Cons You do need to spend quite a bit of time to create your exam flow since there are a lot of options/templates that you can play around with. Once you create the exam flow how you want it to be then it is a breeze to use. September 28, 2017 5.0 Ease of use and ability to access outside the office Pros I love that it's cloud based! I love that it has buttons that allow you to put "normal" test findings in quickly. I love the Task feature to send jobs to staff members. I love the Alerts you can create for patient files. I love that Customer support takes our suggestions for changes and does them if they are able to (such as when they installed the Alert feature :)) Cons I think it's worth the cost but it's ALWAYS nice if something cost less! There are easy to use instructions, videos, webinars, and its pretty intuitive, and is up to date with CMS guidelines Cons cost-- is a bit expensive, but does have good features, and for some reason I don't like the visual look of it-- the font is not my favorite but that is a minor complaint. To this day, I still keep in touch with her to keep learning more and more. They are constantly updating the software to add new and better ways of getting through my exams. Cons My first time on EHR, but whether it be this software or another, it has slowed down my exams. Nothing really negative to say. Also having multiple locations and being able to allow all the office to see and book appointment when needed is great. They training vidoes are also great when trying to make a change or figure something out without having to wait for a customer service rep. The integration of EMR/Optical/patient management and the constant improvements to the suite. Integration with instruments; visually pleasing ; being able to review records from anywhere in the world. Cons Its continued dependence on Flash; not being able to use on tablets easily; excessive need to click/pick; not having the patient fill in their health and be transferrable to the emr. Pros I like the ability to view my records from any computer anywhere without hassles. I've experienced very few IT hassles since switching to RevolutionEHR. There are regular updates to the application to fine tune it to the needs of its users. Cons It currently is very heavily dependent on Adobe Flash. Cons \- Honestly, at the moment I can't think of any Cons. I guess maybe one thing I wish was different is that we could personalize what is on each screen because sometimes we don't need half the information the software is asking for us to provide and we end up just skipping through a couple of the pages. The design is intuitive and there are constant updates and features. Cons There are not too many 'cons' that come to mind, but for some functions within the system there are too many clicks. Cons Pd does not pull forward to optical section. It would be easier to get to some information if it wasn't included in the same sections. Wendy has been the most helpful and always answers all of my questions! Cons Start up cost is a bit high initially, but the month to month is manageable.
