### "All in one Communication app"

My overall experience is great! I really do enjoy this app. It is one of those apps where it simply integrates all forms of communication into one app in a seamless and modern fashion.

Pros

The largest overarching feature is its communication features. The application allows for the user to call, receive calls, track calls, transfer calls, save contacts and even block contacts. In itself it is great, but it excels in multiple user environments (like firms or offices). This allows for multiple calls to be received, communicated with and monitored. I also am pleased with the meeting like options; it integrates other popular features (such as scheduling or texting) in one app.

Cons

My least favorite feature by far is the bugs. I am currently struggling with my ring app not obeying my ring tone preferences. I also have experienced at times the ring not notifying me of calls on my screen (which is a great feature as well).

With a few refinements in reliability and interface design, it could easily compete with the top video-conferencing platforms.

Pros

RingCentral Video is easy to use and integrates smoothly with other tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. The setup process is quick, and meetings are simple to join and manage. The video and audio quality are generally reliable on a good network, and it includes helpful features such as screen sharing, recording, and analytics for administrators. It’s convenient having video, phone, and messaging in one unified platform.

I use the app on a daily basis and belive its an amazingly helpfull tool. The video conference calls are clear, costumer service is excellent, and everything is secure.

Pros

The product is exceptional, works well anywhere and always great reception. Clear messaging, audio and image. Value for the money is amazing

Cons

The program could use some configuration updating, for example on imaging and additional modern features.

Overall experience has been great. It is comprehensive in terms of features and has high video and audio quality. It is easy to use for meetings in general and helps us to drive more sales within our organization.

Pros

RingCentral is easy to use and provides great quality video and audio. It also has integrations with Salesforce that allow us to streamline our sales efforts. We can also use its integration with Outlook to easily schedule meetings and follow-ups.

Cons

The interface in the RingCentral app can be clunky at times, but when you are used to using it, it is simple and easy to navigate. No issues, just could "look" better.

RC Video was incredibly frustrating to use. We quit immediately and moved video and chat to Teams as a result of RC's move to Video. We felt lied to through the Sales process, no one disclosing that the partnership with Zoom was coming to an end.

Pros

Honestly. If I'm 100% honest. Absolutely nothing.

Cons

We moved to RingCentral during the pandemic. When we joined, we were promised the ability to use RingCentral Meetings, a white label zoom. This is one of the main reasons we moved to RingCentral, was the stability and reliability of Zoom, while also having the contact center. RC Video is the most unstable platform I've ever used. It never got better. Low quality audio, low quality video. Constantly dropping.

The whole org was not yet on Zoom, but many of our users were and we were looking for an all in one platform. We promised RingCentral Meetings, the white label Zoom product, and were lied to about its longevity. We were stuck with RC Video instead and thoroughly regretted our choice.

Using RingCentral has been quite good overall. They delivers high quality video and audio, which makes our meetings smooth and effective. Setting up/joining meetings is straightforward as well as it has good integration with other tool.

Pros

They do have a quite good of robust features we need to set up meetings with the video quality. Also, the platform integrates smoothly with other tools we use.

Cons

I do not have any dislike of RingCentral Video. Just sometime little bit of glitch or connectivity issues on meetings but it happened very rarely. It could be issue from my side though.

What I like most about ring central is it rarely ever runs into technology issues. C Video conferencing as well as meetings are very easy. Customer service is also quick with response.

Cons

I cannot think of anything at this time that I dislike about RingCentral. It helped our company connect and communicate.

Pros

Very helpful for larger companies. Everyone can connect with video or chat!

Cons

Occasionally have issues with hearing each other but I believe that has more to do with the internet connection.

Meeting can be held at any time, any day without meeting physically. These helps the business save a little since there is no transportation costs.

Pros

I love the screen recording and sharing tool. I also love that our conversation is saved after the meeting. All these for future references. I get to see all my team members who are in the US while I am in Kenya. We interact, share ideas and it all seems like a face to face meeting!

Cons

I do not have any complains about this software, it has been a great product according to me. I LOVE IT.

It allows our hybrid workforce to connect whether on the road, in office, or at home. I'm not sure how we functioned without this for so long!

Pros

We have been using Ring Central for several years. It was not until the pandemic that we really began leaning in to the video meeting capabilities though. The software is easy to learn and intuitive. As long as your network is stable, the software is too.

Cons

I wish there were more options to edit recorded meetings or stitch recorded calls together for training purposes. I realize the software was designed for meetings and collaboration, but we have begun using the software to create training modules.

