add the notes and magic columns and it's REALLY an improvement on Gmail for any emails you're actually at all interested in.

The separate naming of boxes from email subjects also makes it easy to find repetitive problems - if the autocomplete when entering a box name comes up with the same thing you're typing, you probably have had that problem before and if you used the Notes feature to record how you solved it, it saves you trying to recreate what you did months back.

Cons: None of these are really serious, just "things to improve":

- You can't have emails in multiple boxes - irritating as you sometimes have conversations covering more than one topic, or changing from one to the other (and thread splitting isn't really applicable if you end up discussing multiple things in a single email)

- No way to merge boxes except deletion and recreation - along with occasional bug preventing already created boxes from being selected (fixed by refresh)

- No easy way to give say a client a way to view a pipeline, except getting them to install it and adding them to the team, which brings up:

- Billing / team structure not really suited to freelancers - all team members must be on same plan so it's an active DIS-incentive to move off the paid version, as if I wanted to share a pipeline with a client they'd have to subscribe at the same level as me, which isn't really feasible for smallish or one-time jobs.

- If you have more than one pipeline the UI is a little fiddly to select which you want - should be big buttons, not single lines of text. This slows down adding to boxes.

Overall: It made Gmail far more powerful both in general and for task tracking.

It makes gmail a really strong solution for a small business

Pros: I have used CRM in different guises for years. When I started my own business I looked around and tried many different packages. The trouble with many of them is they didn't work natively in my Gmail package. Streak works within Gmail so I don't have to think too hard. It simple to associate emails to any contact/prospect and find them if I ever need to. I can sort out my inbox within a few minutes which means I never have more than one screen of emails at any one time. The ability to archive emails and find them easily makes Streak a really productive tool.

Cons: I'd like the ability to associate an email with multiple contacts/prospects. It's a wish rather than a need as I've used the free version successfully for more than 2 years and would hate to be without it!

Streak makes dealing with client enquiries so much easier.

Pros: I like the pipeline feature the most, I can see at a glance what stage each client booking is at. I also like the different colour labels that make all emails easy to identify in my inbox. I can easily see if a client is at the enquiry stage, has booked or the job is completed.

Cons: Not too much really, maybe that some of the paid features would be great to have in the free version. But I guess that's why people upgrade!

Pros: I love how you can setup your own boxes and own columns. Filtering is quick and you can really customize everything. I use it on my own, and it's great for managing my leads and things to do.

Cons: I'm am just starting to use this platform, so I may not have learned how to do this yet. But, I wish there was a way to have one lead live in two stages of a pipeline rather than just move from stage to stage.

Overall: I like that I can store information about current and potential clients right in my inbox so I can remember previous conversations we have. I can make my emails more personalized because of that.

Pros: I like the mailmerge which is incorporated into google drive. Pipeline is easy to use. There are A LOT of useful features.

Cons: There's no automation features for example (for all unanswered e-mails older than 3 days send "x email", for all unaswered "x emails" older than 3 days move to stage "not interested" of pipeline)

Streak is Gmail on steroids. It provides you with plenty of tools to be more productive

Pros: My favourite feature is snoozing emails. I can basically defer and re-schedule any email for later, which personally makes it much easier to manage follow-ups, and to organize my inbox. Apart from that, Streak has a gazillion features (pipelines, CRM, etc), and I'm sure I'm not even using all of them. It's great!

Cons: It's all great. Perhaps the only thing I can mention that is not perfect is that some of the features can be a bit difficult to learn. But I guess that's not a defect at all, it's just that the software is very comprehensive and can do many things, so it will take some time to learn how it all works.

Pros: Streak is by far the easiest CRM tool I've used. The fact that it's all within GMail makes my life much easier now. Support is great. Really happy I switched.

Pros: Great app, surely helps me to follow my opportunities. Ease of use, pipe custumization, integration witg G suite

Cons: The reports are not sufficiently customizable. Historical data is difficult to use. But still impoving ..

