Pros

This software makes it easy to manage cases. You can also easily manage the financial transactions and export to quickbooks.

Cons

Credit memos are complicated but they are fixing this

Pros

Simplicity, cloud base, price, customization, efficiency.

There is no backup solution quite yet.

Fairly easy to use. would be nice to have the ability to post more pictures. right now we are allowed only one picture of the loved one. if we could offer to scan more photos and give the public access to a slide show that would go over well with our families.

I think there should be an option to post more pictures of the deceased. Families often request to display more pictures. Once someone gets through the learning curve its fairly simple to use, but the learning curve can be challenging for a beginner and especially those who are computer challenged.

I don't honestly have one bad thing to say about Osiris. It never crashes, times out, or has long waits for updates. It really is the best program ever! The staff is so nice every time you call. They take the time to fix the problem and then explain it so if you ever have the problem again you know what's going on. I truly love Osiris!

Easy to use, intuitive, I was using it 20 minutes after the demonstration and have never looked back. No more paying a fortune for software that doesn't get updated. This is THE WAY for funeral homes to automate!
