Working closely with the Osiris software team, we were able to work through these features and make Osiris work for us. They truly listen and care for the needs of their clients. **Pros:** Osiris software is easy to navigate. Training oncoming staff on how to navigate the Osiris software was truly easy. They have a great customer response time. **Cons:** In the beginning, Osiris had features that were meant for the Funeral Homes and were not really beneficial to cemeteries. I'm new to the program but it's pretty self explanatory. **Pros:** Easy to navigate. Time saving that you can send forms for signature through the program vs DocuSign. **Cons:** Nothing that I can think of. I haven't been using it that long.
