I don't particularly enjoy this app though people I work with enjoy it. Cons I was frustrated in being able to share notes with video or screenshot so that the tasks can be completed with ease. It's faster than Skype. You can setup online meetings for more people here as well. Its affordable and pretty easy to use. Their international dial-in numbers don't always work so we get a bit frustrated with that and call quality for international isn't always the best, but it is way more affordable than an international call. It has made it easier to communicate with others while they are on a call and need answers. It has also been used as a message board to announce individual accomplishments and build morale. She always called me back, multiple times if I couldn't answer my phone, always left me voicemails to let me know the situation, and called me promptly the once or twice there was an emergency. After we went into contract with them they changed a lot of the rules - told us we would have to pay an extra $ a month for US based support.
