The main benefit is how user friendly the software is and how easy it is to train people. I used it mainly to receive and track invoices, process vendor checks, credit card payments and ACH. We also use it to reconcile vendor statements and credit card statements

Pros

This app is is the easiest app to use! It literally does not get an easier. It's super user friendly platform makes it easy for even a beginner to pick up right away. I used it a country club that had over 300 members. There support team is unmatched as well. They are extremely responsive. The eMobile and Dispatch Scheduler helped our team tremendously with responding to our members' requests. The software integrates with our other systems with no issue which really help our timeliness of getting member statements out.

Cons

There's really not much II don't like about it. Most issues were super easy to solve and the customer support representatives and technical team are very receptive to any suggestions we have. My only suggestions would be to have it some how integrate with with CertiPay and ChefTec so we can keep everything in one location.

The family sign in feature makes for a much quicker check in experience when scanning the tags of people and families that are connected and frequently come together. We are just starting to use this software and I for one have enjoyed the transition immensely.

Pros

This product is very used friendly! It makes sign in and review of members profiles and forms a breeze to use!

Cons

I don’t like that I need to fill out forms in one section and scan in another. I wish this option was available and showed in the same tab.

Supplier Inquiry, Document Management Viewer and so many other tools that helps to manage and operate daily accounting details about Club\`s purchases and spending.

Pros

Records and Maintains safe Data, files and other purchase related information. Easy to access all vendor\`s profile to see previous purchases as well as an outstanding or paid invoices to verify.

Cons

Slow Speed, Sometimes only, overall is ok.

Pros

Easy to set up and use. Take the time to set it up correctly from the start. F&B is great with counts and great reporting features. Online event management works well for the members. Tee Time Management is easy to use. Catering and Events is very functional with standard menus you can create.

Cons

I think the overall cost is expensive. But this system does it all and you can pay for the modules you need.

The Jonas Club Management team from top to bottom are outstanding- the sales team locally is outstanding and well known in the golf community. The support staff are friendly and really know their stuff and respond to tickets very quickly.

Pros

This is our complete club management software- it handles our point of sale, our shop inventory, our membership and A/R records. It also does all of our accounting- from check printing and A/P to fixed asset depreciation schedules and interim financial statements.

Cons

There is a significant learning curve. This software takes a long time for a back office user to become completely comfortable with using. However, there is nothing that can't be undone if mistakes are made by a "non-superuser" and only very few things that are irreparable without help from Jonas' very capable support team.

I have used the software for over 5 years and anytime I have a question support is able to help me out.

Pros

The software makes it easy to setup and manage our clubs website. There are many different page layouts and features that can be used.

Cons

Previously, I did not like the mobile site and its navigation. We are in the process of switching a responsive layout and will start using the new widgets.

Pros

I was able to run my club using Jonas Club Management. It allowed me to bill, create tee times, run as POS stations in the restaurants, check in members at the pool, and run detailed reports. They continue to add new features and they take client input very seriously. Their customer service reps are great as well. They would walk me through any issue that I could not figure out.

Cons

It does offer the standard billing features, but if you had some special or creative billing issues, it was hard to get it to work. You also need to pay per license which can get pricey depending on the size of your club.
