If your a prior Revolution user it may be better but training was minimal and unsatisfactory for our offices. Pros It was a quick set up to transfer information Cons Scheduler was difficult to learn, Drs did not like exam format with little ability to change things Review Source AU Aaron U. I can eliminate paper charts using this product. It keeps track of my appointment, no shows, reschedules, etc Cons I do not like that it is not yet ready for use on my apple iPhone since parts of the software require flash player. The customer service is excellent. The people who work for Revolution clearly care. They treat us the same way that we treat our patients. Cons There are a lot of clicks and mouse movement. September 28, 2017 5.0 Pros I have found the customer support to be beyond compare. Rev is easy to customize and is really easy to use. Cons The integration with optical is a bit slowed, and this does impact some of the wow of the program. Pros This software is super user friendly. I came in to the business after it had already been installed so it's what I started with, but I can't imagine using any other software. Cons The lag when moving around within the system. I don't like having to wait versus a local server based system that has quicker responses. She is so incredibly patient, and has a sincere passion for helping her clients become comfortable with a new system. I am very impressed by her technical knowledge of this system to be able to help with integration. I also love the new RevIntake. I've used many different softwares in the past, 4 to be exact. And the reason why I chose Revolution is from a macro perspective it integrates with everything. Then, from it being one of the easiest EHR systems to use was just an added bonus. It has made our accounting life so much better and the staff absolutely love it! The onboarding specialist, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], is the best in the game. She listened to my urgency of needing to be set up in 1 week - and she did it! She is so extremely supportive. I highly recommend her for your onboarding specialist! Pros It's not glitchy for a cloud based software!!! Cons The ICD-P Action and Care Plans - Getting used to it.
