My overall experiance with streak is very positive. The learning curve is minimal. It integrates well with Gmail and using it has made me appreciate CRM.

Pros

The best feature of Streak is the way it integrates with Gmail. It is also very flexible. I am able to use as few features or as many features as I need. There are lots of video tutorials available and they are always expanding its capabilities.

Cons

The only thing that I have issues with when usin gStreak is that it sometimes does not load when logging in to gmail. I will then just need to refresh the \[age.

I like how Streak always notifies me every time someone opens my email. It greatly helped me with tracking.

I don't think the location is always accurate and making my own Streak dashboard can be complicated.

Overall, my experience with Streak has been very positive. It has significantly streamlined my email management and CRM tasks. However, the new pricing model has been a setback, making it harder to justify recommending it to others despite its robust feature set.

Pros

What I liked most about Streak is its seamless integration with Gmail, which allows me to manage my CRM tasks directly from my inbox. The bulk email sending and contact management features have been particularly beneficial in organizing my communication and improving workflow efficiency.

Cons

The recent changes in pricing have been disappointing, as features that were previously available for free are now behind a paywall. As a long-term user, I feel that access to these features should have been maintained to encourage continued use and recommendations.

Pros

Streak is an amazing tool for email organization and is highly effective for lead sorting, which our associates found most useful. Its standout features include automating tasks like email sharing, lead management, organizing emails by workflow, mass email customization, saving email templates, and more!

Cons

I did not notice any significant cons. The only suggestion I have is that they might want to try and adjust the formatting to make it more visually appealing.

I have used streak in multiple ways as a sales CRM to manage clients and make notes about them. It was great for identifying and organising clients because it operates similar to a spreadsheet.

Pros

I like the ease of setting up streak on new Gmail accounts. The fact that it is within your email and you do not need to leave, is probably the reason why so many people use it. It is perfect for anyone who is starting to use a CRM that needs to be customised to their needs.

Cons

The Mail Merge (the equivalent of an email drip) is not the best when it comes to formatting and creating good quality emails for your database.
