Pros easy to use, the appointment reminders were invaluable, the bookkeeping feature was easy to execute and understand, the stock record keeping was great. Cons Sometimes i was frustrated that there was not a help desk phone call to talk me though any issues. But that is only because I am of that era that prefers telephone calls to emails. Pros It is very affordable and easy to use. The unlimited columns works really well for us. Cons A lot of features do not work properly. Especially their online booking system. If a client goes to book in a laser treatment, it will show all staff members availabilities even if the laser is in use. So clients are constantly going through the entire process only to be rejected at the end, and then have no way of seeing which times they book for will actually work. This goes for every service, spray tans, micro, LED etc. This is one of many features that don't run smoothly . The help desk are always prompt in answering any questions i have. Cons Unfortunately since the upgrade ive had some issues however the biggest issue is that i have been locked out of my account for the past 24hrs and have no access to any of my online bookings or client details. There is also no way for me to contact anyone about this as all my emails have rebounded. Pros I found it easy to use and the reporting options cover all my requirements. When I was operating another salon i found it east to explain to other staff members regardless of their computer experience. I like that it prompts you to complete tasks and to complete services. Easy from both a user and admins point. Support is always fast and effective. Cons Don"t have anything negative to say . For the price point its extremely effective, practical and easy to use. I am still learning my way around a lot of things. Pros Once you get all your information in you can easily book clients. I also like how I can connect it to my website and Facebook. Cons Maybe it’s because I’m still fairly new to using it, but I struggle not being able to look at more than one week at a time. I also do custom times for certain clients, but don’t offer them regularly so it’s been difficult to book the proper times because the program doesn’t like me starting at 8 instead of 9:30.
