Pros: I've been using CorelDraw since version 3 back in 1993. CorelDraw combines the features of apps like Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign in one intuitive and easy to use application. Need to design a vector ad that uses a few images? Edit the image and adjust resolution inside CorelDraw without having to first use another program like Photoshop. Need page layout for a multi-page project? Do it all in CorelDraw instead of having to build every page or ad separately and import into a separate application just for page layout. In addition to features that allowed us to use a single program rather than multiple, CorelDraw has an assortment of shortcuts that just make sense, and that Adobe hasn't bothered to include an easy way to accomplish in programs like Illustrator. Select the next object below or last below is a perfect example of this. With Illustrator a simple feature like this wasn't possible until CS5, while Corel had it for years before. All in all, CorelDraw's ease of use and flexibility saved me countless hours over the years.

Cons: The biggest problem CorelDraw faces is that it is not advancing as quickly as its competitors. I still believe it is the best tool for the specific projects I had in the past, but if I had a project that involved solely vector illustration, or photo editing, I'm not sure if CorelDraw would be the best choice for it. It really shines in projects that would normally require a mix of PS, AI and ID. I hope that it continues to advance in the future so that it remains relevant for other types of projects as well.

Pros: What I find most remarkable is its vectorial character, a quality that is very useful especially when the work done has to be enlarged or printed in large size, because if it were based on pixels, the sharpness of the image would be lost on which one worked.
Another good feature is that it works based on objects that are independent of each other, and it is also multipage (which significantly differentiates it from similar programs such as Illustrator that is not).
Also worth noting is the fact that it is one of the few commercial software that can be installed indiscriminately on a PC, or on a mac (apple) and even under Linux, allowing to save, import and export documents from a wide range of formats such as: Adobe Illustrator , PCT (Macintosh PICT), PSD (Adobe photoShop), etc

Cons: The basic disadvantage that I find is the same as it applies to any graphic software of vector character: you must have a computer equipped with a powerful and powerful processor that allows you to perform all the calculations necessary to design with this software, a task that becomes a lot slower to the extent that the number of data rises, as more elaborate designs are desired.
In particular work with surfaces composed of a large number of points, because they must be characterized with enough detail, and in a number of occasions I had to "filter" the number of data that make up that surface to use the software and get results in a peremptory time

On the other hand, it is not compatible with freeware programs such as the inskcape.

Overall: In general it has allowed me to represent with excellent quality, the various products for whose development I have used this software.
I am currently testing the latest version 2017 and the LiveSketch tool is really sensational as it allows to draw freehand vector curves directly on the screen, being very promising the tests that I have and am doing.

Pros: Although I have been using Photoshop for years but I find CorelDraw very easy to use for Vector Drawing.

CorelDraw proves to be a powerful, capable graphic design app, my favorite part of using CorelDraw is the fact that it¿s capable of rendering amazing effects without the help of plug-ins (unlike Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop).

CorelDraw has professional-level and unique features, easy to understand.

Perfect for Graphic Designs.

Cons: 1: Apparently I have to stick with Windows OS to make use of CorelDraw, MacOS isn¿t supported and that¿s a bummer.

2: Pricing seems a bit aggressive.

3: Although CorelDraw has some amazing features to help make project neat and ease, however there are an overwhelming number of tools and features to use; it definitely take quite a while to learn how to use them all.

Overall: CorelDraw is overall a great Graphic Design software to use. It¿s will be a bit complex to use, especially for first time user but for a widely adopted software, you can easy get a video tutorial for your advantage.

Pros: It is very powerful. I have used it to trace and modify .jpg files for my hobby. I am able to take an image, trace over what I want and leave what I don't. The grid makes it really nice for making straight lines and being able to zoom in at such a close level is very helpful. It really makes a clean graphic.
It also has a nice break apart feature which allows for adjustments of circles and lines. The help menu is good but detailed. There are a lot of features using terms I am unfamiliar with so I use it a lot. By following the help instructions carefully, you will get there, stray and you will be lost.

It has a really nice rotate feature when you can set the center point. This had come in very handy in almost all of my projects.

Cons: There is a lot of features and that is not an understatement. As the result, it does take some time to learn about all of them. If I don't use it for a while, my learning curve goes up quite a bit but it also goes down just as fast. The one feature I do have trouble with is a perfect circle but the convert to curves and the grid function do solve that.

