Pros: You can utilize the dashboard to monitor multiple things at one time.

Cons: Posting and relationshipswith 3rd parties could be better.

Overall: I have had several years of great experience but it has gone less than desirable over the last year. You can not get a hold of customer service e and then they call you back leavi g a message. The result is a back and forth of unresolved issues. My issue went 2 months and was not resolved so I called them very upset a d was told I needed to speak someone about signing another agreement. They owe me money because I purchased an assessment and the potential candidate declined to take it ,so I asked for a refund. Well they agreed to a credit me IF I sign another agreenent. Who does that?..you burned your bridge. I will take my business elsewhere as well I will share my experience with others.

Sorry to see that a company I once believed in is going downhill.

Pros: I read the book "Best Team Wins" by the founder of this company, wish I would have read it much sooner in building our team. The software is based on the principles of the book. Truly helps sort through the applicants, we are hiring fairly fast and furious. It's intuitive - probably more intuitive if you understand the real philosophy of building team and company culture. If you grasp this, you will love it. Also, very easy to post to job boards and even though a bit pricey, it's worth it. Overall it is extremely well thought out. Great software partnerships for testing, skills assessments, background checks and reference checks. Super easy to work in teams for the hiring process - which is essential to hiring great people. Like it enough to come here and post a 5 star review!

Cons: There are some areas that the software doesn't actually keep up with the typing and you have to wait - like in the question building areas. There are a few typos within the stock emails.

Overall: Very helpful staff although has taken too long to onboard

Pros: Hireology is a fantastic tool that is very easy to use for anyone needing to hire for an automotive dealership. The ability to post, refresh and remove as many jobs as you need to is a great thing to have. Hireology pushes to many of the major job boards, making sure the exposure is there for your jobs.

Cons: Hireology has not disappointed in any way yet. We have used the product for over 6 months, and everyone from the general manager to the service manager can easily post jobs that they need filled.

Overall: Hireology should be a requirement in running a successful dealership.

Pros: We are a waterproofing/foundation company, and we use Hireology for all of our open positions. It is great because it posts the openings on multiple different sites so your ads can be seen by as many people as possible. It keeps everything in one place, it is easy to identify the new applicants, it keeps track of your communication history if you choose to email through the software.

Cons: This seems trivial but you can't highlight and copy and paste the applicant's email address. This is a huge pain when you're trying to quickly send multiple emails or in our case, add multiple applicants to a campaign for a hiring event. Also, we had a little bit of trouble getting in touch with their customer service when our ad wasn't "refreshing" as it should have been.

Overall: Overall it's been pretty good. We have gotten a few good new employees out of it, and it helps us get our ad seen in a lot of different places

I've used Hireology for 2 1/2 years. They have come a long way with functionality & features.

Pros: It helps me stay organized, i.e., we have 2 businesses in different locations with staffing needs ongoing throughout the year. Instead of mounds of paperwork and files, I can keep the candidates' information up-to-date within their Hireology file. Hiring acquisition for each site is much easier. With new tagging ability on each Candidate's file, searching is made much easier.

Cons: Latest upgrades have taken some of the software glitches out that caused problems in the past. I'd like the cost of using some of the featured 'job sites' [beyond the 'included' sites] wasn't so steep. I do use Linked-in occasionally in a short boost. Price generally prohibits small businesses like ours from using any additional features on the sites.

Pros: I like that the software allows you to post for positions, track responses, and perform ancillary services like background checks.

Cons: Some of the costs for ancillary services like background checks can be pricey depending on the level you select.

Overall: Post and review responses to job posting easily

Hireology is a great out-of-the-box solution for ATS needs.

Pros: I liked the ease-of-use of the product and the swift customer support.

Cons: That you weren't able to connect your already existing LinkedIn account when posting LinkedIn jobs via Hireology.

Recommendations to other buyers: Focus on mobile access and social media integrations to have access to a larger applicant pool.

Comments: Excessively buggy with many glitches. Data not transferring from applicant entry on Indeed to Hireology is a major concern. Also, answers to applicantion questions get dropped when moving applicants from one queue to another. There are also issues with screen freezes and missing SUBMIT button when trying to use their internal email options to contact applicants. I am an ex IT person *22 years* who has been both a programmer and an applications developer, software retrofitter, and trainer. I know what I am talking about! Hireology also has an overly complicated user interface. Trainers are focused on their agenda, not on answering your questions.

Pros: I like the idea of keeping applicants all in one place, and being able to track rejections as well for repeat submitters.

Cons: Overly complex, very buggy. This software is not fit to be offered!

Comments: I was also a former IT person who developed and I implemented PeopleSoft- so I know I'm expecting a lot. Can't run reports on tags, notes, anything. Waste of time to enter data, when you can't generate reports that your boss wants- just some Mickey Mouse reports- fluff.

Pros: It captures applications from major job boards you can't. I suppose the green color is pleasing to the eyes.

Cons: Spend time entering data- and can't easily generate reports. Also, when you do manage to generate something, I have found missing data. Applicants that were hired, not showing up on report. Hire date not transferring to Payroll properly. Maybe payroll system at fault.

Comments: As soon as I started working with this product...I immediately started demoing other products for us to switch to.

Cons: This entire product is horrible. It's not user friendly. It doesn't sync up with your email or calendar. You are not able to quick view an applicant's resume. You are not able to quickly look up notes or leave them with a date stamp unless you date stamp the note yourself. The customer service is not great either.

Pros: Nothing. I found my account with Hireology to be a useless service.

Cons: The background check was a phone call and a note to me that nobody answered the phone. This describes my entire experience with Hireology. The company and I would describe completed services in very different ways. I feel I received no valuable information from the company. Ended up not really using the product and, after a year of not using the product, they automatically charged me to renew my account. I called them that very day and they refused to close my account and refund my money. Let me stress, I was actually trying to cancel my account on the renewal date and did not want to use the account for a single day of the new term.

Recommendations to other buyers: Skip the cost and just post your jobs online. They don't do much more.

Pros: This is such a cool, productive and unique tool to use. Goes with any business! Hiring, HR stuff, payroll, etc. Its all here!

Cons: Just a really nice and easy to use app! Only con might be the ability to integrate with other apps. Not all the options I'd want.
