Inventory management scanning and sync with QuickBooks online is very good instantly it sync . Very easy to use to check purchase orders and and stock in to the system.

Cons

Need more attention from HandiFox and continuous education links. advice on scanners . advice on getting maximum support for sales staff taking sales orders in to he system. Need cost effective system. & Training.

Mi experiencia general con HandiFox ha sido positiva. Es un sistema fácil de usar, se integra bien con QuickBooks y ayuda mucho a trabajar con inventario, ventas y códigos de barra de una manera más organizada.

Lo que más me gustó de HandiFox es la opción de códigos de barra, porque facilita mucho la búsqueda de productos, el control de inventario y agiliza el proceso de venta.

Cons

Lo que menos me gustó de HandiFox es que la interfaz se ve un poco antigua y algunas configuraciones no son tan fáciles de encontrar al principio.

Wonderful - fast service and great people - flexibility in the product is always the challenge to have without getting so much that hard to manage. Developers have done a terrific job.

Pros

Great value for the $ and was a breeze to implement. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Product is simple to learn.

Cons

Would like to be able to customize some things and that process could or should be available at a better cost as more people who use it will want it. So we are in essence your R&D department, should be low cost unless truly custom

How user friendly the UI is, and the ability to be able to use pictures. That was something not found in the other possible CRMS looked at when trying to choose.

Small bugs that were easy to catch, for example the lack of permanence when filtering what you are looking for

Great experience with Handifox. They provide awesome support from beginning to end with quick response time. Working with their entire team has been a great experience and I would recommend them 100%

Pros

Great for inventory management. We are able to pick/pack and ship with our mobile device using UPC barcodes.

Cons

Our ware house team has issues syncing, but not Handifox issue, more of connection issue internally.

Overall our experience with HandiFox has been incredible. Handifox has been amazing. The software is easy to use and laid out very clearly. The customer support team is very responsive and helpful.

Pros

We just started using HandiFox, and our experience has been amazing! From customer service to response time to customization, everything has been A++. The entire team, including \[sensitive content hidden\], has been a real pleasure to work with.

Honestly- so far everything has been great! We have not run into anything that has not worked out well for us.

Ruslan has been amazing at answering all our questions and requests and having the team work on custom patches that work for us. The support team has been great and responsive.

Pros

I like the serial number tracking, barcode scanning, and price levels option for customers.

Cons

There are certain features we require for our business most have been addressed through custom patches. The only con I have right now is that the web version gives cost access to employees which is something I asked to be removed. On devices like phone or ipad they don't have cost access which i like.