One thing I find a little odd is if you break apart a line into two or more segments they are still considered part of each other. In other words, once it is broken apart, if you select one of the new segments, it will select all of them. I ended up deleting the others and making new separate one. It isn't a big deal, just a little weird when you first encounter it.

Overall: It has allowed me to pursue projects I would not have been able to do.

Pros: Where CorelDRAW excels is in its ease of use. This is no frills drafting software that has a number of embedded features for use across many platforms. Pros include:
-easy to use interface
-save-able templates
-great help desk
-ability to import aerial photography
-layering

Cons: The one area that CorelDRAW could use some help is in it's ability to create maps with real world measurements. For example: if I set the scale to 1" = 20', it would be nice if I could prompt a command to draw a line that is exactly 20' long. Instead, you have to manually draw the line and then measure to get it the correct length. Also, the layers feature in the Object Manager can be a bit troublesome but once you understand how it works it is okay.

Overall: Super user-friendly drafting software!

Pros: The ability of nodes editing, the simple user interface, the user experience, all the tutorials and online community make this software something amazing.

Cons: you don't have tools like pathfinder, but you will find a way...

Overall: Yes, in the market you can't find a lot of Design Software for vectors but CorelDraw is an excellent option with a nice price, a lot of features and a complete suite that actually run well on old PCs.

Corel Draw offers you a lot of simple shortcuts that allow you work fast (like C, P, L, E) and the node editing options give you the chance to make perfect curves (something really complicated in Illustrator).

If you actually work in Illustrator you must give a chance to this software, especially when you are doing branding or flat design, or vector design.

I strongly recommend Corel draw only for vector design because (i have to admit this) adobe is a lot better in image, video and photography edition.

I love to use Coreldraw. It is very useful software to create graphic design.

Pros: Corel draw is very easy to use, a newbie can also use Coreldraw easily, this is it's main positive point.
I am using Corel draw since last 6 six years . It's a fantastic software to create graphics , visiting cards, pamphlets and leaflets. Shape tool is my favourite tool in Corel draw. There are many other tools which saves my lots of time. Transformation, clipping, convert to curves etc etc. There are endless things to share about Corel draw beauty. In short it is best software to new beginner in the field of graphic designing.

Cons: Corel draw is not suitable for imaging, this is the only thing which o don't like about Corel draw. Whenever I need to wait images I have to switch to Photoshop. This is what Corel draw is not suitable.

Pros: It is no exaggeration to say that if you are or become a constant corel graphics user you can all but forget Photoshop for most uses, with no loss as to professional results.

A Vector and a Bitmap application are its main components but you also get a Font Manager, tons of clip-arts and assorted useful components such as to import and export all formats and it runs any plug-in you would use in PhotoShop, plus customised color pallets and native support for cmyk for most any kind of publishing you may want to create in it, as well as x-1A PDF export, editable presets or custom PDF settings as well.

Vector editing and bitmap-to-vector in CorelDraw and masking, cloning, fyll photo retouching capabilities and transparencies in CorelPhotoPaint are just some examples of the fast and exciting tools you get in one suite you can own without subscriptions.

You can also save to any previous version of CorelDraw so that files remain compatible with older versions if needed. Needless to say that it imports .PSD files too.

Cons: Disappointed to say but its a reality that it slows down after using it for some period expecting to get updates in newer version but still facing same issue from X3 till X8.

Overall: It is really great for creating Vector software but it doesn't match up to Adobe Illustrator

Pros: Corel draw is an excellent drawing software, it has so many great functionalities, Creating posters for example is just really easy (after you learn every command), and the fact that you can customize the graphs comming from excel make corel a great tool for engineering.

Cons: For you to work smoothly on corel you need to learn so many commands, so getting the hang of it can take a while. Also it requires lots of power for it to run without any issues.

Overall: I strongly recommend corel draw for engineers, is not a tool that should be used just by designers, since it can improve graphs and presentations created just with office, and add a more professional touch that always surprises clients.

Pros: One of the most interesting factors that Corel Draw has is its quick editing. You can make complex designs with a couple of clicks, saving a lot of work time.

