The other cool thing is that it connects with Gmail (which is where I have all my contacts saved and where I access my webmail). And like most CRM's, Streak helps me divide my contacts and communications in an orderly way - tracking my leads, prospects, sales, customers, follow-ups, etc. Cons I personally find Streak extremely difficult to understand how to use, and as far as I could tell, there are no tutorials or guides to walk me through the set up process or help me figure out. If there is some kind of tutorial somewhere, it's somewhere hidden like a needle in a haystack. Review Source TH Tori H. Pros I really like the feature where you can send an email the following date, or set the time that you want it to send. I also like using the feature that tells me when a recipient has received my emails. Cons I don't like that sometimes it seems to unplug from gmail and I am asked to sign back in. Recommended tool to any company that can't afford costly email tools but still would want most features. Pros 1\. Pricing is very optimal for start-ups like us. 2. Email Customization possibility is very high, just add all fields in a CSV and use it as reqd. Never a person will detect it was automated email. 3. Quick to set-up and start \[took me not more than 10 minutes to send my first trial campaign. I can see if someone has read my emails, how many times they opened it and when they did. Cons The one thing I do not like about streak is that it is not compatible with similar apps. Eventually, I decided to go with a simpler tool. I don't doubt the great benefits it could bring, but I was turned off by a steep learning curve. Pros I was looking for a simple tool to track my mails, schedule and analyze them. This is to what I stick with Streak hesitant to explore all the features. But even that was somewhat complex and required some time to figure out. Cons I was told that this is ideal tool for small organizations and that it is a simple and easy-tolearn tool. You can see if the prospective client opened the email and you can send a follow up message, or you should wait, because your previous email wasn't opened yet. You can schedule an email to be send, especially if you're dealing with clients overseas and there is a time difference. Cons While Streak lives within Gmail or in our case, Gmail for business, it was clear that it's not for the long run, esp. when you run more than 500 or 1000 contacts and use multiple people. Pros I love how I can send mass emails, Make notes for each file and just how easy it is to use. If I have questions or concerns, their support is always there to assist me in understanding something on the program and making sure I am using it to the fullest ability. Streak is actually the best I have found yet. Cons There really is not much that I do not like about this system.
