Overall streak is good tool to manage sent mails. I recommend it for use.

Pros

I use this software as email tracker. It's a very good software to know when your email was viewed, how many times viewed, with what device and location of viewers. It's a very good tool to manage my sent mails.

Cons

I have observed that some of my mails are not not marked as view even though the receiver has viewed them and replied. I don't know the specific reason for this, but it's confusing.

### "Streak may cure your love/hate relationship with CRM."

I am a better sales person when I use Streak. I follow-up more closely and have better business intelligence on my prospects with Streak running.

Pros

That Streak runs in the Gmail system is a huge win. Not having to open a separate app makes Streak much simpler to use than other CRMs. What do I like most? Hands-down it is the Tracking: Knowing when (and where!) a sent email was opened is a powerful feeling.

Cons

Stability and resource use: The integration with Gmail and my browser sometimes forces me to do a reset and with a bajillion tabs open, that is painful.

Pros

It helps you instantly organise your work in a way that makes life easier and ensures that you dont miss deadlines and are up to date with all assignments.

Cons

It lags sometimes and in some cases it becomes a little difficult to keep track of the functionality as it is not very intuitive.

Pros

When it works its a great behind the scenes application that has some valuable tools. I do like the notifications and the email templates that i can select for sending invoicing and client communication even if its not myself sending the emails.

Cons

It always signs me out which I dont notice till after I have sent an email and am no longer about to track it. It is really expensive to integrate my 3 person team which is why i haven't done it yet. I wish I could hide the pipelines if I wanted to as well.

Pros

The snooze & reminder feature. This is super helpful to stay on top on communication and keep my inbox clean/organized.

Cons

Based on my usage of the software, I wish that the free version had more capacity to keep track of more emails each month with the "tracking".

Pros

There's a very easy learning curve but I recommend this to anyone who does cold email a lot. The view tracking, Snippets and send later function are what I found to be very helpful. The software is also not intrusive and merges with gmail very well.

Cons

I just want to be able to edit my saved email format in bulk. But overall, it's not really a big deal. It just takes a lot of time but overall, highly recommended.

Pros

It gives us a way to do the mass email to our candidates through our email account. It saves time and effort for us recruiters.

Cons

Sometimes merge fields didn't work and you need to repeat the process before doing the email. No direct person to talk to as well.

Overall, Streak provides a great value to me and my team. There are other options but they are more costly.

Pros

Being in sales it is important that a prospect receives my proposal in a timely manner. Prior to streak I never knew if they received mine unless I received a personal reply. With Streak, I can see when they view my email and how many times they view it.

Cons

I really have no complaints about Streak! I started with the free option and migrated over to the paid version. I use it on every email I send!

Pros

This tool has been doing wonders. Just a chrome plugin does everything and lets you track your emails end to end. The plugin is absolutely free as well.

Cons

Haven't found cons in this tool yet! The email tracking misses out at times(Not quite often though)

As mentioned before, much time saved and more control on the incoming e-mails.

Pros

Chrome full integration. Good support. Compatibility and full integration with many other management software via Zapier helps to automate many daily activities and saves much time.

Cons

The app is VERY comprehensive and provides a full CRM support directly via Gmail and Chrome. When used only for project and e-mail management, not using many other CRM tools provided in the app, the corporate plan is too expensive and other intermediate plan would be more than welcome (eg. free features + taks support, call logs and meeting notes). The difference between free and corporate pricing plan is huge but not for all.

I like how simple is the product and at the same time how useful it is. It helps me to manage my email box more effectively.

Cons

It would be nice to have a better reporting, other than that everything is great, I am very satisfied.

I have loved using Streak. When I went to a new company to do sales, one of the first things I needed to setup was email tracking. I had used Streak before and for the price and ease of use, it was the first thing I setup. I didn't even look at others. It's a great and simple solution with great insights.

Pros

Simple, easy, quick to setup, easy and quick insights into who has opened and who hasn't

Cons

The live feed of opens interferes with my Rapportive, displaying the Linkedin Profile of the email address I hover over. If Streak added that component, I'd be in love.