It is quite light and popular, therefore, you can use it in computers with standart requirements, transforming this software into massive.

Your files are compatible with other design software, therefore, you can export data from Corel Draw to software such as Adobe Illustrator.

Cons: Some of its opaque, static and mechanized tools limit the flexibility of the design, as well as the creative capacity.

Another feature that I find negative is that, when you have many objects in transparency, the software starts to demand more resources from the video card and Ram memory, slowing down the software and making it impossible to design.

Overall: Corel Draw was part of my design beginnings, it is a very functional software and with the constant use it is easy to use, in a few words, it is the design high school and I highly recommend it

Pros: Very intuitive user interface and the first drawing design tool I learned to use.
Provides me every feature I need to create impressive ,quality drawings. It has particularly been useful when I need to create logos or any other vector based drawings. I leverage on Corels SHAPE TOOL to correct any errors and shortcomings in my drawings using nodes. I also like Corels text tool for their typographic quality , allowing me play around with texts..

Cons: Has a long learning curve ,it takes continuous practice and updating of ones repertoire to become an advanced user of this tool.

Pros: I really like Everything about the CorelDRAW Package. So much so that we purchased over 1000 of them in the early 90's for the company i was LAN Managing. It had everything it needed, Vector Editing, Bit Image Editing, Screen Capture and in those days, lot's of valuable graphics and usable fonts. It was the Bees Knees then and mostly now except;

Cons: Support is like an Elephant having a Baby! Long, Drawn-out and painful! It is killing the product for me after almost 29 years of use. Maybe it is time to move on . . . .

Pros: I like the variability of the product with its range of features and the reliability. I have used this on Windows 7 Home and Pro 64 bit as well as Windows 10 Home and Pro 64 bit with no issues or stability or compatibility.

Cons: The thing I found I liked least was the steep learning curve to using the product for me as a complete newbie on first use. I found I needed to use the tutorials, yet the tutorials were too basic and didn't cover what I wanted to do with Corel.

Overall: I use this product for designing documents, covers and headers almost daily. I enjoy using it and steadily learn to use more features and to use it better.

Pros: The software is very simple and intuitive; I can work with vector tool, import and edit images accordingly to my design characteristics. I can insert fonts and edit them as well as clip art to complement my design. What I like most is all the features are on one suite, they're not separated on several apps.

Cons: I like the software just like it is, it have some details about how heavy can get the files to process for the computer once I've been working on, this detail can end on a crash failure sometimes when the computer doesn't have the capabilities for the size of the file created.

Overall: I work daily with graphic design, logos and web design and I have costumers every day just asking for a design or something and I use this software to make a product according their needs

Pros: Corel Draw is a program for professional use that can be used also by beginners, it presents a very simple interface with a great variety of options to edit and create designs, probably the best program for vectors, it also supports different formats, ideal for high quality works

Cons: Maybe it can be difficult to understand the program in the beginning because it is a very complete software in options, and it takes time to know what each option is for, however it is an incredible and professional program

Pros: It serves simple communications graphics/design needs. Can easily create layers and customize graphics for print.

Cons: The computer that this was installed on had to be completed reformatted. We could never get the license to be recognized when it was re-installed. Support was only available by email, they would not call us to work on the problem. Pros: I relly like the content that you can create with corel draw, it allows for developing graphs and images that in the engineering business set you apart from the rest, plus you don't have to be a graphic designer to work it to it's fullest potential

Cons: Something that bothers me about corel draw is the fact that it can feel super clunky and not streamlined at all. For example drawing a curve require a lot of clicks to different options and manouvers.

Overall: In spite of the fact that sometimes it isn't as streamlined as I would like, corel is an extremely good designing software and I totally recommend it.

Pros: I have used this software for 3 years and I can verify that it is easy to learn, it also contains a great help panel, the automatic vectorization tool is incredible, the preview of the texts facilitates the design process, it contains a wide range of tools manual vectorization. in general lines it is a very complete software suitable for beginners and experts

Cons: software is very slow when working with books and magazine of more than 80 pages, besides the import module is not completely accurate, it usually imports files with some vectorization errors, it is necessary to expand the options to import texts and improve the tools used when the rtextos are transformed into vectors or contours

Overall: It has allowed me to elaborate manuals and instructions in the electoral field and I use it frequently as a support to complete work reports. If I need to vectorize an image that I will use as an annex in a report, this software is my first choice.

