"Customer Service is not at all good. "

**Overall:** The first few years with them was great but lately their quality is poor. We are looking for a new company now.

**Pros:** When their software works, it is good, but lately it has not been working correctly.

**Cons:** Customer service is nonexistent. I have had support tickets in for weeks with no response. Trying to do tax statements but their software is not pulling over all the donations, so I am having to had type them.
