### "Rough around the edges"

I used Streak to follow acquisition of customers from cold contact to successful contract, and then, in another pipeline, how far along we are in our business relationship. If things would not move for a while, that identified a red flag I would investigate. If it wasn't for the inherent bugginess and general sluggishness of Streak, we would still be using it to this day as its integration with Gmail is just a fantastic idea.

Pros

It integrates directly to Gmail, and that alone makes it good. You open your Gmail, like you open it every morning and your CRM is good to go!

Cons

This thing is riddled with bugs and glitches. Often it would just not load and I would sit staring at a blank screen. Other times, it would load, but would completely choke my processor. A few times, it crashed my browser.

Utilizo a versão gratuita que, até o momento, me serviu muito bem. Minha empresa conta com apenas um funcionário e é preciso administrar muitos pontos em comum, por isso um sistema de CRM intuitivo pode fazer muita diferença. Ainda estou me acostumando e quero, em breve, passar à versão paga.

Pros

A integração do Streak com o Google e todo o sistema da caixa de entrada do Gmail é sem dúvida meu ponto favorito sobre o software. A ferramenta se apresenta como uma forma bastante intuitiva de introdução ao CRM e é possível gerenciar muito bem suas ferramentas. Também me agrada muito o rastreamento de emails, um aspecto importante no meu dia a dia para saber o que foi entregue e/ou não foi respondido.

Cons

Ainda que intuitiva, não é tão simples se acostumar à ferramenta e saber como ela funciona especificamente para seu uso. É preciso dedicação até entender como ela pode trazer os melhores resultados no dia a dia. O sistema de rastreamento de emails por vezes fica confuso quando há muitas respostas ao email original.

We have built quite a large pipeline or contacts and we are able to manage all of them through this amazing CRM

Pros

It is a very simple CRM to keep track of current and potential clients for our business. Since it is user friendly we are able to share it with the team so that everyone is on the same page with putting clients through the on-boarding system. Also works well with uploading contacts from emailing so that you don't have to.

Cons

It is nice that we can use this for gmail on our mobile device, but there are some recommendations that we would encourage to work better with marketing companies so that it can have better tags for each task for the contact.

### "Basically turns your Gmail into a CRM"

Email management and client management. So easily integrated into my gmail (which I live by for work). It was really nice to send bulk emails at once..without having your gmail flagged. I also got a ton of leads from this and it was easy to move them through the sales cycle/funnel and easy to keep track of the leads.

Pros

I like this because like I mentioned above, in a nutshell, it turns your gmail into a CRM. I live by my g-suite, which is nice. It's great for freelance or small businesses. It's easy to track clients, send out or schedule mass emails. I didn't really have to "learn" this new CRM system since it was already so well integrated with gmail.

Cons

I couldn't attach files to mass emails. Some things are limited, like their mobile app on the android - or at least that's what I found. If you don't use gmail -this probably isn't the CRM right for you

Pros

As a frequent Gmail user, Streak is by far my favourite emailing companion. I especially love its seamless integration with my existing Gmail account, as this means I wouldn't need to learn how to use a new emailing platform for the purposes of using this CRM. Streak also has a pretty nifty iPhone app, which is excellent for keeping track of your summary when you're not in office.

Cons

As much as I appreciate Streak's efforts in creating a simple, minimalistic product, I still find some of its features to be rather limited. Other than that, I find Streak to be an excellent add-on and I continue to use it over a year on.

Pros

I work as a freelancer and reach out to some industry people on regular basis. This puts me in a situation where I will have to followup on lots of emails in future on regular basis. Streak works amazingly for me. I exactly know what to do next with my emails. Must have for any gmail user.

Cons

Obviously you can not take the CRM experience from one device to another like any other tool. I think that not even a use case for the product. Overall an amazing solution.

Pros

I use streak mainly because of their "send later" tool. If you're working late at night you're able to send an email the following morning at any time you prefer. If you're the type of person who is productive at night but don't want to send late night emails, it's the perfect tool for you! Streak is also great for managing tasks and to-do lists.

Cons

When using the tracking feature with multiple people on a chain, you're unable to confirm who is who.

Pros

Streak is incredibly easy to set up and use, and the way it integrates with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) makes it absolutely amazing. Want to see when a lead viewed your email? Done - right there in your inbox. Want to assign a lead to your team mate? Done - right there in Gmail! And the price is not too bad, either.

Cons

The main con is if you don't use Gmail for your email management. In that case there are better CRMs for you (e.g. Hubspot).

It was supposed to track information on clients but in the end it became super slow. It became a chore to add things to it.

Pros

It was an inexpensive way to maintain a database of clients and their needs. It also integrated into Gmail which made it easy to use because we didn't have to open one more tab.

Cons

It was slow, sluggish, it took ages to do anything. It would randomly go down and stay down for half an hour or more.

I think this is a great add-on.

Pros

I was introduced to this product at work and used it in conjunction with Asana. The fact that this is connected directly to my Gmail account was the best thing ever since I primarily work with Google products. I now use this add-on for my own company.

I couldn't link one email to more than one contact.

Overall experience is great. This was one of the first schedule-send apps for me and has met my minimum expectations.

Pros

The first software that I have used to schedule send an email! That is the main advantage of this software. Its an easy add-on to chrome on say Gmail and the extra button for scheduled send automatically appears in your compose mail tab.