Pros: I love corel draw, working with it has been an amazing experience, it has truly set us apart in the fact that our presentations, documents and poster's quality has improved greatly, we always get compliments from our clients. There is a major difference when presenting for example a pie chart taken directly from excel that one vectorized with corel and our clients love it.

Cons: I have almost no negative things to say about corel draw, perhaps that it can feel a little bit clunky when you first work with it, but after you get comfortable with it, it is just a piece of cake

Overall: I truly recommend you use corel and set yourself apart from everybody who just use the usual graphs and images directly from office programs.

Pros: LiveSketch is VERY good.
Node editing made much easier.
Excellent Tablet Mode.
A good number of tools and resources for everything from logo design to photo manipulation to web design.
No matter your drawing style, you can get a smooth line: if you're a scratchy drawer, using multiple small strokes to build up a bigger line.
Excellent stylus support (including the ability to adjust stylus tilt, bearing and rotation in real time). A quick editing workflow. Each node has a distinct appearance depending on the handle or selection type, and the size, colours and shapes of the editing points are customisable via Options. More intuitive interactive sliders for gradients, blends, transparency and so on wrap up a decent release.

Cons: Expensive to buy outright, and on subscription. If you own a previous version of CorelDRAW Graphics Suite you can upgrade. Whilst the entirety of this suite is pretty good value just look again at the extensive list above if your eyes can take it.
There's always going to be a discrepancy of file between programs.

Overall: It's actually a very capable alternative to Photoshop, and if you're switching over the interface is easy to adapt to. As are the tools, in fact, as they share many similarities with Adobe's behemoth.
New in this version is a Healing tool, which enables the quick editing of blemishes; a Perspective correction tool that gives you a grid-based dialog to fix distortions in photos; and a Gaussian Blur lens a paintable mask that enables you to blur areas of your images non-destructively. There's quite a bit going for photo paint; its creative tools are solid and its typography options excellent.

Pros: Corel Draw gives you the opportunity to create high-quality graphics content at a reasonable price. The software supports industry standard outputs of data for web development standard offset print products up to large format digital printing data.
I have not seen another piece of software that has a working area similar to Corel Draw.
Perfect for sign-making.

Cons: I am working with Corel Draw since version 3 and must say I didn't find a negative aspect in all the years. When it came to a complaint by my side i often had to admit that it was simply a user error.
On the other hand updates to fix bugs and errors were always done precisely by the software manufacturer.

Pros: Essential tool for graphic designers, intuitive, easy to use and with a lot of options for vector editing, the module to vectorize images is great because it incorporates several options for vectorization.

Cons: The program becomes slow and a little unstable, when the projects exceed one hundred pages, for future versions it is essential to improve the capacity of the program to handle large volumes of information.

Overall: I have developed institutional manuals for electoral processes in the workplace.

Pros: A brilliant feature in coreldraw is being able to draw at 1:1 scale on an unlimited canvas / workspace. Unlike Adobe Illustrator which locks you to a certain size workspace, You can use corel to your hearts content. The package is PERFECT for sign and vehicle wrap designing and accepts a huge range of file types.

Cons: Corel can be quite slow and times and when rendering gradients the program can lag and crash. It has its bugs but is still a great piece of kit

Pros: Diversity in tools that make a graphic designers jog easier and opens up new creativity options when designing. Artwork created using this software will always be of high quality with the only limitation being the users creativity.

Cons: Unfortunately or fortunately requires a powerful computer to fully utilize it as it should be. This can be a bit troublesome to starter designers but I would highly recommend they bear the cost as it is totally worth it.

Pros: CorelDraw is easy to use, and its best feature is that it offers vector illustration in a simple way, I have been using it for many years and every time there are more improvements in its functions

Pros:
the tools are much better than the competition, it is easier to vectorize and edit vectors. when exporting I think it has the most extensive file support, plus I can even open Illustrator files (which I can not do vice versa) the cleaping mask option is better than another, I can edit even the bitmap colors a lot easier without worrying about damaging the original file

Cons:
its eternal failure with the colors when printing, only the experience makes me know what color to choose so as not to have direct colors on the screen. When exporting complex vectors with shadows the program gives an error and you can see some white lines that are not in the graphic piece (this always happens and there is no way to avoid it) unless the shadows are erased

Pros: It is a tool at professional level, which allows to give excellent results as graphic designers.
It allows us to create any kind of image, icon, edit images, it really has no limits for creative minds.
It is a widely used tool in the field of graphic design
In my opinion, it is very good.

