My only issue is the insurance verification feature. Pros That we can drag and drop into patient charts instead of printing and scanning. The system makes my job easier to complete with minimal errors. Pros I like that the system is easy to use for both employees & patients. Cons I do wish the patient portal could be more useful for patients & staff, regarding sending patients information, completing forms, & contacting medical staff. Far superior to other EMRs I have used Pros Really great platform for Derm. Very intentional and all-inclusive. Would not go back to previous EMR. Cons no complaints. All aspects of interface are helpful and well integrated. Cons I do not really like how you can't make appointments on the app. We have to go to the desktop version on the iPads and it is difficult to navigate. I love the Financial tab and organization of Payer Payments. Pros I love the user interface. I also like that the tool bar across the top has so much information in it. From a payment posters side, the Financial tab is well organized. Cons I do not like that there is not an amount Seach function when you are in the ERA tab of posting payer payments. Very thorough and detailed without having to change screens a lot and without having to make multiple clicks. Pros Very easy to navigate. User friendly. Follow up tabs provide easy documentation, previous findings are great as well for follow patients. Cons As far as body map, the pretibial area is so large and hard to document multiple biopsy sites in this area and have them documented with different names for clarification on path. Please keep the old view!!! Pros I like that it is easy to navigate and the flow helps for easier charting Cons I don't like the new pancake view it doesn't have the Cancer interval section that our providers like in their charts and it is not as easy to chart in this new view. Pros Mod Med is easy to use very self explanatory. Cons I wish they had certain aspects for example if you send a bill and there is a mistake you cant fix it you have to recreate the bill. Pros the ease of electronic documentation and not having to find paper charts. Cons some thing are not customizable and sometimes the updates for new medications talk longer to get into the system.
