The support team has been great and responsive. Pros I like the serial number tracking, barcode scanning, and price levels option for customers. Cons There are certain features we require for our business most have been addressed through custom patches. The only con I have right now is that the web version gives cost access to employees which is something I asked to be removed. On devices like phone or ipad they don't have cost access which i like. Lightspeed was only retail POS and didn't have capabilities for warehouse process management. Reasons for choosing HandiFox My accountant gave me a list of apps compatible with QB to look into and that's how I came across handifox.