Cons: Because it is a graphic design program, it consumes a large amount of computer resources, which for average-sized equipment tends to make them slow. My equipment is old and there I use version x5 for that subject.
It takes time to get familiar with the application. It is expensive but the professional quality is worth it.

Overall: It allows me to make high quality designs, besides being able to capture any idea or concept on a sheet, based on the fact that an image speaks more than a thousand words

Pros: As an audiovisual designer I work a lot with vector files and there are designers who work in Corel to ensure a work or style. In the same way that I use AI as the first alternative in vectors, I use Corel as a second option or when the project requires it (because there is a design made on CD).

Cons: Many years have passed since the last Corel 7, which was probably the most used design software. And the new Corel has been updated but without taking advantage of small processors (as does its competition). It is necessary to have a lot of machine potential to be able to work fluently. Maybe it's a software architecture problem, but they should include some accelerator or something that makes work in small workstations fluid.

Pros: CorelDRAW has many tools and options available for almost anything you need to do on any kind of projects you want, from small business cards to wide gigantic banners and billboards.

Cons: Recently I've notice some stability issues working over windows networks and big files, sometimes CorelDRAW just freeze it self and won't let windows work properly. Sometimes it's necessary to restart the computer.

Overall: CorelDRAW is the fundamental software in my actual job as a advertise and printing business. It let us develop all kind of projects regardless of the its size.

Pros: It is very universal, it is a vector program, you can work on paths and take your designs to embroideries, engravings, prints, etc. It can be installed on several platforms. You can edit photos from the same program. It is compatible with other design programs you can import files and also receive Office files

Cons: high demand for video card and RAM with excessive number of objects with transparency. As much as an image with vector graphics is built, its visualization at the end must be translated into pixels, not obtaining the quality sought at 100%, and it requires a powerful computer to perform the calculations that are needed to form the design.

Overall: I have used CorelDRAW for the creation of logos, stationery in general, create funds for web design, with excellent image quality.

Pros: Corel draw is an excellent graphic design software, it definetly allows for creating excellent desings and once you get the hang of all the commands (which can take a long time) you will feel like a graphic designer.

Cons: Corel draw definetly has a really steep curve, I find it really frustrating that you have to learn so many commands for you to work comfortably, it could be way more streamlined.

Overall: At first corel draw is a little bit challenging, however once you get the hang of it it is extremely rewarding, so I definetly can recommend it.

Pros: The first advantage is that it is a vector program, with which you can work on tracings and bring the designs to embroideries, engravings, prints among others, also supports the transparency of the TIF image files which other programs do not, allows editing fast, you can perform complex tasks with very few clicks, their tools are very intuitive and easy to use.

Cons:

Its interface is somewhat outdated and uncomfortable, commercial use license is required for its use, it is very heavy since it has an excessive number of objects with transparency, which demands more video resources.

Overall: The format of corel draw is very used for the graphic industry, it allows to work with vectors, since it vectorizes images of bitmaps, its format is used for digital printing.

Pros: Instead of buying any logo or template I prefer creating it by myself and I often use CorelDraw to create such unique logo or elements. Whether you're a new user or an experienced designer, Corel DRAW makes it easy to get started with the easy user interface. You can quickly find fonts for any project with the font search and filtering feature. With new features of Corel Draw you will discover your hidden creativity. These new features are symmetry drawing mode, block Shadow tool, bitmap perspectives and publishing option to Wordpress. With faster processing and the new automatic alignment and straighten option CorelDraw is a competitive design software in the market.

Cons: All is perfect except price. I thing price is high for new designers. But there is also 30 day trial option. Worth to try.

