### "Usefull gmail integration"

I tryed Streak because i was looking for a tracking email tool. Streak does the job and much more ! First of all, it's a lightweight and visual CRM with convinient pipeline to follow leads and projects. I love the email patterns which are pretty fast for professionnal mail. Last but not leat, the free version is rich enough for my daily needs !

Pros

Makes it incredibly easy to track the journey of clients. It could be used for a number of different tasks, but that's what I use it for. I customized each step in the journey so that I know exactly where I left off with a client and don't have to flip through piles of notes.\`

Cons

Many of the features are only in the paid version and there is no trial that I know of. I would love a chance to try before I buy the full version.

My overall experience was great, after I got a hang of it.

Pros

Streak has been an awesome software with having your own business with and keeping in touch with clients you have for your business I used this for a short time. The time I have used it was really great experience. You can also use it and connect with people over social media which is easy and very cool. You have it all in one place.

Cons

I did have some issues for some reason trying to get my clients or people from my social media connected to this software but I easily got it fixed by getting ahold of someone which was also easy and they walked me right through it.

Pros

I love love love streak. Since I started using it a couple months ago, it has been amazing for helping me tackle my inbox. I get so many emails a day and it's really hard to keep up with them unless I'm pinning them to the top of my inbox, and even then it's overwhelming. I love the color coding - they definitely knew how to catch a user's eye. and the fact that the personal account is free is very helpful.

Cons

Although many relationships/plans are done through email, not all of them are. Also, this program doesn't take into account that there are many useless emails that don't need to be categorized. Finally, it works for a more small business type situation, rather than a large corporation. I just don't think it's ready to handle that kind of volume yet.

First, I primarily use this to snooze and send later from my email account. I have tried its function as a CRM and have just never loved the CRM in email approach., or maybe its the design and styling? For what I use it for its excellent, works really well, and people I respect use it as their CRM (at Uber), so it's gotta be good

Pros

Send Later Snooze "Boxes" to organize emails into Add notes to emails

Cons

Design just doesn't grab me. I also prefer a "Action - Deadline" CRM, which is why we use One Page for our business

Pros

I really appreciate the email thread splitter - it was actually the first and primary reason I downloaded Streak. Streak is definitely easier to use than Gmail filters. I feel there are a lot of powerful features I haven't even gotten to use yet.

Cons

I wish free users could attach filters to more than a couple of items in each pipeline for me, doing it manually is quick and easy, but if I were busier I probably would always be forgetting to update my folders. I also wish it were easier to browse through all the emails in a pipeline item, similar to how you can use the arrows in Gmail to look through search results.

Cons

Although very good, for small companies, it is expensive. The translation into Spanish is bad. The competencies of the roles (owner of the pipeline)

It streamlines marketing and makes it easy to reach a large quantity of people in a short amount of time.

Pros

I love that Streak takes my marketing to the next level. It adds a personal touch to sending bulk emails.

Cons

Streak emails are exactly what you see is what you get. You type an email - you send an email and that's about it. I wish there was a better way to customize and track emails with great reporting.

Organizing my emails. make projects from emails and put emails belong to each project together.

Pros

to put more emails and files to one project. this makes the email traffic and especially finding an email easier.

Cons

when you choice a Box and then Emails. its appear the list of emails. this is perfect! but when you klick an email you lose the list of rest of the emails among that Box. it will be very useful when you click an email in box to get a email and through 'older' and 'new' button to find all email belong to one box. otherwise every time you should go back from email to box and then click the other email belong to one box.

I'm really enjoying using streak and it's definitely helped me increase my sales, and keep all my customers happy!

Pros

I love how easy it is to use this software to remind myself of emails I need to follow up with. It's also great for organizing your emails into different categories!

Cons

I wish there were a few extra options on the lower paid plans instead of having to move to premium. But there are still lots of features I make use of daily!

\- Very quick to set up a pipeline that is customised to my business- Easy to integrate my existing conversations with customers into a sales pipeline- iOS app to manage things on the go

Cons

\- I quite often get signed out of the iOS app which is a bit annoying but not the end of the world

More control over processes in my company.

Pros

It's very fast, easy and adaptable to any purpose. In my case I am using the free version to manage leads, hiring process or partnerships. I do like the way to follow up leads.

Cons

I would like to have a complete CRM to manage everything with more space. I mean, I really like the way it integrates in Gmail, but I would like to have a complete interface to manage better all the data. The mobile app is very limited.

Streamlined my CRM process

Pros

Ability to send out personalized mail merges to prospects wherever they are in your sales funnel is awesome. Also, they have a fantastic Zapier integration.

Cons

Well, as with anything I wish it was cheaper but honestly the value is tremendous. You get what you pay for.

Streak is good for individual agents but not for a team of 30+ agents. We aren't able to keep up with the file as a unit the way we would like to unless they get their own paid Streak subscription.

Pros

Email integrations. Able to see if the messages were looked at by the person it is sent to. Moving pipelines

Cons

The pipelines were good until it was time to go into closing. Numbers weren't always accurate. couldn't include the team on the pipeline.

All the simplicity of a glorified contact book with all necessary features of a CRM

Pros

Doesn't try to do too much, Salesforce has all of these wild components which might be cool but ultimately facilitate a complicated UX. It's a clean and simple glorified contact book which is exaclty what I wanted from a CRM

Cons

Would like better understanding of how to do a more solid "account overview" as opposed to just a contact

Pros

I use email snoozing every day - it's great for re-surfacing things I would've otherwise forgotten about. Streak templates are a huge timesaver for certain tasks. Pipelines are a great, lean CRM.

Cons

Pipelines don't scale well across large teams and numbers of leads. When sending emails from an email alias, it can be hard for multiple people to respond.

Pros

You can move your emails through pipeline but that's about it.

Cons

Well the support has been zero despite constant emails and requests for assistance due to a bug in the system. In biz dev every minute spent on fixing the CRM is less time to meet targets so I have to say it's the worst CRM I've ever had the displeasure to use. I was told, "we're very busy" then either spend on more programmers to get the bugs fixed or get more customer service people, but a month later and still no help this is unacceptable. On top of all this, it's not user friendly, to them it obviously is but there are only 4 videos and then that's all the training - yet they add functions to your pipeline and dont explain what they are and why they are there.

Really easy to install and helps me keep track of my communications with prospects and lets me know where and when did the prospect read the message.

Cons

That it does not send me an email to let me know that someone read the message it will only send a momentary notification. Would like if the tool included some more features like the amount of time spent reading the message.

Mainly time savings.

Pros

There are two big pros to Streak: 1) I love being able to send customized mail merge messages to large groups. 2) Seeing when my email messages are opened. I use Streak primarily as a mail-merge solution for a variety of projects. This rating is based on that feature; however I have not explored it's full CRM potential. So far these are the projects I have accomplished with Streak: -> A Kickstarter campaign with 185 backers - raised 12K to start a board game cafe and Streak made it easy to follow up with people and make sure we were sending out backers in different categories the right messages -> Communication with cafe pass holders - we use mailchimp for our newsletter, but when we want to send -> Housewarming and Birthday party invites - it's great to categorize people who reply yes/no/maybe and only have to send one message to large groups of people

Cons

I've had difficulty sending images. I've tried twice now and although I place the image in the email, as I normally would, it did not send in the mail merge.
