OK if your solo

Pros

Its rides on top of Gmail and is easy to use. I got for the email feature but never really got around to using that part. It's a great value if you are starting out. But once you get a team do you want them in your email account?

Cons

You have to log into Gmail to use this. I don't want my team in my Gmail account. Wish it as stand alone.

This helps me figure how I need to do my follow up emails when people are unresponsive.

Pros

If you’ve ever wonder if someone read your email or not yet, this is the perfect app for you. It tells me all that I need to know when I send it. I know what time they have looked at the email, location and what device.

Cons

The pipeline feature is a little confusing you really have to learn some to stuff to figure out how to use some of the features but once you do I’m sure it will be worth it.

I like that we can, in real time, see when people are opening our emails and from where. This allows us to gauge the level of interest for prospective customers.

Cons

Nothing, has been great so far ,worth every penny. I like that it works seamlessly when launching Gmail.

This was a great alternative for integration into our personal gmails vs use of MS office.

Pros

This software integration process is one I can not really compare to any other as Gmail is one of the basics and not many programs naturally merge emails.

Cons

The software has the basic features for free but if you desire the business needs then the paid versions can be obtains.

Pros

I like the pipeline feature the most, I can see at a glance what stage each client booking is at. I also like the different colour labels that make all emails easy to identify in my inbox. I can easily see if a client is at the enquiry stage, has booked or the job is completed.

Cons

Not too much really, maybe that some of the paid features would be great to have in the free version. But I guess that's why people upgrade!

It helps me out in my business daily, as it helps me follow-up with clients who are looking to purchase insurance.

Pros

Streak has improved my business IMMENSELY! The ability to set automatic email follow-ups ( I wish you could have multiple email sequences) has helped me close more sales and improve my bottom line.

Cons

Nothing - Streak is super stable and has never failed me. It works like clockwork and I've had nothing be a great experience with them.

Great products if you track customers and employee contacts this is for you

Pros

Keeping track of applicants is made easy and puts all the info in one lace. no need to print and file and go back and find that info when its all in one app.

Cons

I only use a portion of the app so I am sure there is alot more functionality however the part I do use works for me!

Pros

Free, integrated in gmail, flexibility, reminders in calendar for tasks. We rebranded the company which meant a different email address. I wasn't sure if I could transfer boxes and pipelines. One quick email later, everything was shared. Another quick email and my snippets were shared

Cons

A lot of features, guide would be helpful to figure out what features to use and what not to based on organization needs

Pros

The integration with Gmail is so smooth, and we love the customizability! The UI is so clean & we are able to keep our CRM flow on time & organized. This has been a game changer for us!

Cons

Streak does everything we need and more, we have been so happy with this!

Pros

This software has made my life (and that of my colleagues) a lot easier by being able to manage our lists of clients, both buyers and vendors, and see where exactly we are with each of them. It is like a very user-friendly CRM system that is ideal for small businesses as well as startup companies that cannot afford any of the high-end softwares.

Cons

Once a week I sit down with my team and ask for an update as to where they are with clients, and the issue a lot of them have faced has been printing out / exporting their list to an Excel sheet that can then be printed out in a clean manner. Currently when exported is looks unorganized and cluttered but we've learned to filter through the data efficiently now.

Pros

Our sales channel definitely improved since we started to use the product. It basically allows to track in an handy way time of the open rate without input from the receiver

Cons

Sometimes it logs out automatically and thus does not allow tracking for some email till when it logs in again. Despite creating us some issues, we haven't found any better tool

Cons

Mobile app improved recently, but still not as good as desktop experience by a long shot. App design lacking.

It's free but that is not the most remarkable thing. It's great! It integrates with Gmail and who needs one more tab in his browser! I absolutely love it.

Cons

Some minor things so far, box's formula could be more friendly. I'm still discovering features.

I'm just a free subscriber, but even at this level it's highly useful. Being able to see when people open my emails is a big plus. If I see someone opening my email but doesn't reply for several days, that kind of tells me something.

I have no use of a CRM for personal and private contacts, and use other solutions for my business and professional network

Pros

I believe that the Gmail integration and the freemium price plan makes Streak and very potent proposition

Cons

I am using other CRM and the switching cost and adoption (learning curve) makes it a burden. Also I use Gmail for personal use and Gmail for business for professional use. I simply don't see the use of utilizing a CRM for private email contacts.

Pros

I love how simplistic and accountable this software is. It makes it easier for me to see where my coworkers are on projects/tasks without having to dig deep or ask them personally.

Cons

I wish it had a data management part of it. Streak doesn't store information, rather than just hold it temporarily. If it had a way to hold client info,etc that would be really nice.

Pros

Easy to handle, very flexible pipelines, filter to only view mails/files/notes/tasks of a pipeline, ways to config info-mails for every possibility of box changes

Cons

bad german localization, you can't have mails in multiple boxes and boxes in multiple pipelines, no auto-reminder if your tasks are e.g. not been edited for X days.

I truly love having the gmail integration. I spend a solid amount of my day in gmail so being able to plan projects while in there rather than swapping apps, its fantastic for teams.

Cons

pricing is a little high, but does it allow for a little more productivity, yes so its hard to fight!

Pros

the mail merge function is excellent , as well as seamless intergration with import excel data to create folders . Just very simply for anyone to use

Cons

Only small con is the field selections for things like contacts, and intergrations into contact could be smoother. Could be that I am doing something wrong as well.

Cons

I find that the pipelines are a little complicated for my taste. They seem very interesting, but I cannot get used to them.

Cons

When it comes to a group email, there is no chance to know who did read the email and who did not, you can only know that someone did it.

Cons

It is a little confusing to start out with but the resources are easy to find and figure it out. Other than that no complaints- set up is easy and I recommend it to everyone that I work with.

Pros

I love how easy it is to build up different pipelines and track conversations. The Snippet functionality makes it really easy to send customized emails in bulk.

Cons

Honestly, there is not much I can say against Streak. If anything, I think they could automatize the whole process of mailing again unanswered emails after a defined timeframe.