Pros: I am a user of corel and various design software in each one I find some characteristics that makes it unique. In specific in corel I like that you can move and bring objects to others in such a way that they adjust or alternate between them. It may be something simple but it is very usefu

Cons: I love Corel I think it is a software that can be user friendly to a user who is not a design professional and with this learning the trade. Visually, it is not as pleasant as others of equal utility, starting with the icons, the presentation screen and the toolbars. But they are only details that can easily be improved

Pros: CorelDraw is relatively easy to use, with an interface that has a lot in common with most of the other software products in this category. This makes it easy to pick up on the basics, which means it is easy to get beyond the basics quickly.

Cons: The product allows one installation, but a product like this should allow two installations - a desktop and a laptop installation. This is almost a necessity for someone wanting to take business out of the office for a client visit.

Most irritating is that the software is buggy. This seems to be true of their more sophisticated software - running into bugs that break the code and crash the software.

Pros: Compared to Illustrator, CorelDraw is far less expensive, and to me, is easier to use.

- plenty of tutorials by Corel and users are available online.
- easy to use interface.
- merges well with Corel PhotoPaint so that photos inserted into CorelDraw can be edited easily.
- very stable and responsive even when working with very large drawings that include dozens of layers and tens of thousands of objects

Cons: Still costly for graduate students

Corel is rather well-known for not responding rapidly to user requests. This is most evident on their user forums. Hopefully they will address this.

Pros: Vector usage, and the ability to export to CAD, that's a huge advantage. You can do any image, logo, plan, or any other pixel format file and translate it to AutoCAD or any other software that reads or support DWG files, as simple as one click here, and another one there.

Vectorizing is so simple and you don't need any graphics background to learn it or do it.

Another big advantage in a more graphical language/matter is the ability to work with bezier tools, that allows you to have more control and not an automated guidance.

Pros: The best thing about CorelDRAW is the versatility it offers when undertaking a design project as well as the variety of formats with which it is compatible. Other programs do not allow working in PDF or PSD formats, for example. This problem was solved with CorelDRAW. In the same way, the measurement systems used by the program are very intuitive, which undoubtedly facilitates the work, saving time.

Cons: Perhaps the only limitation I find in CorelDRAW is the need to innovate in terms of using simpler commands for users who are not as skilled. Sometimes having to look in the menu of the program with the mouse cursor, it becomes somewhat uncomfortable for those who are not so professional and are approaching the world of graphic design for the first time.

Overall: I have a lot to thank CorelDRAW for. Thanks to this software I have created the best illustrations and the best images for the WEB page of the company where I work, earning the respect of my superiors. CorelDRAW is the best tool for professionals.

Pros: I use this software from so many years ago and with the time they have always improve, I use this to modify and edit images vectorizing and making great design for my presentations, through the years Corel DRAW have added more features and options to make the design more complex and details, the bright options and the vectorizing tool are better than they were in the past, the details of the images is awesome and the extension are endless, for design this is one of my favorites.

Cons: This a very specialized software not everyone can just open CorelDRAW and start using this requires a lot of time to get used to use it, so you previously need a training about design and drawing to get the most of this software, because this not MS PP this a great software but requires a high level of skills

Pros: CorelDRAW is a software that I started using years ago out of curiosity, the design caught my attention and I had the opportunity to learn the basics of the program and with basic saying I mean a great variety of applications, it is a complex program but I consider it very valuable to learn it to use. Despite not being an expert I have been able to develop designs that have complemented various activities, such as the design of the logo of the degree promotion. The quality offered by this program undoubtedly deserves recognition. Undoubtedly CorelDraw is synonymous with perfection

Cons: From my point of view the main drawback of this program is that the PC slows down, if you do not have a good computer that allows the program to develop ideally it will be very difficult to enjoy everything it offers.

Pros: What I like most about the program is the compatibility of the software with the images and pdf formats, used for the delivery of the plans with 3D views, which have a previous step to give color and lighting to the 3D models to make a better marketing for my company

Cons: What I like least about the software is that it has very broad possibilities such as technical drawing and isometries that includes the application of color directly, however for this it is necessary training facilities in certain areas where this software is only known by vectorization and the color filling by layers

Overall: The benefit that I have is the realization of a presentation in 3D with bright colors and nice to look at and with marketing possibilities

Pros: CorelDraw is something everyone should have. If you do any kind of vector work, be it art or design, or want to develop custom graphics to implement in another program (like InDesign), you really need to have it. No other program does vector work as fast and easy as Corel.