Comments: I'm just a free subscriber, but even at this level it's highly useful. Being able to see when people open my emails is a big plus. If I see someone opening my email but doesn't reply for several days, that kind of tells me something.

Pros: Simple, easy, quick to setup, easy and quick insights into who has opened and who hasn't

Cons: The live feed of opens interferes with my Rapportive, displaying the Linkedin Profile of the email address I hover over. If Streak added that component, I'd be in love.

Overall: I have loved using Streak. When I went to a new company to do sales, one of the first things I needed to setup was email tracking. I had used Streak before and for the price and ease of use, it was the first thing I setup. I didn't even look at others. It's a great and simple solution with great insights.

Recommendations to other buyers: It's great and it's simple. Whether I want to use it as myself or alongside my team, I can. It's not a bulky enterprise install.

Thanks for the review Corey! For the Rapportive issue I recommend checking out Clearbit Connect as a replacement (https://connect.clearbit.com/) it works very well with Streak.

Overall: I've just started using Streak for my business (the free version) a few days ago, and I'm already realizing what a powerful thing it's going to be for my business. Taking care of leads has always been a little challenging, but this is changing all of that for me.

Pros: It's Google!

Cons: A bit clunky. For example, if you have two funnels and you move one funnel to the other, if selections are not already present in exact spelling, then they disappear and you have to redo your work. I also wish that reminders would auto remind me because I always miss tasks on the day of and then never get around to them because I never see them again!

Overall: I love Google products and Google Steak is no exception. I am even locked in at a discounted rate for getting in while it was still in Beta. There have been many updates however there is still some chunkiness to it. Even so, it does the best job of giving me access to everything I need in one spot, like email, contacts, tasks, notes, call notes, etc., for a GREAT monthly rate. If you are a small business, start here! You may never leave. Now they just need to fix their Android app and we'll be golden.

Recommendations to other buyers: Get Android app running! kinda ridiculous that the iphone version app works better than the android.

Comments: Make the sales cycle so much easier! You can see when and how often someone views and email and super easily organize them into little boxes. Each lead can be funneled through the cycles of the sale process. And it's free! Highly recommend.

Overall: I tryed Streak because i was looking for a tracking email tool.
Streak does the job and much more !
First of all, it's a lightweight and visual CRM with convinient pipeline to follow leads and projects.
I love the email patterns which are pretty fast for professionnal mail.

Last but not leat, the free version is rich enough for my daily needs !

Overall: First, I primarily use this to snooze and send later from my email account. I have tried its function as a CRM and have just never loved the CRM in email approach., or maybe its the design and styling? For what I use it for its excellent, works really well, and people I respect use it as their CRM (at Uber), so it's gotta be good

Comments: I am familiar with CRM applications and this one confused me at first. Was not certain how to use it. Now I use this for CRM, management of minor projects, contact/email tracking, small group discussion threads and so on.

Pros: Versatile and after you learn the basics it can be adapted to many different purposes. Several built-in templates to help get you started.

Cons: Difficult to understand at first. I suppose the developers rely on the templates and bits of contextual help to get you going.

Recommendations to other buyers: Stick with it, ways of using this tool will soon become apparent.

Pros: This free tool offers so many features it is ridiculous. From free email tracking, templating, reminders, scheduling and more. There is a lot that this product offers.

Cons: I do think that the product could be updated a little more often or have more features released over time.

Overall: I use this product as an informal applicant tracking system as well as a contact list. It is helpful in many different ways and has a lot to offer as far as solutions.

Recommendations to other buyers: Definitely give this product a try, it's free and you really have nothing to lose. There is a lot to take in but once you figure it out it's a great tool to have in your repertoire.

Pros: Integrates well with GMail and intuitive to use. Color coding was a big help.

Cons: Free version is very limited. Some of the more useful features have a very limited number of uses before you need to upgrade. Upgrade cost is higher than competitive products with better features.
