The learning curve was steep, but overall beneficial. Their team is resourceful as well, getting to meet their teams from different departments allowed me to fully understand different aspects into mar tech in general, which I've always been very passionate on. Pros The product is already pretty mature, and it's easy to use, without much coding you can setup and configure the hub into beautiful content resource. Their onbrand and success team are professional and helpful, I was fortunate enough to have them work with us and have them guide us through the process. Great experience overall. Proud to be local as well. Cons Same with all things, the easy to use platform does come with its limitation. If you're looking into more customization, you'll need advance development experience to customize your hubs. Otherwise their team will be able to assist you if you've reached enterprise level. We are constantly getting great feedback from clients when sending an uberflip hub Cons Reordering the content can be a bit clunky. The search feature could be better. Before using Uberflip, we were building blogs in AEM, at the mercy of components and devs. After switching to Uberflip for our resource center/Hub, we've been set free to create quickly and beautifully. Our web traffic shot up, our time on page shot up, our leads shot up. I love how Uberflip works with all of our integrations and how they continue to roll out new features. Cons OK, this is super nit-picky, but I hate how Uberflip logs you out very quickly. I can't find any option to change the time-out feature, but it seems like you are auto logged out if you aren't active for 5 minutes. Review Source Justina L. We are also able to put CTAs to new/important items within the platform which helps to broaden its audience. Pros The ease of use, organization of content, and flexibility of appearance are all my favorite aspects of Uberflip. I am also able to add in CTAs within the content overview screen and on each piece of content. Cons I'm not a fan of having to store our content on a sub-domain despite the ability to make the sub-domain look identical to our main domain. The CTA functionality can also be a bit wonky at times, causing me to has to change them via code and not within the CTA set up screen. Cons Does not work well with others, does not play well with plugins, salesforce, etc. I have a hard time doing anything or searching with uberflip. Just stuck in a contract for now. Easy enough to implement and assuming you make sure the titles don't get cut off, the resources page is mostly easy on the eys. Cons Not the most mobile-friendly/optimized of software. PDFs are not great for usage on desktop either depending on form factor. Interface is the same across all orgs that use Uberflip on their sites, reducing differentiation. Review Source Kate H. Pros Uberflip provides a beautiful platform to host my companies most important content pieces that we use for nurturing, sales, and marketing purposes. Cons There are certain drawbacks like limited the limited number of gated forms you're allowed to use as well as integrations that work best with certain software (which isn't great if you have the software that Uberflip doesn't integrate with well). The system is easy to use, anyone with a basic knowledge of websites, should be easily able to work their hub. Pros Ease of use, great customer support, custom stream and segmented content, flipbook functionality Cons They are still working on updating the product and adding in new features, but if you ask for one most likely in the next couple of months you will see that function in the system. I like being able to personalize my buyers experience, accelerate my income and understanding which content of mine is working. What I like most about this software is how easy it is to use. Uberflip allows us to share these magazine issues so that they have longevity beyond the print date. Pros I like the ease of use and the functionality of Uberflip from both the back end production as well as the front end user experience. The easy-to-read and flip books hosted on Uberflip can be sent, shared, and read in a variety of formats. Cons The ability to archive or search or group together different issues of a magazine could be more elegant. We have individual links for each publication rather than a grouping of issues. I am in the sytem weekly publishing new content or optimizing current and its extremely simple to make updates. Cons it's not very easy to search for previous pieces of content. The ability to create custom landing pages for prospects and populating it with materials from our entire content library has simplified the way we reach out to potential clients. Furthermore, customer support has been fantastic, giving us plenty of help in customising our main Uberflip hub to match our look and feel. Cons On the backend, the UI is a little dated and finding the exact options you're looking for can be difficult. It allows me to create custom streams of my content to share with my readers so I know they're getting content that matters to them. Plus, it helps me segment my visitors by seeing what content they engage with. Editing flipbooks in Uberflip is awesome too and if you take the time to learn it there's a lot you can do to customize it. Pros It integrates with HubSpot so when I gate flipbooks or premium content I can have a form CTA and when people fill it out it sends that info right ot HubSpot. Cons They limit the number of CTAs you can have which somewhat limits lead nurturing in HubSpot. The metrics are also a little weird and leave a lot to be desired. I like that you may adjust the size of the embedded media content, or a stream we create specifically for our customers. This is a feature that makes our email messages look pretty sharp. Cons Searching for media is a real pain, the search function on the web interface only allows you to search inside a specific stream. The integrated logo also makes our customers feel great and adds an additional level of customization. Cons I would like more reporting capabilities and the option to easily export said data to CSV. I want to see how much my team is doing and what they are doing not just the response of my customers. Cons Exporting data on our content can be messy. It would be great if we could download into a format that is almost instantly your content audit. I don't like the content scoring and that we can't set custom content scores based on what is important for our business. Cons Price can be a bit steep and not ton of features come with basic pricing. Some similar tools that use HTML5 can do similar things with much lower for prices.
