Cons For the time I have been using Uberflip there have been many features or functionality that I have wanted to be changed or updated and where I sit currently most of those updates have happened and the ones that have not are on the roadmap! The ability to create custom landing pages for prospects and populating it with materials from our entire content library has simplified the way we reach out to potential clients. Furthermore, customer support has been fantastic, giving us plenty of help in customising our main Uberflip hub to match our look and feel. Cons On the backend, the UI is a little dated and finding the exact options you're looking for can be difficult. Pros This is by far the best way to share blog articles or media with prospects in sales. I used it for almost every follow up I had and I helped book more meetings. I also had super positive experiences with their customer support, it was lightning quick. Slack integrations were awesome to know the second someone opened it. Cons I sold software to travel destinations, It would have been a massive help if I could change the thumbnail preview on the email link. It seems a bit stupid to send a prospect in Chicago a info package that has a picture of New York on it because that is the blog photo.
