Pros

We invoice in bulk once a month and this makes it a lot easier than how we used to have to. Tons of useful links and info blocks to put everything we need and use.

Cons

Frustrating that you have to click so many things when you are trying to do anything. And there is always some sort of error message.

Pros

The layout of the customer profiles is nice. And I like that with this program unlike others, you can merge jobs and customers without having to go back and forth.

Cons

You'll get lost trying to find your way around. If there is a mistake made, it doesn't always give you an option to try and change anything. It gives an error message that won't go away so you have to Ctrl, Alt, Delete your way out of it.

Pros

I like that Summit does everything that we need it to. We do several types of rentals and it can accommodate all of them.

Cons

We run into a lot of bugs and glitches where you just have to shut down the software and restart it. The billing on it can also be a little tricky if you are not very practiced with it.

Pros

I love some of the small features that this program offers that others we use do not. This program has a customer merging option and an order transfer option.

Cons

It took awhile to figure out how to get past all of the error messages. We still occasionally run into them but now instead of bypassing them, we have to completely shut down the program and restart it.
