### "Good idea but have experienced better Gmail extensions"

Pros

I like the idea of using this on top of Gmail to track to emails and be more productive in my inbox.

Cons

The interface was not as intuitive as I would have liked. I also have used better extensions in Gmail to be more productive and have found the UI to be a lot friendlier and easier to adopt to.

Pros

I love the gmail integration. Pretty much every person on planet Earth has a gmail, which makes it that much simpler.

Cons

It seems like the syncing of gmail contacts and pipeline contacts could be more streamlined. Overall a minor complaint, great product.

An extremely efficient solution for our sales staff to better improve customer relations and sales.

Pros

Seamless integration with Gmail This is especially great for companies that arent too big on using so many different third party solutions for CRM.

Cons

Customer service leaves much to be desired. Cost may be a bit much but if you use all the features available its justfiable.
