Pros

One of the main reasons I keep using HandiFox is that it always allows me to track and manage different inventories from my smartphone or laptop. The interesting part is, it can even access various locations globally.

Cons

Unfortunately, there isn't an option to cancel an order due to an over-limit from the customer. I've also been finding it difficult to manually reenter sales order.

Wonderful - fast service and great people - flexibility in the product is always the challenge to have without getting so much that hard to manage. Developers have done a terrific job.

Pros

Great value for the $ and was a breeze to implement. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Product is simple to learn.

Cons

Would like to be able to customize some things and that process could or should be available at a better cost as more people who use it will want it. So we are in essence your R&D department, should be low cost unless truly custom

Handifox is the best software available for managing inventory, sales orders, purchase orders, customer balances and route sales data that I have found. The fact that Handifox intergrates with quickbooks means that I can use Quickbooks to run my company, and have advanced inventory control within Quickbooks. This makes Handifox an easy to use Quickbooks add on. I think the best feature of Handifox is the ability to run on our Samsung Galaxy s3 phones. Our sales men enter and fulfill orders from their phones. We are able to monitor the inventory and route sales that each of our sales men deliver. I like how Handifox tracks the detailed movement of inventory from within Quickbooks. This software is a must have for any business that have a mobile sales force.

Need more attention from HandiFox and continuous education links. advice on scanners . advice on getting maximum support for sales staff taking sales orders in to he system. Need cost effective system. & Training.

Ruslan has been amazing at answering all our questions and requests and having the team work on custom patches that work for us. The support team has been great and responsive.

Pros

I like the serial number tracking, barcode scanning, and price levels option for customers.

Cons

There are certain features we require for our business most have been addressed through custom patches. The only con I have right now is that the web version gives cost access to employees which is something I asked to be removed. On devices like phone or ipad they don't have cost access which i like.

My accountant gave me a list of apps compatible with QB to look into and that's how I came across handifox.

Pros

Great for inventory management. We are able to pick/pack and ship with our mobile device using UPC barcodes.

Cons

Our ware house team has issues syncing, but not Handifox issue, more of connection issue internally.

How user friendly the UI is, and the ability to be able to use pictures. That was something not found in the other possible CRMS looked at when trying to choose.

Small bugs that were easy to catch, for example the lack of permanence when filtering what you are looking for

We are a wholesale/Distribution Company. We have a section of our company where trucks are loaded and the sales guys selling straight from the truck. By using the Handifox on a tablet we are able to have the order sync back to QuickBooks without someone having someone re-enter them into QuickBooks.

Ease and simplicity of product tracking and sales.

Pros

The ability to move inventory from the sales floor, to the refurbishing department, so items could not be sold which needed repairs. I set up the Refurbishing Department as a different site. When inventory was moved to the refurbishing location, it could not be sold from the main location. This is an incredible option which has been most helpful in ensuring my customers get equipment in working condition.

HandiFox is a great program for handling sales off site. We use it a little differently then most companies do. Instead of one of our people going from customer to customer selling out of a truck or having multiple warehouses shipping to customers we have placed inventory at a customers site. As they pull inventory they scan it and build their own invoice. The invoice is then e-mailed to us thru the scanner and a bill is generated in QuickBooks and inventories automatically adjusted. HandiFox generates a list of inventory to replenish based on sales and keeps track of where inventory is located. It has helped us expand our business greatly.

Whether I'm using it in one vehicle or 10, Handifox never lets me down.

Pros Getting parts on invoices is fast when using barcodes and scanning. Doing inventory worked good and was fast. Cons Should use work order number from QuickBooks instead of its own number. Also for barcoding should get QuickBooks code and not its own barcode.

The only down side that we have is, if you have worked with quickbooks and have pretty much been a one man band, then all that non-inventory has to be changed over to inventory. I still haven't got all that done.

Pros

When we began using Handifox a year ago we were looking for an inventory management system that could help us keep track of over 10,000 items across multiple locations, barcode all of the items, and have the ability to use handheld devices to scan the barcodes when an inventory adjustment was needed. Handifox surpassed all of our needs and we now have all of our sales reps using it daily out in the field to create new invoices using the Handifox app and they can sync it right away so it shows up in Quickbooks. The warehouse team can easily scan and update inventory levels using the app, as well as use the pick/pack feature when shipping orders to customers. Not only that but honestly Handifox is just such a pleasure to work with. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is their key account manager and he goes above and beyond. He is so willing to help and his response time is incredible. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]has been so helpful along every step of the way since we first started using the app and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] are the best support engineers. Anytime we've had questions they investigate and help us resolve whatever we've run into in no time!

Cons

We haven't run into any major issues that the Handifox support team haven't been able to address. They are awesome!

Aside from the program itself and how helpful it has been, I now compare every customer service experience that I have to the exceptional service that I received from HandiFox! I think that says a lot!

Pros

We spent almost half a year looking for a program that would be cost-effective, would work with our current scanner, and be compatible with our Desktop version of Quickbooks and HandiFox was FINALLY the solution we were looking for!

Cons

Well, at one point we almost had to back out of our free trial due to the way that we process our invoices not being compatible with how the program was set up. It was causing all kinds of conflicts, but the help that we received from the HandiFox team was BEYOND exceptional and they actually REPROGRAMMED their current program just for us in order to get it to work with our workflow! So now there's NOTHING we are unhappy with!

We started using Handifox in 2014. Having no Quickbook integration experience with other systems or barcode handheld scanners for salesforce in different cities, we were expecting problems and hassles. However, Handifox was easy to set up and the software support team walked us through everything. We were able to start using the new system remotely very fast. We were able to create sales orders, pick & packing, invoices, receiving payment from customers, and other great functions. Handifox’s support has been outstanding from day one!

Pros

Handifox has been a great asset for our company for the last 7 years. I am not sure we could handle our business volume today without it. Highly recommended...!!!

Cons

Have nothing bad to say about Handi Fox.