Cons: The down side is that I find Corel only works for vector art. Anything else and I have to import into Photoshop or InDesign depending on what I'm doing. This isn't a huge down side, because it IS great for vector work--unbeatable, even. It just stinks that it isn't the end all be all.

Pros: Corel draw is a powerful tool for diagraming and vectorization. It has allowed me to make posters both in the academic world and in the oil industry. It has so many functionalities that you can make any type of drawings and presentations. In the company I currently work is the most used graphic design tool and everybody is required to know how to use it, from engineers to administrators.

Cons: At first it can be a little challenging since it has too many functionalities and options, so learning it can be difficult. Sometimes it can be a bit clunky and some bugs can happen, sometimes at saving documents it wont do it or it wont close, so you have to create a new project and copy everything you just did.

Pros: This app has everything you need to make a perfect designs, a lot of options and features, endless colours, bright and textures, a very complete interphase where you can add an specific tool to work and so many other features that produce that a design in CorelDRAW be perfect. Another great feature are the extension, you can save your work in so many formats, including the basic JPEG or PDF, or uses format of designers like EMF. CorelDRAW it is a very complete software where a designer have in his hands everything to make a wonderful design.

Pros: It allows you to do practically everything, it is easy to use and very professional and complete, you do not need another program to complete your designs, with it is enough.

Cons: It is heavy, it can not be placed on any computer, it occupies a lot of memory on the PC
At first it may be difficult to understand the program, but it is because it is complete, however there may be ways to simplify for new users

Overall: I love corel, there are thousands of programs for graphic design but in the personal corel I think it is the most complete, it allows me to express my ideas easily, and brings a lot of professionalism to each job, which is excellent. I think it's the most complete design program.

Pros: - Has very useful training videos.
- You can draw, design and diagram. All in the same program.
- CorelDraw allows you to open and edit pdf documents.

Cons: - The interface at the beginning may be difficult to understand.
- If you work with many objects it will require more resources from the computer and the program will become slow.
- Consumes a lot of ram memory

Overall: With this program I can draw or design musical programs for the concerts that I have attended as a musician. When I have needed to edit some photo or some pdf file in an artistic way it is always my first choice because it is a very powerful program with multiple tools.
It is a program that at the beginning is a bit difficult to manage but later it becomes easier and friendlier.

Pros: CorelDraw has its place mainly with sign shops. It is great for beginners and an overall fun program to play with.

Cons: I started on Corel way back in the late 90s but soon found the the Adobe suite is a better overall fit for printers and designers alike. We have an older designer here that still uses it and the compatiblity with Adobe (which the rest of the office uses) makes it stressful. There data merge is a nightmare and after upgrading our computers to windows 10 we have had a ton of issues.

Overall: Use Adobe.

Pros: The wide choices for brushes , backgrounds and libraries makes you easier the way to draw
Its a very helpful way to have your own designs for technical papers, product specification, and even technical drawings.

Its one of the best drawing software for vectorial drawings commonly used for advertising and graphic design companies.

Cons: Integration with other design software is not as easy as you may expect
Although it can be exported to Microsoft Office suite software, some times you have to redo it more than once because it does not bring the whole picture.

Pros: LiveSketch is a great feature, you can get a smooth line, no matter your drawing style. All you have to do is set a timer in the Properties bar (with the LiveSketch tool selected) to determine how long you have to adjust your strokes before that sketched line is converted to vector points, sounds complicated but it's really intuitive. Tablet mode is also incredible and PHOTO-PAINT is a very good alternative to photoshop.

Cons: You can get most of the other features CorelDRAW has to offer for a better price if you buy Adobe Creative Cloud so it's hard to recommend it over Adobe.

Pros: I've worked with vectors for many years, and CorelDRAW is a great option for anyone looking for a good software. CorelDRAW is the first vector software I ever used, and I first used it back as an Engraver at an Engraving Shop. I've noticed Corel is more often used in Trade occupations, such a engraving, sign making and screen printing. I've always enjoyed Corel products, and the built in stock image library is incredibly useful for quick designs.

Cons: I wish Corel documents were more common in the design community. I've had issues where I've sent clients a corel extension document, and they can't work with it. It seems there's a very particular section of the design industry that works with Corel vs. Adobe products.
