Comments: InOrder has a comprehensive feature rich flexible system that can virtually give you all the modules to run your business. We use just about everything they offer in one integrated package: Order Entry, Customer Service, Integrated Shopping Cart, warehouse Management, AR,AP, List Management, Marketing, Email Management, Commissions, Royalties and donations processing.

We are current rolling our their RF (Radio Freq) Device Platform in our warehouse and Bindery for Receiving, Put away, Paperless Picking and product moves.

As a publisher they have a Royalty Module that has the flexibility the implement all of our complex contracts - there are very limited software packages that have an integrated royalty.

We have rolled out their Loyalty Points program to great success.

We have been able to Automate and modernize our business practices and get our Business INORDER!

In addition - Inorder has the flexibility to be customized to your own business rules -with dozens of stored procedures and custom functions. So it is the best of both worlds - a solid mature off the shelf package - with the ability to customize what you need.

To get up and running - their programming staff converted all of our historical data from our legacy system of 3 different companies.

Plus - they are constantly adding new features to the core Inorder system.

After looking at dozens of packages - Inorder provided us with a solid system for us to build our future on. We are very satisfied with our decision.

Pros: Terrific customer support; stable product.

Cons: A little bit pricey for a small company, but the service and results are well worth it.

Overall: We have been using the InOrder software from Morse Data Corporation since 2005. This software and its capabilities get better every year. They employ some of the most talented, logical, astute and forward thinking engineers, software specialists, and problem solvers in the business. Their support staff is extremely responsive to the needs and wants of the customer. MDC has performed much custom work for us to include (but not limited to) a responsive Website / Webcart, ship to by line item enhancements, and Crystal reports that are unique to our business. These enhancements have enabled our company to provide our customers a top notch online shopping experience, in addition to providing us with a stable, secure, and robust database environment in which to operate. Since switching to the InOrder database platform, we have experienced zero system down time, which is something I sadly cannot say about our previous database platform. And one other thing - we are able to purchase only the modules and accompanying support that we require for business operations, and not a whole bunch of "functionality" that we don't need. Of course, we would be able to purchase any of those modules in the future should we change our business focus. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for an e-commerce, fulfillment, or any ERP business solution.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you're looking for something in ERP that's different, better, or flexible, Morse Data Corporation has the solution. I would highly encourage anyone to give this company a test drive.

Pros: It works great and is stable. We run everything we do through it. When something does go wrong, their customer support is excellent.

Cons: This might sound a bit like an interview answer to what is your greatest weakness, but there is so much functionality we haven't even tapped into yet that I feel like we aren't utilizing it enough.

Overall: We went live with InOrder in June 2007 and almost 10 years later couldn't be happier. Our inventory is not just under control, but accurate, substantially smaller and yet we seldom run out of anything anymore. Royalty module works great. Reporting features are awesome. Our staff loves it. Completely worth the investment. Can't wait to start our next big project, Licensing and Publishing (Copyright) Income Module.

Recommendations to other buyers: It's a long term investment with front loaded costs. Going into our 10th year we are really seeing the cost savings add up now. We have been able to reduce staff, lower inventory, and provide much better customer service to our clients.
