Pros

The product itself is pretty useful and can be integrated in any software. The support team of freshdesk is very good. The feedbacks are properly laid out.

Cons

Few of the API's aren't working properly and the documentation isn't laid out properly.

Pros

Easy to use and I am a Gmail user which integrates well with their product(s). Whenever I reach out I either get a call or response with an email in a timely fashion for customer support/with a solution.

Cons

Nothing so far, I've had the pleasure of working with Freshdesk at two different work places.

Every day productivity, ease of use, reliable product - almost never breaks

Pros

The addition of new features like 'freshfone', 'add summary' and all the other retro funtionalities are awesome!

Cons

Feels like there are too many vertical scroll bars on the RHS menu. I personally think the old freshdesk view of a ticket was better in this aspect.

A lot of functionality, easy to use. You can manage the support team and have some dashboards regarding the activities. You can easy assign ticket to a group or member and also the conversations are easy to follow and to find. Technical support answer in few minutes by chat always with the right solution. Very useful tool.

Cons

It needs some time to launch and to set all the features to use it at best.

There is still a bit of a lag with custom apps and things break when updates take place. Need a better notification when changes that can mess up custom app stability take place.

Easy to use. Nice looking. Features rich. Has free to use license with limited (but enough) features for startups.

Cons

Overall things looks fine in the free version for me. But when thinking to purchase. I always like to have ownership license where we can host it at our servers without the need to pay fees forever.

Freshdesk is an atractive CRM platform that makes it easy to manage, track and automate your business processess. It is especially easy to purchase VOIP numbers and integrate them with your sales team for a truley mobile CRM/calling experience. They even offer the ability to track calls and automatically log them on the contacts profile.

Cons

I find the pricing to be abit confusing. Especially when it comes to automations and what counts as an automation. I have used the system in the past and moved over to Hupsot as i was confused what i was actually getting and for how much.
