Pros

How user and admin friendly it is. \[sensitive content hidden\] has done a great job with the customer service aspect! Anttime ive called he has been there for easy fixed to my user error.

Cons

I haven't had any issues, It has been smooth and easy. If there is ever an issue it has been on my side.

\[sensitive content hidden\], was the best start to finish. I asked a ton of questions many after hours and he was ultra prompt to getting back to me and fixing the issue. This is by far the best purchase i have ever made!

Pros

The customer service was unprecedented, how easy it is too use, and the fact that it allows me to run my facilty without employees..

Cons

Lack of an actual app to make it even easier to access and use. I believe once you add an app it will be the best period.

Very happy with esoft. They have been very helpful and responsive to any of my questions and concerns. Definitely a personal level of attention they provide.

Pros

The customer service at esoft is of highest quality. I started with \[sensitive content hidden\] who was incredible and when he moved on \[sensitive content hidden\] took over my account. Smooth transition and very happy with everything.

Cons

I am satisfied, no complaints right now. Honestly i wish i could expand more but I have not much negative feedback right now.

Pros

I had an issue with my card connect account. I spoke to \[sensitive content hidden\] \[sensitive content hidden\] worked with me to eliminate my issue, and he was patient with great follow thru and in my opinion an excellent representative for the eSoft Planner group. Due to the fact that \[sensitive content hidden\] was so helpful it restored my faith in corporate America. This is a true statement. I very rarely write a review. But my experience was so outstanding with \[sensitive content hidden\], I figured someone should know! Most times when you speak to a representative for most companies, they either do not care or cannot assist with the issue. That is if you are lucky to speak to a live person at all. Not only did \[sensitive content hidden\] help with my first issue he also uncovered another situation that was an issue that I was unaware of, and he assisted me with that. \[sensitive content hidden\] should get a raise!!! If not a raise, at least a better parking spot!

Cons

I do not have any outstanding issues with ESoft Planner.

My husband and I have really enjoyed our experience with eSoft Planner. When choosing a business platform, we wanted something that made sense, both from a financial and organizational standpoint. eSoft has given us the ability to focus on both player and business development, thereby enhancing quality services overall. Their support/customer service team is top notch. I highly recommend this platform for big and small businesses.

Pros

eSoft Planner is affordable, user friendly, and manageable (both from an employee and administrative role). Their support staff is also amazing! My contact agent \[sensitive content hidden\] is incredibly knowledgeable, responding quickly to all business concerns and questions. This platform has helped organize, structure, and prioritize our business goals, allowing us to be more hands-on with members and affiliates.

Cons

I wish this platform was more accessible from my phone. I also wish eSoft notified me when member cards expire (I normally receive this alert from my merchant, but sometimes this information gets overlooked due to the plethora of data)

One of the standout aspects of working with eSoft Planner is their exceptional staff and customer service. The team behind eSoft Planner is highly responsive, knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing top notch customer service. I feel very confident in knowing I can rely on eSoft Planner to assist me every step of the way!

Pros

Using eSoft Planner has enabled me to efficiently manage my facility with a very small team. It has a user-friendly interface that makes it easy for customers to navigate. It is also customizable which makes offering self-service options possible at my facility.

Cons

Some of the reporting and marketing features are a little hard to navigate and not as intuitive as the rest of the system.

SIMPLY WONDERFUL!!! I haven't met anyone yet who wasn't incredibly helpful!!

Pros

Relatively easy to use, but the customer service is OUTSTANDING when I get stuck!!

Cons

Not mobile responsive. Very difficult to do anything administrative on my phone and very challenging for our members as well to complete tasks on mobile devices.

Amazing customer service. Our onboarding was so easy. The \[sensitive content hidden\] and our assigned contact get back to us in a very timly manner. I havent found this level of service anywhere else in the industry.

Pros

The software works great with self access for our customer's. They can book online and directly get emailed an access code to the facility that works in the time frame they scheduled.

Cons

Just the visual aspect. It could use a face lift for easier use for the customer. But that isnt a huge deal.. I just think it would help customers with ease of booking.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] took my call today \[sensitive content hidden\] and he was outstanding ! They way he walked me thought the process of resolving my issue. I was so impressed. I wish every customer service rep I spoke to on a daily basis could relate to my call the way \[sensitive content hidden\] did.