Thanks for the review Corey! For the Rapportive issue I recommend checking out Clearbit Connect as a replacement (https://connect.clearbit.com/) it works very well with Streak.

### "The CRM that you can use without losing time"

You can organize your contacts by the Google Contacts and use them inside Streak. You can have multiple pipelines for different processes. You can use its e-mail power-ups to best organize your e-mail and save time in your day-to-day inbox duties.

Pros

Streak its highly integrated inside Gmail, so if you are a GSuite user its a great CRM option. It has all the basics functionalities of any CRM and in top of that, many functions for your e-mail tasks, like: open tracking, snooze, mail merge and a great snippets solution (so much better than the Gmail option). One of the great problems of CRMs softwares is the difficulty to put its use in the work process. Streak is the closest to a native CRM inside your own mail box.

Cons

Comparing with other CRM solutions, Streak has less automations functions. The design is not that great too (but its getting better in the last few updates)

Our sales workflow is smooth thanks to streak

Pros

Streak is ver flexible. It adapts very well to different scenarios. Whether customer relationships, Human Resources hiring, bug tracking, you name it. Basically it is a full stack workflow management tool. The custom columns, email tracking, integration with third party thru Zapier, contact and organizations, collaborative and reactive environment are among the things we most like.

Cons

Honestly, there aren't many thing I don't like. The contacts in my opinion were not very well handled, but they recently came with a new solution I believe to be spot on. Sometimes I wish I could have a little more control on who sees what.

If you're naturally a disorganized person, this will help you send emails and save time while having the ability to track it.

Pros

It's very easy to use. It helps you manage your emails and also track it. With just a couple of fill-ups and you're ready to send your email to groups of people you wanted to receive.

Cons

I just sometimes don't like that I have to convert it to CSV file first before sending emails using your Gmail.

I use it manage my client leads and partnerships.

Pros

It keeps my entire CRM in my inbox, saving me a ton of time. It also has a ton of amazing automated features like 'Date of Last Email' that automatically calculate my last interaction, and then allow me to filter on that later. It has things I didn't even know I needed! My entire team uses it and we can share pipelines across email addresses. It's how all CRMs should be--live directly in your inbox (with you an integration, with out an additional data entry step, it practically does the data entry for you!).

Cons

It's not super intuitive. Every time I want to set up a new feature I can't just play around with it, I have to watch a video for fear of messing something up or because it's not super clear as to how it works. It's also a bit pricey for a small solo-preneur.

We're following the progress of follow-up in the steps needed to convert a lead into an investor, Streak make it easy to categorize everyone and see if other team members were chatting with certain leads too.

Pros

Integrates with Gmail easily and cooperation with other team members is easy. Customization is intuitive and quick

Cons

I had a hard time with the Mail Merge and I had to monkey around a bit to run tests before using the feature. Wish a "test your mail merge" was easier.

It's cheap, it has lots of integration with other software, and it helped us to get quality control over the sales department and customer support.

Pros

Easy to use and has a lot of integration features that help us track everything. Track your information on the stages you want and make the followup. Its customized permissions allow to share the content, clients, and pipelines with the people we want it to. You can give very customized permission to all your workers, for some of them or create your own private pipelines and your data will be protected. I also like the easy database creation, just from a spreadsheet and import it to the CRM. Very simple.

Cons

Bugs and fixes and bugs again. It tends to get some bugs, even though they solve it really quick, it gets a bit of annoying. Sometimes the interface gets slow, so you need a proper laptop or PC to use it. It looks really messy at first and the interface its so colorful, it looks like a unicorn made it, but you tend to get used to it.

Email tracking and reminder

Pros

Strreak is one of the useful email notifier. Aside from the benefit that I get reminded to answer the email, or follow-up the emails I sent, I also get a notification if my email was already read by someone.

Cons

I wish I could figure out immediately who opened my email and have not responded. That way, I can follow-up with specific people more efficiently.