Cons

At times, the sync does not work and the add-on need to be linked to the Gmail account again which could be frustrating at times. This could be a local connectivity issue, yet a disadvantage for the online user in scheduling an email.

Pros

Easy to add its extension and integrate it with Gmail. Interface is good. Really helpful in keeping track of all my emails and helps me with my email campaigns.

Cons

Its major concern is its downtime. It crashes very often and doesn’t load any emails.

Great deal tracker and management over my team.

Pros

There is a lot that i love about Streak, the best featuers are that I can see if someone has read my emails and Mail merge option. Streak saves you time and lets you be as prodactive as you can be.

Cons

Android app is very poorly optimized it crashes a lot and it lacks fule Streak featuers. Reporting is quite limited on Android which leaves bad impression.

Instead of having to individually send emails to hundreds of individuals, I use Streak to reach out to my network of thousands of individuals. Streak lets me know how long it's been since I last reached out, and I can ping my network with an email every month. Streak also lets me customize my message to make it appear personalized--something very handy when trying to build a large network. I'm very happy with the product, and think it's very affordable as well.

Pros

I love how easy it is to send out emails once you have all of your data within streak. You can filter contacts into different groups, and then send emails to groups based on various filters, including date of last message. I also think that it's very convenient how you make your email appear personalized to an individual using the {@} function, despite sending the same email to hundreds of others.

Cons

It can be a bit difficult to import into Streak in my experience. I think that it could be a little easier to match columns and data in Google Sheets to the correct corresponding boxes in Streak. If you are uploading a lot of data and incorrectly match the data, this can cause problems.

Pros

Ideal to schedule the sending of emails the day and at the desired time, avoiding forgetfulness. Excellent tool to make reminders to customers and suppliers. Ideal to carry the commercial tracking of contacts. It is a good tool to save time answering emails, having the option to create customized templates according to the characteristics of the contact. The biggest advantage is that the tool sends notifications of whether the recipient has read the sent email or not.

Cons

Although it is a very useful tool, the fact of carrying the tracking of an email sent to a recipient can represent an invasion of the privacy of the same. From my experience, this is the only disadvantage that I see the tool.

Streak helps me manage my daily emails so much quicker!

Pros

I have a full-time job but manage a side consulting business. So much of what I do for my consulting is through email, and I am stuck managing a ridiculous email load on a daily basis. Streak gives me powerful templates, great CRM, and more all within my Gmail inbox. It's cheap, affordable, and easy to use. I can email 100+ people at a time all while sounding personal and direct to all of them. It also tells me who is opening my emails, when, and how many times. I can't recommend enough!

Cons

Streak can crash occasionally and I have to reboot the window to get it to work again. Minor issues but frustrating every time my flow is interrupted.

Pros

I like that this integrates into gmail and that there is a logical way to see your sales pipeline. Also, I like that you can track who has read you emails.

Cons

I wish I could use it to send automatic follow up emails to contacts within the CRM. I feel like I have to manage every point of the process in my CRM. Really no automation.

Pros

This is the most useful extension I have ever used. I use it for both business and personal use. It is so amazing to be able to track whether or not a person viewed an email I have sent them, and they can't even tell that I am tracking the email. It provides the time and approximate location that they opened the email, and whether it was on a mobile phone or Gmail on the web. I also sometimes use the feature of sending an email at a future time/date.

Cons

Sometimes it feels like some of the other business tools are shoved in my face.

I love Google products and Google Steak is no exception. I am even locked in at a discounted rate for getting in while it was still in Beta. There have been many updates however there is still some chunkiness to it. Even so, it does the best job of giving me access to everything I need in one spot, like email, contacts, tasks, notes, call notes, etc., for a GREAT monthly rate. If you are a small business, start here! You may never leave. Now they just need to fix their Android app and we'll be golden.

Pros

It's Google!

Cons

A bit clunky. For example, if you have two funnels and you move one funnel to the other, if selections are not already present in exact spelling, then they disappear and you have to redo your work. I also wish that reminders would auto remind me because I always miss tasks on the day of and then never get around to them because I never see them again!

Pros

Most companies using Gmail try to integrate other tools and CRMs, with limited success. Being able to allow people to do most everything in Gmail - from tracking to mail merge to pipelines that show where the customer is in the journey from contact to close - is a big plus. It's so easy to use and set up, allowing newbies to use it and not distracting those experienced from having to learn a separate interface.

Cons

The jump in price from free, which is super limited and good to try out. There should be an interim price point for those that don't have the budget nor use all the capabilities. Plus data validation and data recovery are limited to the most expensive version, these should be standard if you pay.

Simple interface to see 100% of my departments and what's going well and what isn't. I'm no longer needing to hunt people down regarding Sales, Projects etc......just look at the emails (reports)

Pros

Integration was EXTREMELY simple! Not only were we able to see every step of a "sales" project but we are also able to look at Support and HR to make sure our well oiled machine stays that way. Gmail on steroids!!

Cons

Sure a great percentage of the World uses Gmail however in order for this to be 5 stars on ease of use, everyone needs to be a power user, otherwise you'll have to do some "extra" training with the folks that only know how to "check mail". Besides that I have nothing bad to say and my entire team loves it!
