Pros

Snippets are awesome - massive time saver. Snooze feature keeps clean inbox and easy to focus on priorities, for anyone who works within gmail a lot. Acts as a simple reminder system - fast, no duplicating info to 'to do' lists. Pipelines are very adaptable.

I use this product as an informal applicant tracking system as well as a contact list. It is helpful in many different ways and has a lot to offer as far as solutions.

Pros

This free tool offers so many features it is ridiculous. From free email tracking, templating, reminders, scheduling and more. There is a lot that this product offers.

Cons

I do think that the product could be updated a little more often or have more features released over time.

A lot more organized workflow, and great statistic on my booking and leads.

Pros

I love how you can setup your own boxes and own columns. Filtering is quick and you can really customize everything. I use it on my own, and it's great for managing my leads and things to do.

Pros

It helps me categorize leads so I never lose track of people I need to reach out to. With so many people to put in a pipeline, that can be easy to do.

Cons

I only wish that there were maybe a mobile app like Base has. That way, I could glance at my phone to check the status of leads.

Sometimes you don't need a big CRM software, you only need to keep track of communications in your projects. Streak will allow you to do so, even for personal projects.

Pros

It works very well for small/mid companies that use GMail. It is a good idea even if you work alone and you've never tried a CRM, you can start learning with Streak. It also has a merging tool which is very useful even for non-professional events.

Cons

There are some interactions that were difficult to understand to me. I was not sure how to assign the open mail to pipes etc.

Pros

easy to track emails and see who has read, opened etc. Easy to organize and look back on past notes, etc.

Cons

reporting was difficult and hard to find notes others had written on accounts. Overall useful though so no major complaints

We use Streak to keep tabs on proposals sent and leads we need to reach out to.

Pros

I love how it integrates with gmail, so I don't have to open a different tab to organize anything. The free version is enough for us, but the features are pretty extensive. Snippets and mail merge are also amazing. I can't believe it's free.

Cons

Everything about this CRM has met out needs perfectly. No complaints here.

Pros

The tracking option. That you can put costumers in different boxes matching the services they are asking for. Under each costumer you can write a note, so the next person that is going to answer knows, what we have communicated before.

Cons

Sometimes it does not work - won't appear in the mail as an option. We havn't found a solution for the issue or why it sometimes happens.

Cons

Nothing that I don't like about it. It's free and does everything I need it to so can't knock it down for anything.

Pros

Seamless Gmail Integration, streak CRM is built right into Gmail. Email tracking.

Cons

The experience was somewhat marred by a few glitches. On top of that, we encountered a problem with the billing system when a bug prevented us from removing team members. Despite reaching out for assistance, support never responded, and we were charged for an additional month. As a result, we decided to cancel our subscription.

Too slow and cumbersome, it takes too long to move between fields. My computer is fast, but streak is slow.

Good app. Highly customizable pipelines and lives in Gmail. Has a lot of nice features but you have to pay for many of them now.

Pros

Easy to use. Good visuals. Integrates well with Google services.

Cons

Chrome only. No other browser extensions. Apple only apps. No android for a Google focused product really isn't acceptable. Does not work with mobile browsers so you have to have an app which kills usability on Android. Many features seem to be gradually disappearing and replaced with paid versions. Pricing of the service is high for what you get.

Pros

Streak is a CRM for Gmail, which is a rare thing. It lets you organize emails into clients, tasks, etc and mage them from the Gmail inbox. Plus email tracking is a nice addition.

Cons

Oh boy... I like the idea, but Streak is very slow. It's a glorified excel spreadsheet and very little more than that, lacking many aspects of what can help it replace a real CRM system. Plus the their support is non-existent. If you'll have issues or questions - good luck finding someone who will reply, let alone help you with it.

This tool saves a lot of time and chaos to manage in inbox

Pros

I like how I can give different labels to different conversations and how easy it is keep track of all important conversations using this tool. Moreover, the notification and email reminder feature of this tool is best as it gives me a reminder that when I have to do next follow up. The mail merge feature of this tool is great which allows me to send 100 of emails at a time

Cons

I like this tool and have nothing to say against it

I am able to organise my client relationship with a limited budget.

Pros

The ability to freely create your own pipelines. The box system is easy to use. It blends into gmail smoothly, adds task directly to your calendar!! Great stuff!

Cons

Not sure how reliable is the email tracking tool.. I get sometimes a few 'read' report, even when the email has been opened only once..

Streak is a good alternative to other CRM the integration is seamless no need to log into another software

Cons

The competition is crowded and the design, user interface and overall product lags. Competition offers a whole suite of marketing automation features that look more professional and perform better

Streak was very helpful when just starting out. It was a good way to track emails and the people that were emailed and what the status was.

Cons

For my usage it was limited as we grew so we moved to proper CRM
