Pros: online demo library, inventory control, online payments, cloud server, easy to use with quickbooks, route management, i honestly like everything.
Cons: nothing
Overall: Before using this system I tried about four other softwares and the last one I tried was the absolute worst!! This one is easy to use (with some help from their online demo library) I absolutely love it and couldn't live without it now!
Recommendations to other buyers: You should try it, they will actually link up to your computer and give you a demo for free and answer any questions you have. When I heard about it from a friend in the industry they referred me and I got the demo done the same day.
