July 25, 2025 5.0 The AIMS team is truly like family. From The start they have supported us, partnered with us and have answered any question, anytime we’ve had one. From the early mornings to late nights. We switched over from a very manual software and since integrating with AIMS our processes have been much smoother. We have utilized a lot of AIMS great features and continue to dig into what we could use in the future. Overall we’ve had such an incredible experience and are so grateful for the team we get to work so closely with. Pros This software is super user friendly and has a very modern design. It’s very easy to navigate and makes integrating to simply looking up a style a seamless process. I love the ability to have everything at my fingertips. I’ve worked a lot in EDI and having 1 section for EDI alone keeps everything organized for training purposes to doing everyday tasks. Cons The only thing I will say is due to the amount of data we have sometimes our connection lags BUT it’s not very often. Our implementation manager was incredibly easy to reach whenever we needed him during the rollout. Even after going live, their support has remained excellent. For example, when I hit a production tracking error while trying to issue quantities on an in-transit operation, their support specialist, Nikki, logged right into our system. She provided clear screenshots breaking down exactly what had been issued and received for each color, alongside step-by-step instructions on what to do next. That prompt, visual response made a complex issue easy to resolve. I highly appreciate their team's dedication to client success. Pros As a luxury homebuilder, accurate materials tracking and real-time operations are critical for our projects. We utilize AIMS360 primarily for Inventory Control and managing our Bill of Materials (BOM). The software handles these complex needs incredibly well. Our warehouse team completed their WMS implementation completely on-site, and the handheld WMS scanners have performed exceptionally well in the field. Cons The software handles dense operational workflows, which means it requires a dedicated onboarding process, but their team makes the transition as smooth as possible. The ability to accurately manage inventory and orders has drastically helped. Sarah has been instrumental and has provided great customer support throughout the whole process, she is the best!! Cons We do not really have any cons with Aims360 or our experience. The only slight negative was integrating with some of our exsiting platforms who did not have direct API integrations with Aims360 but we figured out solutions! March 27, 2018 4.0 We benefitted greatly in having more features than our previous ERP system and have found that the system has allowed us to grow as a company and continue to expand our operations by keeping better track of things such as inventory, costing, customer accounts etc. Pros I appreciate the ability to utilize Zendesk for help within the system as well as the opportunity to use customer support when needed for our team. I find that the system is straight forward in that many of the features work well within different modules and are consistent throughout. Cons Sometimes it is not clear when using Zendesk what the specific steps are to do something but when reaching out to customer support we usually get the help that we need. Pros I like being able to export different reports to an excel spreadsheet. By doing this it allows me to customize the reports to where it is easy to review. Cons The thing that I like least about the software is that in the late afternoons when I am invoicing or posting payments, the system freezes or I get logged out. I really enjoy most how self-explanatory the tabs are and there is not much questioning. Understanding what one needs is simple, clear and useful. Cons I think the thing I like the least is trying to find what I need. While the system is clear and useful I find it difficult to search for the button I may need if hidden in another section. Cons It doesn't work as well on MACS as well as it does on PCs. When I first switched over to a Mac, the resolution on my second screen was extremely poor. After several phone calls with AIMS Customer Support, I was able to adjust the resolution on my Mac/ second screen. March 27, 2018 4.0 Pros I like that it is relatively user friendly in terms of the order flow path. Basically, all of our employees are able to master whatever domain they need to understand. Cons There are some serious efficiency problems that create a lot of work for our team: 1) Invoices need to get emailed to customers when they get created. We have to field hundreds of emails and calls from customers looking for the invoice. 2) I hate that we are forced to use Chase Paymentech. 3) There could be a lot more and better integrations. 4) the Weblink is clunky looking, though out customers like it. 5) Its really frustrating that you cannot see customer invoices and orders in one place. There's no customer history. Causes a lot of work for our employees as they have to flip back and forth between databases. 6) Reporting suffers from a lot of the same problems. You can't get a legit customer history report that ties past and future togther. You cannot see which items were sold at full price e.g. even though the style record includes an MSRP. I'd like to know what percentage of Web sales last month were full price v. off price. It seems like you can never quite get just the reporting you need. So easy to customize reports to give us exactly what we need" April 2, 2018 4.0 This software benefits us not only in every component of production, but it also is the source for several of our end of month financial reports which is above and beyond what we expected ;-) Pros We love the detail in the reports as well as the precise ability to track and manage inventory of even the smallest parts that we use in production. Cons We may not use all of AIMS features (we use primarily for production and production tracking) but it gets a little dicey with raw materials inventory when ordering trims for a batch of production. We have been assigning the BOM in each cut to properly allocate ordered materials to the cuts they were intended for. However, this gets complicated when looking at actual stock of materials that we have on hand. Don't quite know what a good solution for that would be. Also, when receiving vendor purchase orders, there is no easy way to allocate the freight costs to the materials in that shipment. Freight changes based on each shipment, therefore fluctuates. We are not comfortable using a plug. This also leads us to costing on finished products that come in the door. It would be great to be able to generate a current cost based on the costs on the last shipment of used materials received.
