Now that it has merged with Stamps.com, it has really declined and I am looking for another solution for USPS Priority Mail. Pros Postage is cheaper because of Endicia's negotiated USPS discounts. I used to be able to load large lists of 1,000, but it chokes on anything over 100 records now. Cons 257 labels per HOUR. Stupid slow. 5 years ago, Endicia was as fast as UPS and almost as fast as FedEx software. Now it prints about 5 seconds per label, but then it freezes and waits for an xml file to post. This brings the average down to 1 label every 14 seconds. I have to print 10,000 labels. Senior Programmer Analyst Furniture ### "Stamps.com/Endicia software is very buggy at best" 1.0 Overall Rating 1.0 1.0 Ease of Use 2.0 2.0 Features 1.0 1.0 Customer Service 4.0 4.0 Likelihood to Recommend 1/10 October 3, 2025 Their 2nd level support is good but they are handicapped by software that has many bugs and issues using Pros You can import lots of orders via csv file or excel The ODBC does allow for pulling data directly from your database whatever it may be Cons Problem is you are supposed to be able to highlight them all and do a mass edit from pros above but if you select more than 1 the software crashes They make fields mandatory on the screen but do not have field available to map to from you file or database. Software crashes religiously. Not enough fields allowing translations from our DB to what they need for USPS. Some fields have it but not all. Every time we tried to fix the international issues we found another bug or missing way to populate mandatory fields. When you create a mapping of your data on a PC if multiple users sign onto machine the maps have to be redone for each person which is silly. Management needs to get control of the customer service department. Its running rampant with uninformed, poorly trained "techs." Pros Used to be easy to use, but has changed since Stamps.com bough them. Cons Customer service is ill informed of any problems or outages, they rarely can solve a problem without wasting an hour of your time before you demand tier 2 help, they will hang up on you if you continually ask for help with an issue they don't understand, pricing tiers seems to change weekly/monthly? Earlier this summer I lost the ability to import eBay orders into Dazzle without the app crashing. It took them close to three weeks to reply to my email query and then, it was a generic "thanks for your feedback message." Three months later, I'm manually pasting tracking numbers into eBay directly. If I haven't switched to a new postage service yet, it's because I need to set aside some time and put my head into this. If I was using just for minor correspondence it would probably be OK, but running $10K+ per month it's a hot mess to deal with. We are actively searching a different provider. The ONLY POSITIVE IS COST, just be prepared for the headaches as they DO NOT CARE. I had 106 Amazon orders today and had to MANUALLY POST TRACKING TO OVER 40 OF THEM. Pros This was a GEM before being bought by Stamps.com. When there was a problem, it was FIXED, period. Questions were answered on the first call and you were back in business. Literally NOTHING gets fixed anymore. Cons The real issue is there are MASSIVE problems and they either don't seem to care or no longer have the knowledge to fix anything. One day out of the blue I tried to reprint a label and it came out sideways with only 1/2 of the label printed. I tried modifying settings and finally called. After I was on the phone with someone who I think was either there 1st day, or trained to be so slow the customer finally gets fed up and will hang up, but 45-50 minutes later I was told "This is a known issue, and we are working on it". That was around 11 months ago and still not fixed. If you need to reprint, you have to create a new label/tracking number, edit the new info to the shipment page (Amazon, Ebay, etc...) and then find the 'wrong' label in Endicia and cancel/refund. 3-5 minutes, but on a heavy day doing this 5-8 times really slows progress... Issue 2, they cannot seem to stay connected to Amazon (all others can, well except Stamps.com) to post tracking #'s to orders so that has to be done MANUALLY and also a time waster, again "Known Issue" and still ongoing for over 9 months. The integration Endicia provides allows you to just take care of business. If you do need to pull up your history or request refunds on printed labels, that process is incredibly simple. Pros The integration with our order fulfillment system is seamless and makes shipping our eCommerce orders a breeze. Cons There are occasional scenarios where the built-in address verification on the web app is inaccurate or missing data from USPS and makes it difficult to override with another address.
