Comments: In the beginning, the software was quite slow and clunky (as much as a result of our own lack of knowledge), and did not seem to be intuitive to the functioning of a database. Through an exhaustive consultation and training period with Member Evolution, we now have a product that looks contemporary and our members believe it is a significant improvement over the previous member access portal. As with anything we are always on the lookout for better ways to be doing things and ME are more than willing to discuss our ideas to implement, either now or in the future, as well as assist us in any way they can. We also have the benefit of any ideas, feedback, tweaks, improvements identified by other ME users being updated to our site. Overall we are happy with the product and look forward to our site growing and evolving.

Comments: Overall the product provided the necessary features to run our association.

We liked the website being linked with the database as well as the marketing, events and CPD.

We found a higher uptake of renewals prior to the expiry date because our members receive leads on the Find a Conveyancer directory. We had the option of leaving members on or removing them on expiry day. The benefits of staying in the directory definitely had members paying invoices earlier than normal.

Initial training took us a little while to get used to the system, but now there is an online version which make things easier.

Comments: We have been using this system now for over 12 months and recently our invoicing run went through the system - it worked well. Luckily the system offered a simulation prior to the invoice run so that we could fix up a couple of members that were on the wrong plans.

The integration to newsletters is simple and effective, but I would like more reporting on who had clicked on what, not just who opened it.

There are actually many features in the standard system and we don't use all of them yet, but we have more time now to start creating extra income streams such as positions vacant. We may also turn on the Xero integration because while the invoicing reports are good we still have to upload them in MYOB for now.

The help desk is great - we don't really need to use it much now - but we used is quite alot when when we first went live on the internet and they do have an online training manual which all the staff use if they can't remember something.
