Cons For email that has multiple recipients, this software does not allow the sender to see who viewed the email. Free forever (on the individual plan) and built within Gmail are the top 2 benefits I was looking for, and Streak meets both of these needs. Pros What I like most about Streak is that you can stay on the free plan forever, it's easy to learn and teach others on your team how to use, and best of all, it's all right within Gmail so you don't have to learn a new program. Cons The only con I can think of is that there's not really an easy way to quickly and easily see in one place, which of your tasks are overdue. June 4, 2018 4.0 Email snoozing and tracking Pros I used Streak to make sure that I didn't lose track of conversations. Their snooze function was exactly what I needed. I also appreciated the open tracking of emails, but this can be a double-edge sword as it can turn people off if they have software that lets them know you're doing it. It has helped me to solve what I thought would be a much more difficult problem to solve. It's enabled me to configure and deploy a sales and business development platform inside of Gmail that both tech minded and less tech minded people can get onboard with quickly. Pros I love the fact that Streak lives in Gmail. It exists almost completely inside of Gmail and integrates perfectly. So, it is able to take advantage of Gmail's search and association features. You don't have to learn a new and complicated platform. You have to learn how to use Streak functions in Gmail. Cons It is not exactly a Con, but at first it can feel a little counterintuitive. The terminology that Streak uses can throw someone off. I mean,it for me in the beginning. Review Source James W. If you are a Gmail user, this flexible, feature-rich CRM tool is great for organizing all kinds of tasks. Cons It is a little pricey. The free version is too limited to be of use to anybody (if you have enough to organize that you need a CRM, then you have enough going on that the free version will not be helpful). Pros I like that you can assign any email to a certain box/project to keep everything in the same place. The notes on the side is really good too to add extra descriptions to the project. Pros The overall idea behind this extension for gmail. I'm a pen and paper kind of person but I've converted over to mainly this for keeping my leads organized! Also I love the mail-merge option. Having a system that I can see how fast we are completely these projects and what stage we are at for others is awesome! Pros I love how easy it is to keep myself organized using streak. I always use the snippet replies too! It makes sending generic emails much quicker! I really like being able to see if people have opened my emails as well! Cons Sometimes using the pipeline can be a bit restricting, but over all I don't really have negative feedback on this. Pros This app greatly enhances and improves gmail, it makes it a very powerful tool for managing your clients as a CRM does, you can place clients in groups where you can keep emails from them and schedule outgoing emails to arrive at hours specific, imagine that you can send 100 emails at 8 am they will feel like they are a priority for you, it is a very complete and useful service. Cons It only costs a bit at first to configure everything, prepare the boxes with customers or companies, configure and schedule, but with great benefits. I don't have too many leads coming in so having a system that picks them up from the email they send is quite good. Pros I liked the easy integration of the Streak CRM to my email account. Their UI is also easy on the eyes unlike some other GMail-based tool I know. Cons I didn't like Streak trying to integrate with every email account I logged unto my browser. Streak is a CRM add on. It adds the ability to manage sales pipelines directly on Gmail. What I love most is the read receipt feature. Cons New users need to familiarize themselves with the environment. Especially the non-sales people.
