I also really appreciate that when we make changes from a central repository all the subsequent streams are updated. I don't have to worry about versioning or maintenance. The tool is also very easy to use, and has a really nice interface. Cons The software has limited custom capability with CTAs, tile layout designs, and custom changes. Cons The need for custom code for a lot of optimizations. Also, the metrics live standalone from the rest of our systems - would be great to integrate some of them into Google Analytics, for example. Pros I really like how you can create and re-use streams that has content you may want to share often. It also displays the link to content in a really clean way, instead of trying to attach a pile of documents. One of the best parts is that we can see whether people have accessed any of the content that we've shared through our website Cons When using UberFlip plug-in within Outlook, I wish we could see the content within each Stream easier without having to add one and then click on it. I also have an easy way to keep resources I send out all the time readily accessible. Love that!!! Pros I love creating custom streams! Just share a link or embed into your emails! You also see analytics about what collateral most appeals to your audience. Cons Doesn't work well with Outlook. I installed a newer version of Outlook and never was able to install the add-on. There is also no way to get a file emailed to you instead of installing via URL (which is not an option in my version of Outlook). I tried to get a file from support but never heard from anyone. It also allows us to send one document of a stream and it will allow access to the rest of the stream. Where previously we would have had to send several different files and documents. Cons Initially, some what confusing to navigate and generate the reports need by our organization. Additionally, they symbol used for going into a file (small arrow).
