PDF EDITOR PRO was my final selection. Make sure to fully uninstall the free version and reset the PDF file extension linkage before installing the purchased new version. I needed to add a manual PO for our finance team on to the invoice and with PDF Editor Pro, it meant that I could do this as well as highlight the amount on there. In turn, it was easier and more efficient for our Finance team to process the invoice. Cons I wish it would default as the main programme to edit PDF's in, but that can be sorted with settings. It was very convenient and I would highly recommend it. Pros Very easy to scan files.( I haven't seen this feature work as well in other editors). You can merge and split individual PDF files (can decide the order). Text can be easily modified, moved, and deleted. There are existing stamps - ('Urgent', 'Approved', and you can create your own. Handwritten Initials and Signatures can be scanned (or photographed your phone) and saved - you can provide them names, and sort in individual groups, very convenient. Cons Wasn't a big issue but I thought typewriter functionality (when you select any spot on the page and would like to type there) could be improved a bit. Same functionality in Kofax works better. Inoltre trovo molto intuitiva la funziona di scansione in ocr che permette di scansionare e modificare qualsiasi testo in pdf. Offre un sacco di piani di pagamento per utenti normali, aziende e studenti con prezzi molto competitivi e molto vantaggiosi per ciò che offrono. Non posso che consigliarlo a tutti coloro che vogliono un ottima suite ad un buon prezzo e molto potente. Pros Una delle suite più complete per i pdf. Completa facile da usare e intuitiva. I can use it on my phone while travelling if needed. It saves my time and effort. It fulfils all my daily document editing needs. Pros My most used tool is the electronic signature, which saves me loads of time from physically printing and scanning documents. My second most used tool of this software is the conversion tool. It is quick and uploading files and converting is an easy process. The UI is pretty simple and the different buttons and tools self-explanatory and instinctual. They also let us rearrange pages and order documents as needed which helps out in editing. Cons Though I haven't had any major problem with this software. It is very easy to open and view the files in different formats. The best thing I like is that I can edit the pdf in terms of signature, images, text, markings, notes and many more. The tools are placed in a simple and chronological order. I usually use the software for forms filling and signatures. The E signature feature of the editor pro is very helpful. There is an feature of adding and subtracting pages to the pdf and also to save a copy of original pdf. The final view of the edited pdf is quite realistic and highly appreciable. Cons Not much to say about the cons as the software is superb and working fantastic. I will add a suggestion over an error which some times comes when Typewriter is selected. It is so easy to use. I can convert files, store files, digitally sign documents and I can also lock sensitive documents using passwords or permission notifications. Really impressed. Cons The latest version seems to have a little bug but it is not the worst thing ever. The software tends to freeze every now and then once I attempt to open new files I thought it was just my pc until my colleague told me about the same issue.
