Pros

Streak is the heart of our client management, feeding data to several other applications (Zapier, Google Sheets and Google Docs) and providing up to date information for our several employees working within same Gmail inbox. Being integrated with Gmail and extendable through Zapier are the most important to me. Also, constant upgrades to the core make if more powerful each day.

Cons

I would like to be able to select box info placement when looking a mail in some box and ability to show just fields I select there. Definitely, miss some more granular control overall.

It is a simple CRM for a starting company

Pros

Probably the best thing I like about Streak is that it connects into my gmail in a seamless fashion. It allows me to tag those emails associated with potential business and drops it into a little spreadsheet where I can follow up and review with ease.

Cons

I don't like the follow up option they have in place...I think if they put the last contacted at the top of the spreadsheet rather than requiring us to input a time to follow up I think it would be better.

Love it!

Pros

You can schedule emails!! This is so great to follow up on things. You can save tons of time doing emails on batch and also you can track if people opened you emails.

Cons

Can take a little to learn how to use it properly but they offer tons of tutorials to learn how to use the tool fully.

Personally, tracking emails to see when they've been viewed, or if they've been opened at all. Really useful for young professionals who have to compete to get an email opened and follow-up!

Pros

I've used Streak for gmail accounts in various capacities, mostly personal. It's easy to use and offers some useful analytics for people who need to know when to follow-up and if an email has or has not been opened.

Cons

I've experienced some inconsistencies in using Streak and viewing data. For instance, sometimes when I open an email that I have sent, it tracks me as a view on the counter...and other times it does not. So I recommend keeping an eye on how you're viewing your own emails and the data that comes along with it.

Tried using Streak to keep track of the lead pipeline inside Gmail but got to a point where it clashed with other important extensions to function properly. Over time, it also got quite complex to have actually realize it's true potential.

Pros

Streak comes with a lot of features handy for a CRM as well as Email marketing and tracking. Undoubtedly it's a powerful tool and all without having to leave your Gmail.

Cons

I have tried Streak for quite some time and yes, there are a lot of useful features like mail merge, email tracking etc, but I found it very confusing with what it makes to your mailbox. I like to keep my mailbox simple and I find a tool like Sortd does a better job than Streak.

Streak is a great tool that I was able to leverage to track emails that I sent to clients that needed to pay. It made sure to let me know if an email was opened on a timely manner and where it was opened from.

Cons

Streak is a Gmail only tool and doesn't integrate into native mail clients.

Cons

There is some getting used to and learning curves. Even though once you get the hang of it, it's not that complicated.

Cons

I need to be better at using it. It would be nice if importing a spreadsheet could wipe the top row for customization instead of editing each colum.

Pros

The delayed send feature and the ease of installation. Like most Gmail plugins, installation was seamless and only after major Gmail updates or changes do I need to reinstall this plugin.

Cons

I primarily use this for the delayed email send feature. To date, there is nothing that I don't like about this plugin.

Streak is free and has very few limitations as a free user. Combine this with the excellent feature set and the software works perfectly. It has the most features and just works.

Cons

When Gmail first loads, streak takes a few extra seconds. Not a big deal but a small bug.

I love so many things about Streak. User interface is aesthetically pleasing plus you can also change the colors. Everything can be customized to your needs. Mailmerges can be done. And you can have several pipelines. Great CRM and the FREE version is all I have ever needed.

Cons

There isn't anything I don't like about this software.

I am very pleased with my choice. CRM is very much essential part of my job and Streak is very helpful and efficient tool for it.

Pros

It is an easily installed program, you simply add it with chrome webstore a use it immediately. No need for expert computer knowledge, simple installation.Easily accessible options for free. For all purposes that small bussiness would need for easy CRM managments when needed.Software integrates greatly with gmail, which is the most used mail service of all. This allows easy manipulation of data with other accounts.

Cons

The tool is great help, but only when you know how to use it. For common computer user, knowledge of its usage has to be acquired from outside sources, like independent youtube videos.

Uso Streak principalmente para poder llevar un mejor control de los correos que mando y recibo. Al final es mi modo de trabajo diário y necesito siempre saber el estado de esos emails. Mi vena cotilla me lo agradece, sin duda. Ya que lo que más uso es la opción de poder saber cuando un usuario ha leido tu correo y desde donde (aprox.)

Cons

A la hora de integrarlo, se enlaza con todas las cuentas de Gmail que tengas en ese dispositivo y si no quieres tenerlo en una determinada siempre te va a saltar el pop-up inicial y es un poco repetitivo. Por lo demás, creo que la versión gratutita es completa.

Pros

Everything! We have our pipeline set up specifically for our needs. We don't have to go around anything. Customer service gets AAAAAA+++++++! Plus it is so easy to use and again customer service is amazing.

Nothing. Everything is tailored to our needs. We are so happy with this program and the customer service.

I like streak because it was easy to integrate into my gmail client

I should say that I don't run a business that NEEDS a CRM practice, but I've installed Streak on all my inboxes anyway. I love organization and this makes it so easy to stay on top of my goals.

Cons

Sometimes it randomly uninstalls or stops working without notification, but it's so good that I'm always happy to reinstall.

Pros

One of the greatest strengths is the versatility. I used it personally to track a kitchen renovation project, as well as a startup sales funnel, fundraising, and partnerships. Love the dashboard view that lets me see where things are quickly.

Cons

As it looks and feels like Excel, I'd like a bit better calculations (summing columns, etc.). Also, as a big fan of the "Snooze" feature for email, it surprised me that the mobile app does not include this feature.

what do i like most about this? the simple core product of read indicators. no hidden boxes for the recipient to see. its worked and worked fine for years.

Cons

streak offers a lot more than just email tracking, and im not interested in pipelines or other features, but honestly i can just ignore that stuff

I really like it, I use it and I have recommended it to several people. All of which are in completely different industries. It has a wide-reaching functionality list that can work great for many different people.

Pros

I like that it tracks, organizes, and follows up on emails. It is nice that you can see when a recipient opens an email. The workflow templates save time! I love the split thread feature. It allows you to file email strings by topic if the conversation widens.

Cons

I wish there was a better feature for creating a task list, I think there may be on the pro version. Also it would be great if it could organize your contact list by organization.
