We used this to track participant's location in a research study. It was very easy to use and we loved the presentation that the heat map option allowed us.

Pros

Easy to use, attractive resulting product

Cons

Initially the website seemed very busy and a bit confusing. Once I figured it out, it was easy. I would have liked to be able to produce a picture of a map to send to my team members, rather than just taking screenshots.

I think that MBO is a very good tool for a desktop tool. The main thing that seems to be missing is mobile support and integration with turn-by-turn directions.

they let me try it for free for a little while. I tried it and I did enjoy it while I used it. It was intuitive and integrated well with our software.

Cons

would like it to be even more user friendly. It was somewhat easy to use but I would like it to be even more simple so that I can more easily train any new person on staff to use it too.

The software took a short time to understand and was very easy to use from that point forward. It is my favorite mapping software.

Pros

Easy to use. Lots of options and offers all of the features we need from a mapping tool

Cons

The cost wasn't very high, but we use the tool 4x/year for quarterly reports, so it's hard to justify any cost when used that infrequently.

Pros

Great & very useful mapping tool for the price. Use to set up maps to show company coverage for my training presentations

Wow was I surprised to learn what you could do with this great tool. Very powerful in mapping our business data, creating high quality analytical maps. Perhaps one of the most unique and is the heat map.

heat maps, and underlying quality of the graphics
