The customer side it seems less glitchy and easier to walk through Cons When we close 2 people they cannot sign right after each other. It seems to make you have them open a new invitation for some reason. Have not gotten it cleared with talking with support. Also it will not reset you password before 8am,. Pros Great for anyone who needs to get up to three documents signed in any month. I'm a very small business and have only a few contracts that I need signed in any one month. Secured Signing is a great option. It's easy to use and works great every time. Cons It took a bit to get used to the process and interface. This way the software would use my signature when needed to sign selected documents. I think this adds a more personal touch to document signing process. The signing of documents is a quick and easy process and takes just a few minutes. Cons I have yet to encounter any drawbacks in my use of electronic signatures.
