Pros: What I like most about this software is it aids in the process of erasing the "cold call". Because you can customize a sequence of emails and calls, in the course of a year, I have only had 3 people that I had cold-called to hang up on me.

Cons: What I liked least about the software is the tech support. They will give you access to free chat support for 30 days and then you have to pay for it. When you email them for support, it is roughly 24 hours to get a response. When you get a response, it is an email of a video, without sound that is showing you how to "solve" your issue. It is difficult to follow and usually not helpful ... call your account manager to get your issue resolved.

Overall: Overall, I have had a positive experience with Outreach. It has many other capabilities that companies will find helpful. You can use Outreach to track when and every time a person opens your email or goes to a web link. You can also use it to manage who you need to reach out to .

Pros: Ease of use, ease of initial setup which once it is setup can be used quickly and efficiently by any member of the team. I also felt my account executive was a partner in my business helping me get things going and moving in the right direction.

Cons: The templates provided were a little out dated and not very professional.

Overall: I was provided a free trial of the software and loved it. I would certainly have purchased it if our budgets were not slashed by our board. Both my boos and I are still trying to figure out ways to get this purchased so my business development team and sales team can utilize the features and the benefits of a sales enablement tool. It was easy to use and setup was not difficult nor time consuming. Unfortunately we went with a cheaper product through our CRM that is still not being fully utilized.

Pros: It was easy to set up and connect our data to, and has saved us a ton of time

Cons: Reporting could be better - I wish there was a single page to review all tasks

Overall: Our SDR team uses it to personalize emails in mass

Pros: It definitely helps our reps follow up with prospects in an organized, timely manner. Robust analytics also allows us to see the when, how and what messaging is effective.

Cons: It requires some integration with your current system, so not out of the box. Also so many features can make it complicated to use.

Pros: Outreach provides easy and seamless bulk messaging. In particular, th email merge features are great.

Cons: Speed is not ideal and batch sending often leads to spam. Tracking often isnt accurate.

Comments: Use outreach for email campaigns and it's insanely useful, but theres not as much visibility into the open rates and activity on that campaign as I'd like. Also sorting the open rates by number of opens and finding their activity via outreach by sequence or by company is not available. Clearly more to come.