Pros

It accommodates a large number of attendees and has a less busy interface during presentations. For example, the chat box/questions features do not take up as much space as they do on other platforms. It is dependable- I've never had a connection issue with RingCentral vide.

Cons

It doesn't have the pizazz of its competitors, so you risk looking outdated if you invite people to a RingCentral conference. Also, since it's not frequently used across a wide range of platforms, invitees may have to download the app/software to use it the first time. I have also had it not load when I've needed it, and had to uninstall and reinstall it.

Pros

Just being able to get the full depth of learning as in class while being able to be at a convenient remote location is amazing

Cons

It's a litte bit of a work around for larger groups like my class group of 30 we have to be separated into groups of 10 then added to a bigger conference

Pros

Everyone in our office uses Glip because it's bundled with RingCentral and that's our unified communications solution. File sharing, starting calls or video meetings, creating and assigning tasks, groups of as many or few team members as you need - I don't know if there's anything groundbreaking here, but it is all included in one app, it IS all essential, and if you're a RingCentral customer it's 100% free.

Cons

My preference would be for synchronization between Glip's calendar and Google's to be a two way street. But although you can upload your Google calendar to Glip, the extra functionality within Glip prohibits updates there from syncing back to Google.

Great experience! I use it for work all the time and school!

Pros

That each person in the office has their own meeting line, so you don't have to make sure that someone else has a meeting scheduled at that time.

Cons

I have a hard time "scheduling" a meeting for future. Typically I just have to schedule it in my calendar, then send an invitation with the dial/join information to those who need to attend. Wish I could schedule straight from ring central!

### "Reliable, but a bit dated"

Pros

RingCentral is pretty much the same as Zoom so you might expect similar functionality and familiar interface. I've been using it for more than a year now daily for video calls and it's been pretty reliable even for larger calls of 50+ people. Audio/video lags are quite rare and there is an option to call in using phone which solves audio issues completely when they occur. Screen sharing works well, it has support for multiple screens. There's record and chat functionality built in. Apps for mobile devices are offered and work well (I've used the iOS version.) Lately they've added support for Linux, so all desktop operating systems are covered.

Cons

The design feels a bit dated and it the app might be a bit intimidating for users coming from simple video call solutions like Google Hangouts, Skype, or FaceTime. It requires a bit of getting used to, but nothing more that is not present in other enterprise-grade conferencing software.

Excepting the cons mentioned above, this app is quality for business video conferencing, affordable, easy to use and I really enjoy using it.

Pros

\-Available both for mobile and web users. More flexibility to joining meetings and chats -Interface is easy to walk through with well-designed features -quality for business meetings-We use this app on weekly basis for team meetings. - Provides quality customer supports -Constant updates with new features being added. -It offers a high degree of administrator control- enhances business security -pricing plans are worth its performance quality. -closed caption feature available-with the possibility for a live host to transcribe live team discussions.

Cons

\-Glip's email notifications sometimes are very retardative which can be an impediment factor to deal closings or live chats. -regular ads popping up once in a blue moon on the mobile app version which can sometimes be very irksome.

Overall, RingCentral does what you need it to with video conferencing and screen-sharing. Most of the problems we ran into were due to human error or Internet connection issues.

Pros

RingCentral worked as well as any other video conferencing tools I've used. It's about as intuitive as Zoom.

Cons

I didn't like that I had to download yet another app on top of Zoom and the login process could be a pain.

Cons

It has a nice clean design, and it allows us to create teams and private chat groups.

Cons

The notifications need work - for some reason, I don't always get notified of incoming messages...often I don't realize I've gotten a message in the desktop app until I look at my phone and see a notification there.

Pros

There isn't much to like about this software except that it allows people to meet by phone and by computer at the same time

Cons

Requires special meeting IDs and phone numbers that are just overly complicated. Browser extensions and desktop software fails to work properly. Use GoToMeeting or Hangouts instead, as you can setup a meeting in one-click.

Works well when it works, but performs very poorly when it doesn't. Our company decided to drop Ringcentral and move completely to Teams

Pros

RingCentral is easy to use audio/video conferencing meeting solution with a simple and straightforward user interface. In my experience, it usually provides good connectivity and audio/video quality. Meetings can be scheduled on the fly with integration to office and calendar apps

Cons

It was very challenging the very first time I tried to join a scheduled meeting through RingCentral, it just doesn't connect either from the app or browser, had to log in from another device to get going. Looks and feel are somewhat similar to Zoom but a lot less reliable in comparison
