Pros

I like the notification in my email for communication with clients and task management. I don't particularly enjoy this app though people I work with enjoy it.

Cons

I was frustrated in being able to share notes with video or screenshot so that the tasks can be completed with ease.

Pros

I've used Ring Central during my final interview as an Appointment Setter in MyOutdesk. It's faster than Skype. You can setup online meetings for more people here as well.

Cons

hope you can integrate this with other professional platforms like LinkedIn or Slack for meeting/conference purposes

We work in a virtual team environment and this tool makes it easier for customers to contact us regardless of where we are. Its affordable and pretty easy to use. Their international dial-in numbers don't always work so we get a bit frustrated with that and call quality for international isn't always the best, but it is way more affordable than an international call.

Began using Glip for intraoffice messaging. It has made it easier to communicate with others while they are on a call and need answers. It has also been used as a message board to announce individual accomplishments and build morale. A great addition to our office communication system.

I wish that I could use it without having to download something first. I suppose it is inevitable.

She always called me back, multiple times if I couldn't answer my phone, always left me voicemails to let me know the situation, and called me promptly the once or twice there was an emergency. Very, very pleased with her professionalism, and manners in which this case was resolved!

I use this for setting up chat meetings with multiple people from my team and another team such as our web developers. Very user friendly.

Cons

Sometimes I do have issues with it where I need to contact customer support but they always manage to get us connected.

Salesforce, Google, Zendesk, Outlook integration. Video conferencing. Unlimited business SMS. Terrific mobility

Cons

Can become time consuming to manage with a lot of users and web portal can become sluggish. Can be a bit buggy at times.

RingCentral has proved to be a vital tool in communicating with the people I need to connect with. Impressively, it has an above-average call quality and I like that I can setup my profile to meet my specific communication needs. Not sure what I would do if I had to stop using RingCentral!

We keep getting messed around and they keep swapping our account manager. After we went into contract with them they changed a lot of the rules - told us we would have to pay an extra $ a month for US based support. Plus several of our lines were hacked and they did nothing to help us.

RingCentral is wonderful for a small business. I love that I don't even have to have a phone. Just my computer. Also love the RingCentral Meetings. I use it to create training videos for my team. They keep adding features, which is awesome!
