### "Long video training "

Pros

Overall easy to use, the optometrist & assistant like the system. Easy appointment, registration, and ordering of glasses. Awaiting equipment integration the sales rep promised.

Cons

The training took 3 months of videos and customer support are lacking. Sales team & finance don't communicate with each other and this causes delinquent account status.
